The brazing of Al2O3 to Nb was achieved by the method of transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding. Ti foil and Ni-5V alloy foil were used as interlayers for the bonding. The base materials were brazed at 1423-1573 K for 1-120 min. The results show that the shear strength of the joint first increases and then decreases with increasing holding time and brazing temperature. The joint interface microstructure and elements distribution were investigated. It can be concluded that a composite structure, in which the base metals are solid solution Nb(V) and Nb(Ti) reinforced by Ni3Ti, is formed when the brazing temperature is 1473 K and holding time 15 min, and a satisfactory joint strength can be achieved. The interaction of Ti foil and Ni-5V foil leads to the formation of liquid eutectic phase with low melting point, at the same time the combination of Ti come from the interlayer with O atoms from Al2O3 results in the bonding of Al2O3 and Nb.  相似文献

研究了氢对一种Ti3Al基合金(Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V-0.5Mo.at%)组织和高温变形的影响。结果表明,渗氢使所研究合金的O相中氢化物,这些氧化物在高温下分解,留下一些位错误,渗氮还使O相的体积发散下降,在高温变形中,氢的存在可促进O相的动态再结晶和B2相中的位错运动,并能降低变形过程激活能,同时,对氢降低合金高温变形的流变应国的机制进行了分析。  相似文献

The influence of Ti powder purity on phase evolution during the reactive sintering of elemental Ni and Ti powders to form NiTi was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and in-situ neutron diffraction. Reaction between the Ni and Ti is not significant until 600 °C. From 600 to 700 °C, Ti2Ni forms in mixtures made from high (HP) and low purity (LP) Ti powder. The Ni3Ti phase also grows in this temperature range in the LP mixture. The most significant phase evolution takes place between 700 and 920 °C. The α to β phase transformation in (Ti) begins at the eutectoid temperature (765 °C) and ends at 820 °C. The highest growth rates for all three intermetallic phases, including NiTi, and the decay rate of the elemental Ni occur in this temperature range. At approximately 1000 °C, all reactants are consumed and homogenization occurs, with NiTi continuing to grow at the expense of the other intermetallic phases. The Ti rich intermetallic phase persists above its melting point, due to the formation of a solid-solution with oxygen (i.e. Ti2Ni(O)). From 1100 to 1200 °C, the microstructure becomes a stable mixture of NiTi with a small fraction of Ti2Ni(O). The phase evolution is similar in the LP and HP mixtures. However, the rate of reaction is higher in the LP mixture due to the influence of impurities (O, Fe and Ni) on the diffusivities in the many phases involved.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射技术,在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12,简称BIT)薄膜。研究了衬底温度及后续退火处理对薄膜结构和表面形貌的影响。结果表明:适宜的衬底温度为200℃。随着退火温度(650~800℃)的升高,BIT薄膜的结晶性变好,晶粒尺寸增大,c轴取向增强。当退火温度达到850℃时,开始出现焦绿石相;700~800℃为适宜的退火温度,在此条件下得到的BIT薄膜结晶良好,尺寸均匀,表面平整致密。  相似文献

采用XRD、SEM、TEM及显微硬度测试等手段,系统研究了TC21合金固溶处理后的相变以及合金在550~850℃时а"相在时效过程中的分解机制及组织演变规律,结果表明:1000℃固溶30 min淬火后,TC21合金形成а"马氏体,且合金中存在少量β及O相(Ti2AlNb);随时效温度的升高,а"相逐步发生а"→а+а"_高→а+β_(亚稳)→а+β,а"+а'+β_(亚稳)→а+β,а"→а+β等分解过程;TC21合金的显微硬度依赖于时效温度和时效时间,时效时间延长,合金显微硬度先迅速增大,达到最大值后再逐渐减小.时效温度升高时,合金显微硬度达到最大值的时间缩短,且合金最终的显微硬度随时效温度的升高而降低.  相似文献

Microstructure and tensile properties of orthorhombic Ti–Al–Nb–Ta alloys have been studied. In order to optimize ductility and strength of the orthorhombic alloys with the nominal compositions of Ti–22Al–23Nb–3Ta and Ti–22Al–20Nb–7Ta, various thermomechanical processing steps were implemented as part of the processing route. With a special heat treatment before rolling to obtain a fine and homogeneous rolled microstructure, the rolled microstructure resulted in a good combination of high tensile yield strength and good ductility of the alloys through available solution and age treatments. The duplex microstructure with equiaxed α2/O particles and fine O phase laths in a B2 matrix, deforming in α2+B2+O phase field and treating in O+B2 phase field, possesses the highest tensile properties. The R.T. yield strength and ductility of the Ti–22Al–20Nb–7Ta alloy are 1200 MPa, and 9.8% respectively. The yield strength and ductility values of 970 MPa and 14% were also maintained at elevated temperature (650°C).  相似文献

采用XRD、SEM、XRF以及激光粒度分析仪等分析手段,研究真空条件下碳热还原TiO2制备的碳化钛粉末。热力学计算和实验结果表明:真空条件下容易获得碳化钛,且随温度逐渐升高得到的产物顺序为:Magneli相(Ti4O7)、Ti3O5、Ti2O3、TiCxO1-x和TiC。当物料配比为1:3.2-1:6时,在1550℃保温4h的条件下可获得单相TiC粉末;物料配比为1:4和1:5时,产物粉末为标准化学计量的TiC1.0粉末;物料配比为1:4时,得到的产物为单相低杂质超细碳化钛粉末(D50为3.04μm)、SEM观察表明在产物块体表面存在分布均匀、团聚小、结构疏松的结构。  相似文献

W-10Ti alloy was prepared by hot press sintering using W-TiH2 powders milled for 24 h under argon atmosphere. The effect of sintering temperature on the phase constituents and the microstructure of the alloys was characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The microhardness of W-rich phase, electrical resistivity and impurity (C, O) contents of W-10Ti alloy were determined. The results show that the amount of W-Ti solid solution, the microhardness of the W-rich solid solution and the resistance of W-10Ti alloy increase with an increase of sintering temperature. At 1300 °C, W-10Ti alloy has the maximum microhardness value of 333 HV0.05, the O content of 360 ppm and C content of 200 ppm.  相似文献

采用真空热压烧结方法制备Al2O3/Ti(C,N)-Ni-Ti陶瓷基复合材料,采用X射线衍射与扫描电镜分析材料的物相组成和显微结构,研究烧结工艺对材料物相组成、显微结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ni和Ti的添加显著提高复合材料的强度和韧性;温度小于1 600℃时,复合材料的力学性能随热压温度的升高而升高;温度高于1 600℃时,温度升高及保温时间延长不仅会导致Al2O3晶粒的异常长大和Ti(C,N)的分解,而且会使Ni发生聚集现象,复合材料的力学性能下降;当烧结温度为1 600℃、保温时间为30 min时,制备的Al2O3/Ti(C,N)-Ni-Ti陶瓷复合材料的力学性能最佳,其相对密度达到99.4%,抗弯强度为820 MPa,断裂韧性达到9.3 MPa.m1/2。  相似文献
