介绍了连续激光二极管抽运声光Q开关Nd:YAG激光器抽运的高重复频率1.57μm人眼安全光参变振荡器实验研究结果.采用连续激光二极管三侧面抽运Nd:YAG模块和QSGSU-6型小型声光Q开关,1.57μm光参变振荡谐振腔置于1.06μm Nd:YAG激光谐振腔内,非线性晶体为X切割的KTP晶体,利用Ⅱ类非临界相位匹配光参变振荡输出1.57μm波长激光.在重频1kHz~5 kHz时进行了初步实验,在重频3kHz时,获得1.57μm高重复频率激光最大输出功率480mW,最大峰值功率58.8kW,脉宽2.72ns,电光效率达2.6‰.试验结果表明,连续激光二极管抽运声光Q开关内腔光参变振荡器是获得高频人眼安全激光的一种有效途径. 相似文献

为了改善内腔连续光参量振荡器(IC-OPO)输出功率不稳定,弛豫振荡严重等问题,对IC-OPO进行了改进:(1)采用热透镜补偿设计,改善模式匹配;(2)使用光阑限模,抑制高阶模振荡;(3)在腔内加入KTP晶体,利用二次谐波产生(SHG)过程的非线性损耗抑制弛豫振荡。通过改进,获得了稳定的紧凑型2.2~4.2 m的可调谐连续波中红外光源。输出功率波动标准偏差(RMS)0.52%,峰值波动范围1.8%,光束质量因子M2=1.72,弛豫振荡得到有效抑制。当腔内不加入KTP晶体时,阈值(808 nm)仅为1.5 W。据笔者所知,该阈值为国内相关工作报道中的最低值。 相似文献

为实现波长可调谐的窄线宽黄光波段激光输出,设计搭建了以倍频声光调Q Nd:YAG激光器的532 nm脉冲绿光输出为泵浦源、以II类相位匹配磷酸钛氧钾(KTP)晶体为非线性介质的折叠腔光学参量振荡器(OPO)。首先产生腔内振荡的近红外可调谐闲频光,在此基础上基于LBO晶体I类非临界相位匹配方式对OPO的闲频光进行内腔倍频,得到波长调谐范围587.2~595.2 nm的黄光波段输出。为改善OPO光谱特性,在OPO闲频光谐振腔内插入熔融石英标准具,有效压缩了OPO输出黄光的光谱线宽。绿光泵浦源脉冲重复频率10 kHz、平均功率24.0 W下在波长591.2 nm处获得了最高黄光输出功率2.89 W,光束质量因子M2=3.4,从532 nm泵浦光到黄光输出的转换效率为12.0%,脉冲宽度37 ns,对应峰值功率7.8 kW。此时黄光光谱半高全宽为0.15 nm,相比未在OPO腔内插入标准具自由运转状态下的光谱得到明显改善。 相似文献

报道了基于掺MgO周期极化铌酸锂(MgO:PPLN)晶体的可调谐连续光参量振荡器。该光参量振荡激光器采用了多周期可调谐的MgO:PPLN作为非线性光学晶体,Nd:YVO4为激光晶体的紧凑型半导体激光端面抽运直线腔系统。实验中采用的MgO:PPLN晶体包含28.5~31.5 m之间的7个极化周期,相邻极化周期的间隔为0.5 m。通过调节7个极化周期实现信号光波长1.43~1.67 m和闲频光波长2.93~4.16 m的激光调谐输出。对同一温度下不同极化周期对应的输出波长进行理论计算,与实验结果符合较好。对比分析了输出功率随着不同极化周期和抽运功率的变化关系。当半导体激光入射抽运功率为15.4 W,在31 m极化周期和35℃的控制温度下,最高获得了2.94 W的1 595 nm信号光和1.45 W的3 190 nm闲频光,对应的光光转换效率达28.5%。 相似文献

The optical parametric oscillator (OPO) using the urea crystal is reviewed. This oscillator has demonstrated promise as a new solid-state source of tunable, coherent radiation throughout the visible and the near infrared spectral regions. New experimental results relating to the urea OPO are also discussed. A practical OPO has been constructed utilizing a crystal of relatively short length (13 mm), which can be grown comparatively easily, and this oscillator has been demonstrated to be continuously tunable from 499 nm to 1.23 μm. The possibility of extending the tuning curve still further through the use of an alternate pump source has been examined. Parametric fluorescence in urea pumped by the fourth harmonic of Nd:YAG laser output (266 nm) has been observed for the first time. 相似文献

We report the theoretical analysis of a tandem optical parametric oscillator (TOPO) in which the principal OPO generates a signal which pumps a secondary OPO. The signal produced by the principal OPO is resonated in a high-Q cavity containing both nonlinear crystals. This cavity also has low Q for the signal of the secondary OPO. The two OPO's are singly resonant, since neither idler is resonated. We show that the useful output, consisting of the two idlers and the signal of the secondary OPO, can be produced with high efficiency over a large dynamic range in the pump intensity. As an example, we discuss modeling in three space dimensions of a Nd:YAG-pumped monolithic TOPO based on periodically poled LiNbO3. We demonstrate a microstructure-fiber (MF)-based supercontinuum source and a synchronously pumped optical parametric oscillator in the 1550-nm regime. By using a 12.5-m-long MF, we obtained a 10-GHz repetition-rate picosecond-pulse source that is capable of /spl sim/120-nm wavelength tunability due to the wide-gain bandwidth of the combined processes of stimulated Raman scattering and parametric four-wave mixing. 相似文献

从傅里叶展开三波耦合波方程出发,对准相位匹配光学参量振荡进行了初步的理论分析,同时对准相位匹配周期极化掺镁铌酸锂微结构光学参量振荡进行了实验研究。通过改变微结构周期,实现了信号光从1.45~1.72 μm的输出,最小阈值为30 μJ。在温度30 ℃,抽运功率为300 mW,最大信号光输出功率为56 mW,斜率效率达18.7%。由于掺镁铌酸锂微结构抗光损伤性能显著提高,无需在高温下进行运转,使得掺镁铌酸锂微结构光学参量振荡器在常温条件下实现连续运转成为可能。与同成份铌酸锂微结构参量振荡器相比,结构更加紧凑,易于实现小型化。 相似文献

为了获得宽波段的可调谐相干光源,利用1064nm声光调QNd:YAG激光器为抽运源、掺氧化镁周期极化铌酸锂晶体为工作物质,对温度调谐光参量振荡器进行了实验研究。由实验数据可知,当晶体的温度从40℃升高到200℃时,获得信号光的调谐范围为1.565μm~1.670μm;当抽运源脉宽为70ns、重复频率为10kHz、平均功率为1.61W时,获得波长为1631nm信号光的输出功率为211mW。结果表明,温度调谐光参量振荡器可以作为宽波段的可调谐相干光源。 相似文献
