为降低协作企业内部系统与产业链协同SaaS平台交换大量数据所消耗的时间和空间代价,提高实时数据查询的准确性,对多源异构信息集成服务技术进行了研究。设计了面向产业链协同SaaS平台的多源异构信息集成模型;构建了多源异构信息动态发布和动态发现机制;提出了以SaaS平台为核心的多源异构信息转换与注册算法以及事件驱动的数据源动态调用算法;实现了面向产业链协同SaaS平台的多源异构信息实时准确查询服务。该模型和算法在汽车零部件产业链协同平台服务商配件库存管理中的应用证明了该技术的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

随着企业间的集成与协作越来越紧密,知识也越来越高度密集,本文基于多Agent技术,提出一种支持以知识为基础的协同制造开发平台——基于多Agent的可伸缩的多智能协同制造平台。详细设计了多Agent协同开发平台的体系结构、协作框架,以及多agent系统基于本体的通信机制。该平台凭借包装服务和代理商提供的通信能力,通过有效地支持制造业知识的表示、获取、检索和重利用,不仅有利于多学科的个体和团队的组织和协作,而且提出的基于本体库的广义知识库能使设计人员有效地、不受限制地交换信息和知识。  相似文献

针对航空产品协同开发中工程信息和管理信息相互分离的问题,提出了基于Web服务的项目管理与产品数据管理(PDM)系统集成模型。模型以基于产品BOM的项目WBS分解、映射与关联技术为基础,应用XML中间文件实现项目管理与PDM之间的数据关联与更新,借助PDM电子仓库实现BOM节点相关项目文件的PDM管理,使项目文件通过PDM文档管理平台实现统一、安全的共享。该模型在某航空研究所实现有效应用。  相似文献

Overview of current manufacturing enterprises show that successful global manufacturing enterprise has great collaboration among designer, manufacturer, and customer, which effect on reducing production life cycle and improving customer satisfaction. Recently, several past and ongoing research projects have conducted to enable the collaborative platform to develop effective collaboration with the manufacturing section, design section, and customer views. However, trustable collaboration and how to utilize customer views efficiently is still a challenge. Therefore, this research proposed a blockchain-enabled fog computing-based collaborative design and manufacturing platform to develop triple communication and cooperation among the manufacturing section, design section, and customers in a trustable environment. In the proposed platform, the machine-learning method is used for clustering and categorizing customer-views, and fog computing-based integration between subsystems via blockchain technology is proposed to improve the data integrity and security problem. The proposed platform explained based on key technology, data integrity, key requirement, and illustrative case study. Manufacturing and logistics service provision enterprises are currently moving towards open virtual enterprise collaboration networks to meet the needs of the Global Economy. In such networks, manufacturing and logistics planning and scheduling is challenging due to the difficulties in integrating information from different partners and in exploring a large and dynamically changing number of planning and scheduling alternatives. Agent-based technology is considered suitable to support planning and scheduling in such enterprises because agents can dynamically adapt their behaviour to changing requirements and they can reduce the number of planning and scheduling alternatives via negotiation.This paper presents an agent-based approach for supporting logistics and production planning, taking into account not only production schedules but also availability and cost of logistic service providers. This is achieved through efficient negotiation mechanisms based on an extended contracting protocol. The agent infrastructure is being developed within the context of Agentcities, a successful EU-funded initiative to build a world-wide distributed and open platform which provides agent-based services.The proposed approach is illustrated in a case study concerning optimisation of production planning of a virtual manufacturing enterprise in relation to sub-contracted logistic services used to transport materials between the enterprise units.  相似文献

A vital part of a modern economy is an information market. In this market, information products are being traded in countless ways. Information is bought, modified, integrated, incorporated into other products, and then sold again. Often, the manufacturing of an information product requires the collaboration of several participants. A virtual enterprise is a community of business entities that collaborate on the manufacturing of complex products. This collaboration is often ad hoc, for a specific product only, after which the virtual enterprise may dismantle. The virtual enterprise paradigm is particularly appealing for modeling collaborations for manufacturing information products, and in this paper we present a new model, called VirtuE, for modeling such activities. VirtuE has three principal components. First, it defines a distributed infrastructure with concepts such as members, products, inventories, and production plans. Second, it defines transactions among members, to enable collaborative production of complex products. Finally, it provides means for the instrumentation of enterprises, to measure their performance and to govern their behavior.  相似文献

Agent technology has been recognized as a promising paradigm for next generation manufacturing systems. Researchers have attempted to apply agent technology to manufacturing enterprise integration, enterprise collaboration (including supply chain management and virtual enterprises), manufacturing process planning and scheduling, shop floor control, and to holonic manufacturing as an implementation methodology. Virtual reality (VR) is a rapidly developing technology that has a wide spectrum of industrial and commercial applications. Networked (distributed or shared) virtual environments (VE) are of growing interest to modern manufacturing industry; a dominating use of networked virtual manufacturing environments (VMEs) is on-line visualisation and collaborative control of 3D information. This has to be supported by real-time data transfer. To meet a broad range of common requirements for Internet-based VE communications, particularly for virtual manufacturing and collaborative design and control, this paper presents a networked virtual environment system that is designed to support networked virtual design and manufacturing. The system is implemented with manufacturing message specification (MMS) standards so as to integrate a range of manufacturing services into networked VEs over the Internet.  相似文献
