基于LabVIEW的医学影像学教学系统的设计

医学影像学一直是各医学院校教学的重点课程之一。本文通过基于LabVIEW软件制作成医学影像学肝门静脉图像教学系统供教学使用,并为临床诊断提供参考,实践证明取得了良好的效果。     

数字农业教育与学生创新意识培养

本文结合我校非计算机专业计算机应用基础课程教学实践,讨论现阶段非计算机专业数字农业教育与学生创新意识培养的关系,提出应明确数字农业教育在高等农业院校中的课程定位、适当增加数字农业相关课程、拓宽专业口径和实施任务驱动等策略,从而为数字农业的发展提供科技才人保障。     

DICOM数据集研究和DICOM图像处理软件的实现

针对DICOM3.0标准,详细分析了DICOM文件结构及DICOM数据集,给出了其中一些关键技术问题及相应的解决措施。最后基于VC.Net2003开发出一种DICOM医学图像处理软件,该软件能实现DICOM医学图像的显示、测量以及与通用图像格式转换等功能。     

建立在交换式以太网上的综合教学环境

在高等教育系统的教学网络设计管理基础上,简要介绍了能提高速度、实现优异教学功能的交换式以太网技术,利用Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ、Ｎｏｖｅｌｌ、ＮＴ、Ｗｉｎ９５、映象磁盘技术实现了网络的综合教学和管理,并总结了一些主要管理经验     

基于XML的数字签名在电子病历的应用方法

针对文件数字签名在电子病历应用中存在只能整体签名、重复性签名等诸多限制和问题,提出改用XML数字签名。实现结果表明,XML数字签名可支持多种方式的文档数据转换,可以实现对电子病历进行部分和多方签名验证,并能提供清晰易读的密钥信息,更加便于签名的自动检验处理。因此,在电子病历的应用中,XML数字签名较文件数字签名在平衡安全性和数据库空间节约性上具有明显优势。

The new frontier: conquering the World Wild Web by mule

This article offers a close examination of the effects that teaching hypertext markup language (HTML) has on students’ perceptions of class goals in a networked composition classroom. A networked classroom that requires students to send documents using a file transfer protocol (FTP) by command line and view the World Wide Web with a textual browser shifts the emphasis of the class from writing to coding. Helping students identify a balance between computer technology and writing goals becomes essential to a successful classroom.

DICOM文件头信息读取及解析

DICOM作为医学图像存储和传输的标准,涵盖了医学数字图像的采集、归档、通信、显示及查询等几乎所有信息交换的协议,并且结构化地定义了医疗图像设备制造厂商的兼容性申明.通过分析DICOM文件的构成,解析DICOM文件头的组成和内容,实现对DICOM文件头的信息读取,并利用所获得的信息,进一步读取DICOM文件中的数据集存储内容,是读取DICOM文件的基本解析过程,可以将对DICOM文件的读取,从程序开发商的集成平台中分离出来,在结合图像显示程序之后,作为独立的DICOM文件读取程序使用.     

计算机网络实践教学改革与职业资格认证的衔接

本文论述北京信息科技大学电子信息工程系结合电子信息工程特色专业的建设要求以及学生就业特点,采用合作性学习与研究型学习相结合的方式,将职业资格认证相关内容引入到计算机通信网络课程教学中。通过探讨职业资格认证与一般本科院校网络课程教学的有效衔接,使职业资格认证真正起到促进本科学历教育发展的作用。     

Clinical applications for stereoscopic 3‐D displays

Abstract— Stereoscopic 3‐D digital imaging holds the promise of improving the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease as well as enhancing the training and preparation of medical professionals through use of stereoscopic 3‐D displays in concert with the many volumetric visualization techniques/modalities developed in recent years. While so‐called 3‐D graphics have improved the state of computer visualization in general, 3‐D displays make full use of the human‐visual perception, and thus can provide critical insight in complex computer‐generated and video 3‐D data. The stereo 3‐D applications reviewed in this paper include screening of breast cancer and diabetic retinopathy, visualization for minimally invasive surgery, and the teaching of anatomy. Also included is a discussion of ground‐breaking results from a stereo digital mammography clinical trial under way at Emory University.     

Current status of Image Save and Carry (IS&C) standardization.

