Objective To study on adsorption effect of cadusafos and atropine sulfate by hemoperfusion.Method Hemoperfusions were performed for sheep blood samples with cadusafos and atropineby through imitated extracorporeal closed circulating perfusion apparatus.Residual cadusafos was determined by gas chromatography and residual atropine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Result Dose of adsorption agent was 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 g,respectively.Two hours after hemoperfusion with membrane coated activated charcoal,clearance rate of cadusafos in 3 groups all exceeded 90%.and clearance rate of atropine sulfate was 61.9%,84.9%,88.9%,respectively.One and a half hours after hemoperfusion with HA230 absorption resin,clearance rate of eadusafos in 3 groups all exceeded 90%,and clearance rate of atropine sulfate was 88.0%,97.2%,98.4%,respectively.Three hours after hemoperfusion with membrane coated activated charcoal,The concentration ratio of cadusafos and atropine sulfate in blood promoted to 10.1 times,and the ratio was 6.7 times after hemoperfusion with HA230 absorption resin.Conclusion It suggested that cadusafos were mostly removed from blood after 1.5~2.0hours hemoperfusion with membrane activated charcoal or HA230 absorption resin.The concentration ratio of cadusafos and atropine sulfate in blood will increased after hemoperfusion.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of hybrid renal replacement therapy (HRRT) in patients with severe snake bite. Methods: 15 patients treated with HRRT from July in 2005 to August in 2009 were involved in the study, all patients were established ascular access by central venous catheter, polysulfone membrane connected absorption hemoperfusion cartridge, the blood flow rate was 200 ml/min, the dialysate flow rate was 300 ml/min, heparin or low molecular heparin was used as anticoagulant, treatment time was 6 to 12 hours. Observe the biochemical indicators and APACHE II score before and after HRRT and clinical outcomes of the patients. Results: The level of serum creatinine, glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease, glutamic-pyruvic transaminease, creatine kinase isozyme MB, and creatine kinase were significantly lower than the level before HRRT(P<0.05); the level of cholinesterase was significantly higher than the level before HRRT (P<0.01); the APACHE II score before HRRT was 14.1±3.8, but decreased significantly to 7.9±1.4, 6.2±1.1 and 4.2±0.8 at the first, second and seventh day after HRRT, respectively (P<0.01). There are 3 patients died at the first, third, and fourth HRRT, respectively, the rest 12 patients were cured or improved when discharged, the survival rate was 80%, and the mortality was 20%. Conclusion: HRRT may be an effective treatment method for severe snake bite patients, which can reduce the mortality rate and increase the survival rate.  相似文献

Objective Currently applied membrane materials for hemodialysis are mainly polysulfone and polyethers. However, defects still remain in the removal of β2-MG and biocompatibility. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has not been put in use in hemodialysis. This study focused on the evaluation of mechanics performance and the dialysis performance of PVDF membrane material. Methods PVDF hollow fiber membranes were spun by changing the membrane forming conditions. The membranes were sealed to dialyzers by centrifugal moulding method. The simulation solution, instead of patient blood, was used to evaluate the dialysis performance of PVDF hollow fiber membrane dialyzers. Results The tensile failure strength of PVDF membrane was about 20 cN. The tensile elongation of PVDF membrane was about 200%. The clearance rates of the dialyzers prepared with the fiber whose wall thickness was 30μ m to urea and lysozyme were 90% and 75%, separately,while the rejection to BAS reached 90% above. With the mass content of (polyethylene glycol, PEG) was 19%,the rejection rate of bovine serum was 91%, which was higher than that with the PEG mass content of 22%. When the flow velocity of dialysis fluid was increased, the clearance rate of urea and lysozyme was improved, but the rejection of BAS was not much affected. Conclusion The results show that the mechanics performance can satisfy the demand of dialysis. The clearance rate of urea and lysozyme has greatly improved. The retention of bovine serum albumin by using PVDF dialyzers is ideal. The PVDF can be exploited as a new membrane material.  相似文献
