杉科植物的系统发育分析   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
本文以形态学为依据,参考其他学科的研究成果,用分支分类方法并结合表征分类方法探讨了杉科植物的系统演化关系,提出了新的分类系统。在分支分类中,金松科被选作外类群。主要根据外类群比较原则、化石原则和一般的演化规律,确定了性状的祖征和衍征,采用最大同步法、综合分析法、演化极端结合法及最小平行进化法共四种方法进行分支分析,选择最简约的分支图作为本文讨论基础。在表征分类中,选取59个性状,利用距离系数和类平均法,对金松属和杉科各属进行了聚类运算,得出表征图。综合两种分析结果,主要结论如下:(1)属间关系:柳杉属是现存杉科植物中最原始的类群。水松属和落羽杉属关系密切,二者与柳杉属近缘。巨杉属和北美红杉属关系密切,是中级进化水平的类群。水杉属与巨杉属和北美红杉属的亲缘关系相对较近。杉木属、密叶杉属和台湾杉属关系密切,是杉科植物中的高级进化类群,其中又以台湾杉属演化水平最高。(2)系统排列:支持金松科的成立,将杉科分成5族,即柳杉族(仅含柳杉属)、落羽杉族(含水松属、落羽杉属)、北美红杉族(含巨杉属、北美红杉属)、水杉族(仅含水杉属)和杉木族(含杉木属、密叶杉属及台湾杉属)。  相似文献

睡莲科的系统发育:核糖体DNA ITS区序列证据   总被引:13,自引:1,他引:12  
以金鱼藻Ceratophyllum demersum为外类群,使用PAUP4.0b4A软件对睡莲科Nymphaeaceae植物7属11个代表种的ITS区序列进行了系统发育分析。采用最大简约法分析获得了3个最简约树,步长为1125,一致性指数(CI)和维持性指数(RI)值分别为0.7618和0.7214。利用3个最简约树获取严格一致树。结果表明:(1)莲属Nelumbo位于系统树的基部,自展支持率为100%,可从睡莲科中独立出来成立莲科Nelumbonaceae和莲目Nelumbonales;(2)萍蓬草属Nuphar是一单系类群,位于分支Ⅱ的基部,并和睡莲科其他属(不包括莲属)植物聚在一起构成姐妹群,故萍蓬草属仍应置于睡莲科中;(3)水盾草属Cabomba和莼菜属Brasenia聚成一小支并构成姐妹群,自展支持率为99%,说明这两属之间亲缘关系较近;(4)睡莲属和芡实属Euryale、王莲属Victoria聚成一小支并构成姐妹群,自展支持率为94%,说明三者亲缘关系较近,仍应置于睡莲科中。  相似文献

首次报道了15种杜鹃属(Rhododendron)植物、1种杜香属(Ledum)植物和Cassiope fastigiata的内转录间隔区(ITS) (包括5.8S)序列.加上从GenBank下载的13种杜鹃属植物和Bajiaria racemosa的ITS序列,以C. fastigiata和B. racemosa为外类群,用最大简约法对杜鹃属的亚属和组间的系统关系进行了分析.结果表明: 1)杜鹃属是一个单系类群,叶状苞亚属为杜鹃属的基部类群; 2)杜香属确应归并到杜鹃属中,且与有鳞杜鹃亚属有较近的亲缘关系; 3)有鳞杜鹃亚属和杜香构成一个单系分支,该分支是其余无鳞杜鹃花的姐妹群; 4)由无鳞杜鹃花组成的一个分支的内部支持率较低,其中常绿杜鹃亚属和映山红亚属均为内部支持率很高的单系类群,而羊踯躅亚属和马银花亚属均为多系类群; 5)在马银花亚属中,长蕊杜鹃组和马银花组均分别得到强烈支持,马银花组与异蕊杜鹃亚属可能构成姐妹群关系,异蕊杜鹃亚属和马银花组组成的一个分支可能与映山红亚属构成姐妹群关系.  相似文献