Image Save And Carry (IS&C) was planned to be an off-line information system for transmission and exchange of medical images and information between a medical facility's different divisions as well as between other hospitals. The IS&C committee defines file format for magneto-optical disk, the data format and representation, media compatibility and data security and technological assessment. A 'zone management method' which contributes to a rapid access of data in the recording media is used for IS&C file management. The IS&C standard holds as much conformation as possible in order to coordinate with ACR-NEMA (American College of Radiology-National Electrical Manufacturers' Association) and MIPS (Medical Information Processing Systems) standards. The IS&C data format is based upon the ACR-NEMA/MIPS standard. A major difference between the ACR-NEMA/MIPS standard and IS&C standard is that the IS&C standard is expected to serve for recording all kinds of medical information (e.g., diagnostic reports, endoscopic images and electrocardiograms), including X-ray images. Applications to PACS, teaching files, personal electronic health and medical records are promising. The booklet of IS&C standard will be published in the spring of 1992 by the IS&C committee.     

目录镜像及文件镜像算法

本文介绍了一种用软件使网络中的两台服务器实现某个目录镜像的方法。文件镜像算法是目录镜像的基础。算法找出源文件和目标文件中相同的部分,只传输不匹配的部分。算法不需要将两个文件放在一台机器上就能计算出它们之间的差别。当两个文件差别很小时算法效率最高,而差别较大时算法也保持正确和较高的效率。     

DICOM图象显示的研究与实现

DICOM是用于医学图象和通信的国际标准 ,它规范了医学图象及各种数字信息在异构系统和设备之间存储、传送时的文件格式和语义描述。本文首先针对DICOM 3.0标准 ,系统地分析了DI COM对象关系文件格式 ,主要阐述了数据元和数据集的格式 ,重点介绍了象素数据元的格式 ;然后提出了一个在Windows平台下显示DICOM图象的简化的图象类结构 ,并简要描述了数据元操作和图象处理的成员函数 ;最后介绍了软件各功能模块 ,着重介绍了图象显示变换模块的实现过程     

《最优控制》研究生课程网络化建设的理论研究

高校充分利用校园的网络设施,建设网络教学平台,实现课程教学资源的网络化,推动优质教学资源共享,拓宽教学空间,促进教学模式、教学手段和教学方法改革等,不仅有利于加快教学信息化建设,而且能促进现代信息技术在教学中的应用。该文结合《最优控制》研究生课程教学实践,研究《最优控制》研究生课程网络化建设的机制及方法问题,主要内容包括网络化课程建设支撑性理论研究、网络化课程规章制度研究、网络资源与《最优控制》课程的合理整合研究、《最优控制》课程网络教学平台研究、网络资源与传统教学的合理整合研究、师资队伍建设等,所得结果对于《最优控制》研究生课程网络化建设具有一定借鉴意义。     

数字化医院的现状与建设

本文论述了数字化医院发展的现状,对未来数字化医院的发展提出建议。数字化医院包括电子病历系统(EPR)、医院管理系统(HIS)、医学影像存储和传输管理系统(PACS)和检验信息系统(LIS)。它最终实现医院信息一体化,以及医疗数据的安全、有效、可靠。     

Requirements for mobile photoware

What is the future of digital imaging? Mobile imaging technologies have been changing rapidly and will continue to do so. We explore new developments in cameraphone photography with the goal of improving the design of the next generation of mobile imaging devices. We equipped 26 diverse participants with cameraphones, photo uploading and sharing software, and access to online photo-accounts for 3–5 months. This study allowed us to identify emerging practices in mobile photoware. We report on new and continuing practices across the lifespan of photos in this new imaging environment, including image capture, upload, annotation, archiving, sharing, and viewing. Based on these results, we develop design criteria and implications for designers and makers of mobile devices, mobile imaging and sharing software, and desktop and online photo software.     

解剖学的数字化实验教学平台的构建探索

随着数字医学及数字医疗技术的迅速发展,针对高等医学院校解剖实验教学中存在的问题,如何提高解剖学教学质量,文章介绍了数字化解剖,并分析了数字化解剖实验室的特点,将云计算技术应用到管理数字化实验教学中。给出了基于云计算技术的数字化解剖实验教学平台解决方案,改革数字化解剖实验室,提出一种新的数字化解剖教学模式。     

Preserving Born Digital Art: Lessons From Artists’ Practice

This article looks at the complex nature of developing effective and appropriate strategies for the preservation of born digital art, in particular networked art. These issues are approached from the perspective of artist practitioners as it is suggested that any preservation strategy begins with artists, with the conservation practices that are inculcated into the very act of creation. This article proposes that this necessitates institutional digital art conservation initiatives originating from a pre-existing culture of preservation within digital art communities.
