将600目(23μm)和1 000目(13μm)煤系偏高岭土按照0%、5%、10%、15%(质量分数)的掺量分别掺入混凝土,通过强度测试、XRD、TG-DTG、SEM-EDS和氮吸附试验等研究了煤系偏高岭土细度和掺量对混凝土力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:偏高岭土的掺入显著提高了混凝土的力学性能,当偏高岭土细度为1 000目、掺量为15%时,混凝土的抗压强度最大,90 d抗压强度达到了81 MPa;水化产物主要由氢氧化钙、钙矾石、类水滑石及水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶等组成,掺入偏高岭土并未改变水化产物种类,但是增加了水化产物中C-S-H凝胶的产生量,同时降低了氢氧化钙的含量。偏高岭土与水泥水化产物氢氧化钙发生二次水化生成C-S-H凝胶,提高混凝土致密性,这是偏高岭土能够增强混凝土力学性能的主要原因。 相似文献

从矿山采集代表性的高岭土样品,球磨并过80目筛备用。利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、综合热分析仪(DTA-TG)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对高岭土的化学成分、矿物组成、理化性质与微观形貌进行了表征,并详细考察了其多项工艺性能指标。结果表明:该高岭土的主要矿物组成为多水高岭石(84.77wt%)和绿脱石(1.33wt%),具有典型的六方管状结构,管直径在十几到几十个纳米不等,管长约为几百纳米。该高岭土可塑性较好,阳离子交换容量值很高,流动性和触变性小,干燥收缩大,干燥强度较低。由于该高岭土样品的Fe2O3(0.43wt%)含量低,从而具有较高的烧成白度,1250℃下烧成样品的白度为70.8%。 相似文献

A method for the determination of the reflectance of powdered frits is described. Results obtained by this method show a high correlation with the results of standard reflectance tests, particularly when frits are fused at enameling temperatures. The method consists essentially of suspending 0.4 cc. of sample, sized between 270- and 325-mesh, in 10 cc. of clear kerosene and measuring by means of a photoelectric cell the decrease in light transmitted as compared with the light transmitted by kerosene itself. Samples of nepheline syenite prepared by conventional and by fluid-energy reduction methods were studied to determine (1) their fundamental properties and (2) the characteristics they impart to vitreous bodies. Fluid-energy grinding methods make it possible to obtain materials which pass a 325-mesh sieve and yet do not have excessive amounts of extreme fines. The absence of large flux particles is conducive to a uniform distribution of the resultant glassy phase which permits a closer approach to equilibrium conditions and improves the physical properties of whiteware bodies. 相似文献

The final color of a ceramic body is generally determined by the contents of Fe3+ ions. The Central European market accepts kaolinitic clays for the production of tableware, electro-insulators, and wall tiles only if the Fe2 O3 in chemical analyses of the kaolin does not exceed 1.0 wt%. The chemical analyses calculate the content of all iron components as if they were in the form of Fe2 O3 and then their quantity excludes even good-quality clay from the ceramic industry of white bodies. We found that oxidizing firing of the samples fired at over 1180°C changes the color in cases where the initial Fe3+ component is in the form of hydro ferric oxide [FeO(OH)] or if the ferric ions were added to the white kaolin samples in the form of ferric nitrate [Fe(NO3 )3 ·9H2 O]. The Mössbauer spectroscopy confirms the presence of only diluted Fe3+ ions. The UV-ViS-NIR spectroscopy confirms that even if the concentration of Fe2 O3 is above 3.0 wt%, these ions of Fe3+ in the case of their initial hydro ferric oxide formed in clay are incorporated into the mullitic structure in tetrahedral coordination. The iron-coloring effect depends on the coordination of Fe3+ ions with the studied discoloring effect of fired bodies—the very small and well-distributed particles enter into the formatted mullitic structure. 相似文献

实际生产中大多数储罐、反应器的进料口和卸料口都是与管道相连而形成连通结构,为考查丝网结构对连通容器内气体爆炸的二次抑制作用,以甲烷-空气混合物为研究对象,利用球形容器与管道构成的连通容器进行了抑爆实验,对比分析了单次抑爆与二次抑爆效果,并分析了不同目数和层数的丝网结构对连通容器的二次抑爆效果的影响。结果表明:丝网结构二次抑爆效果优于单次抑爆。当单次抑爆失效时加入40目5层丝网结构进行二次抑爆效果最好;加入60目1层、3层丝网结构无抑爆效果,加入5层、7层、9层丝网结构抑爆效果明显,而且抑爆作用随丝网层数增加而增强。因此,在工程设计中应根据实际情况综合考虑,选用合适的抑爆次数及抑爆结构。 相似文献
