Nitrogen-doped amorphous carbon thin films are deposited on the ceramic substrates coated with Ti film by using direct current magnetron sputtering technique at N2 and Ar gas mixture atmosphere during deposition. The field emission properties of the deposited films have been investigated. The threshold field as low as 5.93V/μm is obtained and the maximum current density increases from 4μA/cm2 to 20.67μA/cm2 at 10.67V/μm comparing with undoped amorphous film. The results show that nitrogen doping plays an important role in field emission of amorphous carbon thin films. 相似文献

Patterned porous silicon (PS) films were synthesised by using bydrogen ion implantation technique and typical electrochemical anodic etching method.The surface morphology and characteristics of the PS films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and atomic force microscopy (AFM).The efficient electron field emission with low turn-on field of about 3.5V/μm was obtained at current density of 0.1μA/cm^2.The electron field emission current density from the patterned PS films reached 1mA/cm^2 under and applied field of about 12.5V/μm.The experimental results show that the patterned PS films are of certain practical significance and are valuable for flat panel displays. 相似文献

A new clustering algorithm of Hierarchi- cal grid clustering using data field (HGCUDF) is pro- posed. Under the distributed characteristics of data points on objects, the hierarchical grids divide and conquer the large datasets in their hierarchical subsets, which reduces the scope in search of the clustering centers, and mini- ties the area of data space for generating data field. The problem of calculating the amplitude–phase distribution of the field radiated from an open end of a rectangular dielectric waveguide expanding along one of its sides (a plane dielectric horn) is considered. The problem of diffraction on the junction of a feed dielectric waveguide and the horn is solved by the domain decomposition method using a model in the form of a screened dielectric waveguide. The amplitude–phase distributions over the distance from the end of the radiator are studied. The possibility of using the screened model for solving the problem of radiation from the open end of a dielectric horn is shown. 相似文献

The organic π-conjugated polymers are of major interest materials for the use in electro-optical and nonlinear optical devices. In this work, for a selected polyacetylene chain, the optical absorption spectra in UV/Vis regime as well as the linear polarizabilitiy and nonlinear hyperpolarizability are calculated by using quantum chemical ab initio and semiempirical methods. The relationship of its optical property to electric field is obtained. The distributions of the electrical potential and field have been given from Maxwell‘s field equations. The results show that there exists very strong electric field intensity on the tip of the nanotube,and the intensity decays rapidly as the distance increases away from the tip. The strong electric field intensity on the tip is consistent with the low threshold voltage under the electric field emission from a nanotube. The calculation also revealed that the higher the aspect ratio is, the stronger the electric field intensity on the tip of the nanotube will be,if the distance and voltage between the cathode and the anode do not change, which predicts the lower threshold voltage under the field emission. 相似文献

Using pentacene as an active material, the organic thin film transistors were fabricated on Si_(3)N_(4)/p-Si substrates by using RF-magnetron sputtered amorphous aluminium as the gate electrode contact, and using highly doped Si as the gate electrode and substrate with plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposited (PECVD) silicon nitride as gate dielectric. Pentacene thin films were deposited by thermal evaporation on dielectrics as the active layer, then RF-magnetron sputtered amorphous aluminium was used as the source and drain contacts. Measurement results show that field effect mobility and threshold voltage are 0.043 cm~2/(V·s) and 12.6 V, respectively, and on-off current ratio is nearly 1×10~(3). 相似文献

A low turn-on field electron emission from diamond-like carbon films has been observed for the first time to author‘s knowledge,Carbon films were prepared by micowave plasma chemical vapor deposition(CVD).Special pretreatment ceramic substrates were used.The characteristics of the film have been identified by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Raman spectrum.The field emission experiment has been performed in a vacuum chamber with a base pressure of about 10^-5Pa.The turn-on field of 1.2V/μm,and the current density of 1.25 mA/cm^2 at electric field of 6V/μm were obtained. 相似文献
