鉴于超高频(UHF)法用于局部放电检测日渐增多,结合UHF用于广东电网变电站GIS局部放电检测案例,分析了UHF在线监测技术的优越性,并对PDM UHF局部放电在线监测系统的应用效果进行了试验研究。试验和实践表明,UHF在线监测技术能够提高变电站GIS局部放电的监测效果,具有很好的应用前景。提高监测灵敏度的关键在于选择合适的传感器安装位置。此外,对于全封闭的GIS设备UHF法宜结合超声波定位技术一起使用。 相似文献

笔者设计了一套基于虚拟仪器的GIS局部放电声电联合检测系统,通过不同速率的数据采集模块对GIS局部放电过程中所产生的超高频、高频电流以及超声波信号进行多通道同步联合检测。系统基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台开发,可连续捕捉与采集存储局部放电脉冲波形信号、实时计算放电脉冲相位。利用采集的局放信号进行时频分析和模糊聚类实现了多源局放的有效分离和类型判断,同时基于多路局部放电超高频信号与超声波信号本身或两者之间的时差可实现局部放电源的定位。该系统已在多个220 kV及500 kV GIS变电站的局部放电现场检测中得以应用,检测结果验证了系统的性能。 相似文献

Increasing the permittivity of the propagation medium inside a hollow tube lowers its cut-off frequency, allowing it to transmit a wider range of signal frequencies. This principle is applied to the design of dielectric windows that can be used to facilitate partial discharge (PD) detection at ultra high frequency (UHF) in a HV metalclad plant such as gas-insulated substation (GIS), power transformers and circuit breakers. External UHF couplers mounted on such windows can be removed or replaced without compromising the integrity of the insulation system. By increasing the signal power level incident on a window-mounted external UHF coupler, higher sensitivity to PD can be achieved. The measurement of partial discharge(PD) of several faults in gas-insulated system (GIS) is discussed. Phase-resolved PD patterns have been measured using three different PD detection measuring systems: according to the IEC 270 recommendations, a VHF/UHF measuring system with narrow band filtering, and the UHF measuring system with wide band filtering. PD patterns are compared using computer-based discrimination tools. The influence of the selected center frequency on the PD patterns is discussed for the narrow band VHF/UHF measuring system. The influence of the number and type of GIS components between the discharging defect and the capacitive coupler on the shape of the PD patterns is analyzed. For several GIS components the signal reduction is studied. It was found that the shape of PD patterns is independent on the used PD detection circuit and the propagation path of the PD signals. 为实现基于超高频(UHF)法非接触式检测一定范围内电气设备局部放电(PD),需要研制合适的天线作为超高频(UHF)传感器。锥形天线具有宽频带、高增益和水平面(H面)全向性的特点,文章选取该型天线进行分析,研究其尺寸参数对天线性能的影响,得出该天线的设计规律。通过天线性能分析再结合PD检测的要求,最终选择锥高30cm、锥角45°的锥形天线作为非接触式PD检测的UHF传感器。经测试该天线频带为200MHz~2GHz以上,在200MHz~2GHz频带内平均增益达4.5dB以上,在对较远距离外模拟放电信号的接收试验中表现出良好的UHF信号接收能力,完全达到设计要求。基于该天线可以开发出固定式或车载式PD监测系统,该系统可以监测整个变电站设备PD情况并且其工作时不与设备发生接触。 相似文献

为研究UHF信号在GIS中的传播特性,采用时域有限差分法进行了仿真建模和计算。GIS内部的局部放电会在腔体中激励超高频(UHF)电磁波信号,UHF法是通过对局部放电时产生的超高频电磁波信号进行检测,获得局部放电信号的有关信息以实现对设备的绝缘状态诊断和评估。UHF法抗干扰能力较强、灵敏度高。仿真结果表明,UHF信号在GIS内传播时呈现明显的时延特性,有利于局放源的定位;UHF信号的强弱和检测点与局放源的夹角Φ有关,Φ=0°和180°时信号的能量最大;局放脉冲越陡,在GIS腔体中激励的高次模波分量越大。 相似文献