本文用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察研究了沿阶草亚科(Ophiopogonoideae)3属39种1变种叶 片远轴面的表皮特征。认为这些气孔器周围的邻近细胞和表皮细胞特征在分类上有比较重要的意义, 主要是:(1)有助于沿阶草属、山麦冬属和球子草属种间和属间种类的鉴别;(2)给这些植物类群的分类提供了有用的性状;(3)对沿阶草属的归类有着比较重要的意义;(4)为探讨沿阶草亚科内3个属间的亲缘关系提供了有益的证据。并认为,这三个属的气孔器邻近细胞和表皮细胞特征的演化趋势为无气孔带类型→无角质突起类型→具角质突起类型(具气孔带)。根据这些特征和外部形态性状认为这三个属 的亲缘关系比较密切,应归属于同一个大类群—沿阶草亚科。  相似文献

以三棱栎为外类群,基于叶表皮及叶结构特征对中国栎属进行初步的分支分析,结果显示了栎属内稳定的“支”结构及其种间关系。栎亚属可划分为5个组,分别为巴东栎组,高山栎组,Jiang子栎组,麻栎组和槲栎组,Jiang子栎组是栎亚属常绿栎类与落叶栎类之间的过渡类群;高山栎组应为栎亚属常绿栎类中的特化类群,而非最原始类群,5个组中,仅巴东栎组不是单系类群,而是一个多系类群,青冈亚属较栎亚属早分支,可划分为3大类;无毛类,简单被毛类和复杂被毛类;无毛类最原始,复杂被毛类与栎亚属关系最近,因此,叶表皮及叶结构特征对解决栎亚属组间亲缘关系有重要的分类学意义。  相似文献

对安徽黄精属(PolygonatumMill.)7种植物的叶片进行了比较解剖学研究。结果表明:(1)7种黄精属植物叶肉细胞中普遍存在含针晶束的异细胞,其数量多少存在种间差异;(2)除玉竹(P.odoratum)的下表皮外,叶表皮均无表皮毛的存在;(3)仅下表皮有气孔器分布,除湖北黄精(P.ganlandeianens)既有单个散布也有2个或3个聚集后随机散布外,均为单个随机散布在下表皮上;(4)叶片无栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化,除湖北黄精和安徽黄精(P.anhuiense)的叶片有不显著的栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化;(5)气孔器的某些特征,如气孔器大小、气孔器分布、气孔器类型等特征以及表皮细胞形状和垂周壁式样在种间有一定的差异。上述特征为黄精属植物种的划分及系统演化关系的探讨提供实验证据。  相似文献

测定了簇毛黄耆亚属(Pogonophace)4组8种和外类群Caragana roborovskyi的ITS序列,从GenBank中调出相关12属47种的ITS序列,组成数据距阵,应用PAUP程序中的最大简约法构建了系统发育树状图。扁荚组(Sect.Sesbanella)与亚属其余类群在系统树上处于不同的分支,亲缘关系较远这个亚属不是一个单系类群;膨果组(Sect.Bibracteola)。背扁组(Sect.Phyllolobium)和袋果组(Sect.Trichostylus)作为一个单系类群能得到ITS序列的支持,但与分组以及膨果组下系的划分都得不到ITS序列分析的支持。  相似文献

广义铃兰族包括6属200余种单子叶植物,具有较为稳定的染色体数目以及明显的核型变化,是研究植物染色体进化非常理想的类群。该研究采用常规压片法对铃兰族5个物种植物的染色体形态、数目及其核型进行了观察分析,并全面收集和整理了铃兰族所有已报道的共81种253条的染色体记录,通过综合统计、重建系统发育树,探讨铃兰族属间以及各属下种间的系统关系,以揭示物种间的亲缘关系和起源演化趋势。结果表明:(1)细胞学实验观察发现,铃兰族5个物种植物的染色体数目除蜘蛛抱蛋为2n=36外,其余4种均为2n=38,且均为二倍体,不对称性核型均为Stebbins’-2C型,核型不对称系数As.K%的变化范围为65%~69%,但染色体核型公式有差别。(2)所收集的铃兰族染色体报道记录中,绝大多数物种的染色体数目为2n=38,只在蜘蛛抱蛋属中有部分物种为2n=36;根据染色体长度变化核型主要分为单型和三型;统计结果显示,染色体2n=36的类群比2n=38的类群通常多1对中型染色体,少2对小型染色体,推测可能是由于2对小的染色体融合成为1对中型染色体。(3)基于4个叶绿体基因片段(rbcL、matK、psbA-trnH和trnL-F)和核基因ITS构建的铃兰族最新分子系统发育树显示,铃兰族分为三支,第Ⅰ支位于整个族的基部,为首先分化出来的铃兰-白穗花分支,均以x=19为基数;第Ⅱ支为万年青-吉祥草分支,染色体基数为x=19;第Ⅲ支为蜘蛛抱蛋-长柱开口箭分支,染色体基数为x=18或19;结合铃兰族染色体基数和核型分析发现,铃兰族染色体低基数的x=18是由x=19通过染色体融合或丢失进化而来,推测核型则是由比较对称的单型向不对称的三型演化而来。该研究结果为铃兰族属间关系及物种进化关系提供了细胞学支持证据。  相似文献

