称量精度决定于提前量的控制精度,在配料系统中对提前量的控制以往采用双速法,存在称量精度和称量速度2个相互矛盾的控制参量,不能满足生产要求.本文以工业玻璃配料实例为基础,引入模糊控制算法,对称量速度加以控制,在精度、速度之间找到最佳的结合点,使控制效果达到满意的结果,既能提高称量精度,又满足了称量速度.通过MATLAB仿真表明,采用该策略进行排料的控制具有较好的控制效果,能够快速简捷的在配料精度和速度之间找出较优的结合点.目前,该系统已在河南某玻璃配料有限公司得到成功应用. 相似文献

A novel measuring technique of the effective conductivity at microwave frequencies for both the sintered conductor surface and the interface between conductor and dielectric materials was developed. In the measurement, a dielectric rod resonator is placed between two dielectric plates, one side of which is coated with a sintered conductor. For measuring the surface conductivity, the dielectric rod is sandwiched by the conductor side of the plates. On the other hand, for measuring the interface conductivity, the dielectric rod is sandwiched by the dielectric side of the plates. By the configuration, only interface conductivity contributes to the conducting loss of the resonator, thus allowing the measurement of the interface conductivity. Using the new technique, the frequency dependence of both the surface and interface conductivity of a sintered copper, formed on a glass ceramic substrate by the co-firing technique, was investigated in the frequency range from 11 to 34 GHz. We have studied frequency dependence of capacitance properties of aluminum gallium nitride/gallium nitride (AlGaN/GaN) heterostructures with interface traps at the AlGaN/GaN interface. We have shown that ability of charge in interface traps to respond to external measuring signal is responsible for the frequency dispersion of capacitance curves. The difference between capacitance curves measured at low and high frequencies in experimental structures is similar to the difference between simulated capacitances of the heterostructures with interface traps measured at low and high frequencies. At a high frequency when the charge in interface traps does not follow the measuring signal, the capacitance curves are only shifted in voltage compared to the curve of the structure without interface traps. But for low frequency a capacitance peak is observed. Interface traps hence contribute to experimentally observed capacitance dispersion. 相似文献

Electron emission from insulator-semiconductor interface in ZnS:Mn ac thin film electroluminescent (ACTFEL) display devices was investigated by studying the current and field waveforms. A new technique for measuring the interface electron energy distribution at insulator-semiconductor interfaces was developed. The technique involves the measurement of tunnel current transients and can be used to study the interface electron energy distribution between any insulator-semiconductor pair with which an ac thin film test structure can be fabricated.
