非织造布壁纸是一种绿色环保壁纸。对用于制作相同面密度壁纸的短纤水刺基布与双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布的性能进行了对比,测试其拉伸断裂强度、透气性、快干性、抗污性、吸声性和吸墨性。研究表明:短纤水刺基布的拉伸力学性能略低于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,但后者的纵横向强度比略大;短纤水刺基布透气性好于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,但后者的防螨性更优异;短纤水刺基布水分蒸发率小于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,后者有更好的快干性;短纤水刺基布接触角大于双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布,前者抗污性能较优;短纤水刺基布和双组分超纤纺黏水刺基布均可作为吸声材料,后者吸声性能更好;两者的吸墨性均为良好。 相似文献

In a first phase of a moresectional research work mechanical properties of compressed impregnated wood were investigated. Wood-based materials promising good suitability with respect to load-carrying joints in timber structures were selected from several products of the domestic market. The development of a laminated wood board of different design is, among other, a solution to the worsening situation of wood supply in production of standard veneer boards. At the same time, the supply of wood boards with speical properties may be enlarged. This was the reason to investigate a laminated wood board, composed of veneer layers and fiber boards. Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) was laboratory manufactured using veneers from decay and non decay resistant species in order to evaluate changes in the durability as a result of the LVL manufacturing process, and to test if the mixing of decay resistant species and non decay resistant species can improve durability. Laboratory soil block test and field test were conducted. The durability of solid wood was comparable to that of LVL made using the same species. For LVL made using veneer from durable and non-durable wood species, durability was improved when two faces and one core veneers were from decay resistant species. 相似文献

This paper presents a very low gamma energy radiation method for the measurement of density distributions of veneer sheet. The method is based on a narrow beam measurement geometry, where the equipment scans the specimen sheet placed between the 55Fe radiation source emitting 5.9 keV photons and the Nal-detector. The density distribution is determined by measuring the number of photons passing through the veneer sheet. By the method the dry wood density can be determined by measuring also the moisture content of the sheet. The dry wood density can be estimated with good accuracy without moisture measurement when the moisture variation is limited to a few per cent. 相似文献