菊科蒿属Artemisia的腺毛蒿组和白苞蒿组共有26种8变种,为亚洲特有植物。前者主产我国西南中、高海拔地区,后者主产秦岭以南横断山脉以东各省区的中、低海拔地区,少数种在亚洲南部、东南部也有分布。除泰国艾 A.boreali-siamensis外,其余国内均产。它们在蒿属蒿亚属中进化程度较高,且与其它组有明显的区别。选择亲缘关系最近的艾组为外类群。在外类群比较原则和形态演化原则的基础上,对大量性状进行分析,包括茎,叶、花序、雌花、两性花和瘦果等性状,加之花粉形态、化学成分等,构成由55个性状演化系列组成数据矩阵,使用程序Hennig 86,version 1.5在微机上运算,得到最简约的分支图。结论如下:(1)分支图表明;腺毛蒿组和白苞蒿组各为一单系类群,且互为姐妹关系。(2)经谱系分支分析,获得该类群修正的分类系统。分析结果支持林有润(1992,1991,1982)将中国腺毛蒿组分为腺毛蒿系、二郎山蒿系、多花蒿系及白苞蒿组分为白苞蒿系、垂叶蒿系和奇蒿系的观点,但少数种的位置有所变化,如白苞蒿组侧蒿 A.deversa、腺毛蒿组吉塘蒿A.gyitangensis、泰国艾A. boreali-siamensis、察隅蒿A.zayuensis和亚东蒿A.yadongensis。另建议将甘青蒿A.tangutica从腺毛蒿系分出,独立为甘青蒿系Ser.Tanguticae。(3)我国西南地区是该类群植物的“次生的起源中心”和现代分布区的”第二个密集中心”。(4)产于泰国北部的A.boreali-siamensis在分类学及生物地理学上颇为独特,它与主要分布在川西藏东地区的腺毛蒿系亲缘关系密切,而与分布区稍广(我国西南及南亚、东南亚)的多花蒿系种类的亲缘关系甚远。  相似文献

The monophyly of the land snail family Camaenidae has been in doubt due to a disjunct bihemispheric distributional pattern and to the lack of morphological synapomorphies. A cladistic analysis is presented using an ingroup composed of representatives of the three subfamilies distributed in Australia and 52 other species with American distribution. Bradybaenidae, Helicidae and Helminthoglyptidae were used as outgroups. Fifty morphological characters were treated as unordered and analysed using Pee-Wee ver. 2.9, a program for parsimony analysis using implied weights. The results of the analysis support Camaenidae as a monophyletic family (synapomorphies: oval genital orifice, absence of penial sheath). Two of the three Australasian subfamilies, Sinumeloninae and Camaeninae, are monophyletic in the strict consensus tree. The American taxa are classified in eight genera and arranged into two main clades. Caracolus is proposed as the sister group of the American Continental Camaenidae. The genus Solaropsis , previously excluded from this family by different authors, is reassigned to Camaenidae. 小檗科(Berberidaceae)淫羊藿属(Epimedium Linn.)植物全世界约有55种,中国分布有44种,其余种类则分布于东亚、克什米尔、北非和高加索等地。该属植物具有复杂的形态学变异(例如:单叶、一回三出复叶、二回三出复叶,花茎具两叶、三叶或一叶,花瓣无距、有距、距多样式等),导致仅依靠直观判断不能对该属系统进行划分。李超等[1]采用数量分类法对该属55种植物的分类结果多数与Stearn[2]25-26和王悦云等[3]的研究结果一致,但部分种类的分类仍存异议,例如:Sect.  相似文献

