本文分析了成套电器企业的生产特点和企业信息化应用的现状和需求状况,指出成套电器企业信息化平台应该是建立在PDM基础上的包括CAX/CAPP/PDM/ERP的综合应用平台。在这一平台构架中,PDM负责管理设计和工艺的信息集成,生成设计BOM和工艺BOM,形成ERP的基础数据,而ERP负责订单的原始信息流输入、物流和资金流。PDM和ERP通过相应的设计接口,统一数据库交换信息。并在J2EE平台下,建立企业PDM和ERP系统原型。在系统实施时,分阶段的采用模块化结构,构建了系统的企业信息化平台。作为应用示范,在较短时间内,完成了一家成套电器厂企业信息化系统的实施,并取得了显著效果。但是,关于成套电器企业的CIMS技术和企业信息化系统的研究及应用仍有待深入。 相似文献

本文介绍一个面向销钉类零件的基于特征的参数化CAPP系统.利用成组技术将销钉分类编码,设计主样件的工艺规程模板.根据零件编码选择工件类别,输入零件的设计尺寸和公差,设定每种加工方法的加工余量,就可以计算出各道工序的尺寸,自动生成工序图.根据企业标准,各工序尺寸的公差实现自动分配,并由系统校验余量公差,最终生成完整的机械加工工艺规程. 相似文献

目的 为了改造弹药包装标印生产线,提高生产效率,实现弹药包装标印向自动化生产逐步迭代。方法 基于Python对AutoCAD进行二次开发,并编写弹药标印信息录入的自动化程序,从而将弹药产品信息直接生成标印信息的二维图纸。结果 该系统能够实现弹药包装信息、标志的输入和自动化生成标印信息的二维图纸,且能够根据实际需要对相关信息进行快速修改,满足自动化生产需求。结论 该系统优化了弹药包装标印的设计流程,节约了人力和时间成本,提高了生产效率,满足了工业自动化生产的需求,具有一定实际应用和参考价值。 相似文献

This paper presents the evaluation of the performance of an in-vessel composting system by examining the kinetic reactions of the processes developed for the treatment of sewage sludge and agricultural waste. The aim of this work is (a) to describe the composting process using a kinetic model that is based on the biodegradable organic matter losses during decomposition of the substrate, (b) to evaluate the efficiency of the bioxidation process that takes place in the system and (c) to determine the factors and the rate at which they limit the composting process. The simulation of the composting process considers a first-order kinetic model including the environmental parameters (environmental correction factors) that influence bioxidation of the biodegradable organic matter (BOM) of the substrate namely temperature, moisture content and oxygen concentration. The experimental results, recorded and monitored throughout the composting processes, were fitted using the proposed model. The results obtained suggest that the system operates efficiently by recording increased levels of BOM losses, high decomposition rates while composting limitations, due to the environmental conditions, is not significant during the main stages of the processes. 相似文献

分析了工程机械BOM构建现状和不足,给出一种适合工程机械基于分类和模块化的超级BOM构建方案.从工程机械产品销售实际,对产品的主参数、特征参数、可选参数概念作出说明.将属于某特定型号工程机械产品的所有部件划分为公共部分、特征部分、可选部分,并建立相应部分虚拟层级.根据模块化思想,对特征部分和可选部分建立具有约束关系的选择模块.将物料分类原理应用于模块化超级BOM构建,运用Excel和VBA实现了产品编码自动生成和BOM自动构建功能.分析该方案特点并应用于工程机械产品BOM构建,结果表明,基于分类的模块化BOM构建方法简单易行、合理有效,能够快速准确构建单一产品BOM,对于工程机械信息化具有较好的参考价值. 相似文献

We present data, which were obtained before bending and after bending, for the electrical bistabilities, memory stabilities, and memory mechanisms of three-layer structured flexible bistable organic memory (BOM) devices, which were fabricated utilizing the ultrathin graphite sheets (UGS) sandwiched between insulating poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) polymer layers. The UGS were formed by transferring UGS (about 30 layers) and using a simple spin-coating technique. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements were performed to investigate the microstructural properties of the PMMA/UGS/PMMA films. Current-voltage (I-V) measurements were carried out to investigate the electrical properties of the BOM devices containing the UGS embedded in the PMMA polymer. Current-time (I-t) and current-cycle measurements under flat and bent conditions were performed to investigate the memory stabilities of the BOM devices. The memory characteristics of the BOM maintained similar device efficiencies after bending and were stable during repeated bendings of the BOM devices. The mechanisms for these characteristics of the fabricated BOM are described on the basis of the I-V results. 相似文献

The possibility of using a two-dimensional (2D) distributed feedback to generate spatially coherent radiation by straight
sheet and annular electron beams is studied. The schemes of sectional Cherenkov masers with the transverse synchronization
of radiation performed in a 2D Bragg structure, which is arranged at the cathode end of the interaction space and conjugates
the longitudinal and transverse (azimuthal) wave flows, is analyzed. By introducing dissipation into this structure, it is
possible to increase the transverse dimensions of masers to a level on the order of 103 wavelengths with the corresponding increase in the total output radiation power without changing spectral characteristics

For the manufacturing system that consists of multiple assembly lines, this paper investigates the method of improving its process flexibility under bill of material (BOM) constraints. Based on the flexibility measurement developed in part I, generic characteristics of the capability configuration of assembly lines that ensure it more flexible are first investigated on two hierarchical and highly interrelated levels: the assembly line level and the system level. These characteristics are termed ‘structural properties’ of process flexibility under BOM constraints, which are valuable because they provide an effective way of improving flexibility of the manufacturing system through investing in limited operational flexibility of machines in the assembly lines. According to the obtained structural properties, guidelines for improving process flexibility on the two levels are then developed. The proposed guidelines can help the manager of a manufacturing system to make effective decisions on flexibility improvement without much computation effort. Results of simulation experiments illustrate that the proposed structural properties and guidelines are effective and widely applicable to real manufacturing systems. 相似文献
