采用摇床法,测定25℃不同浓度硫酸铵时变性牛胰核糖核酸酶(Rnase A)在固体疏水作用色谱填料PEG-600表面上的吸附等温线.得出随盐浓度的增加,变性蛋白分子与疏水表面吸附亲和作用增强,吸附量随盐浓度的增加而增大.DSC和FTIR的研究证实,变性吸附态蛋白分子的热稳定性随盐浓度的增加而增强,保留了更多的蛋白二级结构,且在疏水表面上进行再折叠,得到部分有序的蛋白三级结构.  相似文献

用重量法测试了CoAlPO4-5分子筛对甲苯的吸附. 结果表明,不同温度下的吸附等温线均属典型Ⅰ型,可以用Langmuir方程来描述. 甲苯的吸附自由能变化随吸附量的增加而增加;吸附熵随吸附量的增加而减小,在吸附量大于0.65 mmol/g时变化较大,表明吸附相中分子间的相互作用开始加强;吸附熵与吸附温度无关.  相似文献

用大孔交联氯甲基化聚苯乙烯分别与己内酰胺和尿素发生功能基化反应,合成大孔交联聚(N-对乙烯基苄基己内酰胺)和大孔交联聚(N-对乙烯基苄基脲)2种树脂.通过静态吸附试验,测定了这2种酰胺基树脂对水溶液中茶多酚的吸附等温线,发现所有的吸附等温线都符合Freundlich吸附等温方程.结果表明:聚(N-对乙烯基苄基脲)对水溶液中茶多酚的吸附亲和性相对聚(N-对乙烯基苄基己内酰胺)更大.根据热力学函数关系计算等量吸附焓、Gibbs吸附自由能和吸附熵,表明2种酰胺基树脂对水溶液中茶多酚的吸附均为吸热、熵增的物理吸附过程;同时,聚(N-对乙烯基苄基脲)对水溶液中茶多酚的吸附相对聚(N-对乙烯基苄基己内酰胺)有更低的吸附自由能变,较高的吸附焓变和熵变.  相似文献

高交联聚苯乙烯大孔树脂对水溶液中苯酚的吸附性能   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用一步法合成高交联聚苯乙烯树脂, 采用红外光谱对其结构进行表征, 其红外光谱图中在1 704.43 cm-1处有较强的吸收峰, 表明该树脂含有较大量的羰基. 测定该高交联聚苯乙烯大孔树脂对水溶液中苯酚的吸附等温线, 利用Clausius-Clapeyron方程计算出其吸附热为9.70~24.52 kJ/mol, 由此推断出该树脂对水溶液中苯酚的吸附是通过氢键作用吸附的. 根据Freundlich方程对吸附等温线处理作出-ln ρ-ln q图, 用线性回归法拟合出自由能函数, 计算出吸附的自由能和吸附过程的熵变均小于0, 说明该树脂对水溶液中苯酚的吸附是一个放热、自发过程, 苯酚分子限制在树脂吸附位点上的二维运动.  相似文献

用液 /固吸附计量置换模型 ( SDM- A) ,研究了 2 98K羊毛纤维吸附溴化烷基三甲铵阳离子表面活性剂 CTAB和 DTAB的吸附等温线 ,结果表明它们均遵从 SDM- A的线性作图关系 .用 SDM-A的线性参数βα 和 q/z很好地描述了碳氢链长及加盐效应对于吸附性质的影响规律 ,特别是能定量地描述加盐效应对于吸附同时具有的促进和抵消两种相反作用的程度 ,并用 SDM- A的热力学 ,由线性参数计算得到了不同体系的吸附亲和能 ΔGA,解吸能 ΔGD 及总过程的自由能 ΔGP.一个吸附体系中 ,ΔGA 为常数且为较大的负值 ;ΔGD 为随溶液体相浓度 c增大而增大的正值 ;ΔGP为与 lgc呈线性关系的较小的负值 .计算所得结果能很好地解释实验事实 ,并可从更深层次上揭示吸附机理 .  相似文献

用自制强碱性离子交换纤维,研究其静态吸附丹酚酸B的热力学性能。确定了所制离子交换纤维静态吸附丹酚酸B的最佳吸附溶剂为pH=9的60%甲醇水溶液。在静态条件下,得到不同浓度下的吸附等温线后,再拟合得到平衡时的Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程,从而计算得到吸附过程中的吸附焓、吉布斯自由能和吸附熵等热力学函数值。该吸附是一个自发进行的吸热、熵增过程。  相似文献

研究了水溶液中水合氧化铈(HCO)吸附As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的热力学及机理.绘制了不同温度下的等温吸附曲线,计算了热力学函数(标准吸附自由能变△G00、标准吸附焓变△H00、标准吸附熵变△S00).结果表明:HCO在所研究浓度和温度范围内对As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的吸附等温线均能很好地采用Langmuir方程进行描述,其吸附过程均属于自发的熵驱动吸热反应,是一个熵增过程,其标准吸附焙变△H00分别为20.13和14.16 kJ/mol,标准自由能△G 0的减小是该吸附过程的推动力.结合红外光谱分析其主要反应机理趋向于配位化学吸附.  相似文献

活性炭纤维处理苯酚废水的静态吸附性能研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
利用活性碳纤维(ACF)静态吸附苯酚模拟废水,测定了不同温度下的吸附等温线和动力学曲线,计算了有关热力学函数ΔHΦ、ΔGΦ、ΔSΦ和吸附活化能,初步揭示了活性炭纤维对苯酚的吸附机理.结果表明,293 K时静态吸附容量最大为156.3 mg/g,温度对吸附容量和吸附机理有很大影响.低温时被吸附苯酚分子以平伏取向为主,同时伴随大量溶剂分子的脱附而吸热,熵增大;高温时苯酚直立吸附,但溶解度增大,吸附容量减小,同时溶剂分子大量被吸附,使系统熵减小.动力学研究表明,苯酚在活性炭纤维上的吸附符合一级吸附规律,吸附活化能为8.66 kJ.mol-1.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