对螟黄足盘绒茧蜂复合群Cotesia flavipes complex (膜翅目:茧蜂科:小腹茧蜂亚科)分布全世界的5个种和外群侧沟茧蜂Microplitis 及荻茧蜂Diolcogaster 的25个性状,以及复合群5个种和外群螟蛉盘绒茧蜂Cotesia ruficrus、粘虫盘绒茧蜂Cotesia kariyai、粉蝶盘绒茧蜂Cotesia glomerata 的24个性状,分别进行比较研究,并运用支序分析的方法探讨该复合群内5个种种间的系统发育关系。支序分析表明螟黄足盘绒茧蜂复合群是一单系群,二化螟盘绒茧蜂C. chilonis 和大螟盘绒茧蜂C. sesamiae 近缘,芦螟盘绒茧蜂C. chiloluteelli 和汉寿盘绒茧蜂C. hanshouensis 近缘,螟黄足盘绒茧蜂C. flavipes相对独立。 以上研究表明无论是以近缘属作外群还是以同属其它种作外群,所得结果基本上都能反映螟黄足盘绒茧蜂复合群各种之间的分类地位。  相似文献

The scale insect genus Limacoccus and its four palm pest species are revised and all instars with sexual dimorphism are described and illustrated. A key to Limacoccus species is provided. The unique life-history of this genus with construction of a protective tunnel by the second-instar female is described. A cladistic analysis of Limacoccus and eleven representative species of Diaspididae, Halimococcidae, Phoenicococcidae and Beesoniidae, was undertaken using fifty-four traditional and new characters from first and second instars and adult females. Character polarity was determined by outgroup comparison with Margarodidae, Pseudococcidae, Eriococcidae and Asterolecaniidae as outgroups. Nine most parsimonious trees were found. Analysis of the eleven terminal taxa of the strict consensus tree using Phoenicococcidae, Halimococcidae and Diaspididae as outgroups produced one parsimonious tree. As result of this analysis, Limacoccus is believed to be a monophyletic group of characterized by seven autapomorphies and is assigned to the family Beesoniidae fam.rev. The redefined family is divided into two tribes: Beesoniini stat.nov. with genera Beesonia and Mangalorea and Limacocciini stat.nov. with the genus Limacoccus. The Beesoniidae are here regarded as a sister group of Phoenicococcidae.  相似文献

The subfamily Viverrinae is a taxon of uncertain systematic status. This study consists of cladistic analyses based on morphological characters of specimens belonging to the genera Genetta , Osbornictis , Poiana and Prionodon . Two levels of analysis are carried out, one concerning generic relationships (intergeneric analysis) and one dealing with the interrelationships of species within the genus Genetta (intrageneric analysis). In the first analysis, different outgroups were used in order to test the ingroup topology.
With regard to the intergeneric analysis, Osbornictis , Poiana and Prionodon , together with Genetta johnstoni , constitute a monophyletic group (including Nandinia ), which is the sister-group of a clade formed by the other species of genets. Thus, the genus Genetta is regarded as paraphyletic. Prionodon appears to be a derived taxon. The Poiana – Prionodon clade is well supported, especially by ultrastructural hair characters. The cladogram topology in the intrageneric analysis indicates an ecological transition from the rain forest genets to the savanna genets. Basicranial features were examined in catarrhine primates and early hominids in order to demonstrate how information about morphological integration can be incorporated into phylogenetic analysis. Hypotheses purporting to explain the functional and structural relationships of basicranial characters were tested using factor analysis. Characters found to be functionally or structurally related to each other were then further examined in order to determine whether there was evidence that they were phylogenetically independent. If phylogenetic independence could not be demonstrated, then the characters were presumed to be integrated and were grouped into a complex. That complex was then treated as if it were a single character for the purposes of cladistic analysis. Factor analysis revealed that five basicranial features may be structurally related to relative brain size in hominoids. Depending on how one defines phylogenetic independence, as few as two, or as many as all of those characters might be morphologically integrated. A cladistic analysis of early hominids based on basicranial features revealed that the use of integrated complexes had a substantial effect on the phylogenetic position of Australopithecus africanus, a species whose relationships are poorly resolved. Moreover, the use of complexes also had an effect on reanalyses of certain published cladistic data sets, implying that those studies might have been biased by patterns of basicranial integration. These results demonstrate that patterns of morphological integration need to be considered carefully in all morphology-based cladistic analyses, regardless of taxon or anatomical focus. However, an important caveat is that the functional and structural hypotheses tested here predicted much higher degrees of integration than were observed. This result warns strongly that hypotheses of integration must be tested before they can be adequately employed in phylogenetic analysis. The uncritical acceptance of an untested hypothesis of integration is likely to be as disruptive to a cladistic analysis as when integration is ignored.  相似文献

The thalassiosiroid centric diatoms are distinguished by at least one synapomorphy, the strutted process or fultoportula. Variously classified as a family (Thalassiosiraceae) or an order (Thalassiosirales) among centric diatoms, it is generally conceded that the group of several hundred fossil and living species is monophyletic as a whole. There are two ecological groups of thalassiosiroids, marine and freshwater. It has been hypothesized, based on an ecletic, non-rigorous, evolutionary taxonomy perspective that both the marine and freshwater ecological groups are also monophyletic, but this hypothesis has never been tested in a rigorous framework. Likewise, the freshwater thalassiosiroid species have been grouped into several genera and subgenera using an evolutionary taxonomic approach, but these hypotheses have not fully been tested using cladistic analysis. Focusing mainly on freshwater species, but including at least one representative of each marine genus and one representative from each of several proposed subgeneric groupings of the genus Thalassiosira , we scored morphological characters for fossil and living marine and freshwater Thalassiosiraceae to test these hypotheses. Our cladistic results provide strong support for monophyly for the freshwater group, but it seems unlikely that the marine group is monophyletic. The cladistic results are corroborated to greater or lesser degrees by the fossil record. The implications for evolution in the group and for taxon sampling in molecular studies we are conducting will be discussed.  相似文献

The law of the unspecialized states that specialized taxa have evolved from more generalized ancestors. Moreover, it is usually assumed that ecological specialization is irreversible and hence leads to extinction. This study aims to test these assumptions using a phylogenetic framework in a case study within the springtail genus Willemia and its diverse life habits. This genus is represented mostly by loam-dwelling species (generalized condition), but some species are psammophilous, living in sandy habitats (specialized condition). Fifty-two morphological characters were examined in 34 of the 36 species of the genus and in three outgroups. The cladistic analysis yielded two most parsimonious trees (tree length 124 steps; consistency index 0.56; retention index 0.86). The evolution of psammophily versus loam-confined life is compared to the cladogram: unexpectedly, psammophily is not an evolutionary innovation that occurred once in a monophyletic group; the evolutionary scenario that parsimoniously fits the phylogeny suggests that psammophily is ancestral to the genus Willemia and reversed twice to loam-confined life. These results demonstrate that habitat generalists can evolve from habitat specialists and therefore that habitat specializations are not necessarily an evolutionary dead end. Many other seemingly specialized characters may be shown to be equally malleable.  相似文献

A new species of Cephalocarida belonging to the genus Lightiella is described. Like all known species of Lightiella , the new species is characterized by reduction of trunk segment 8, which also lacks both pleura and thoracopods. The diagnostic characters of the species are: (1) one seta on the inner distal corner of the penultimate endopodal segment of second maxilla and thoracopods 1–5; (2) only one claw on the distal segment of the endopod of thoracopod 6. A cladistic analysis of 27 morphological characters was used to estimate the phylogeny of all species of Lightiella , with all other cephalocarid species used as outgroups. Lopezia, a genus of 22 species largely restricted to Mexico, forms a monophyletic group defined by the possession of two stamens in tetramerous flowerS. A cladistic analysis of the genus was performed using 16 characters from morphology, anatomy and embryology. Twenty of the 22 species were considered the terminal taxa. Polarity of the characters was based on the outgroup comparison method, using three alternative outgroups: the genus Fuchsia, Onagraceae excluding Ludwigia, and Epilobieae-Onagreae. Using Fuchsia as outgroup, 29 equally parsimonious cladograms were produced, each with 24 steps and a consistency index of 0.75. A successive weighting procedure was applied, resulting in 15 cladograms with consistency index of 0.85. The strict consensus cladogram defines eight monophyletic groups and supports most of the current sectional classification of Lopezia, with the exception that no synapomorphy defines section Jehlia. The larger sections Lopezia and Pelozia, although well-defined as clades, are not fully resolved internally. All cladograms support section Riesenbachia as monophyletic. The two alternative hypotheses for outgroups produced similar results: 61 most parsimonious trees, reduced after the successive weighting procedure to 15, which are identical to those produced with Fuchsia as outgroup. These results are discussed in the context of data on cytology and pollination biology.  相似文献
