针对现有的人体定位系统中红外感应单元探测距离小、信号处理复杂等问题,提出了一种基于热释电探测器的红外感应单元。通过锗窗口光学透镜对热释电探测器进行调制,减小感应视场角度,提高感应方向性和抗干扰能力,设计信号调理电路对输出信号进行放大滤波。采用锥形外形结构增强聚焦能力,拉长探测距离,便于实现大范围定位。实验结果表明红外感应单元的最远探测距离达到45 m,并绘制了红外感应单元的感应视场图。  相似文献

对一种吸收光谱型气体红外传感器的工作原理、设计原理和集成化设计进行了分析.其中气体浓度对光谱的吸收会影响光强的变化,所以将微型热释电红外敏感头、小型灯泡都集成在1个小型的气室中,气室中有2个通道,气体探测通道和参考通道.2个通道光强的强弱差就会体现出气体浓度的大小,这样就实现了测试气体浓度的功能.集成化采用MEMS工艺将红外双路敏感元件及滤光片制作成探测头,然后通过微封装和微小集成技术将探测头、红外光源、过滤网集成在气室内.  相似文献

步态识别作为生物特征识别技术的一个新兴子领域,旨在根据人的行走姿势实现对个体身份的识别。人行走过程中身体各部分的红外热辐射信号具有某种个体特征,该特征信息能够被热释电红外传感嚣有效检测。通过分析传感器的输出信号,就可以提取出人体运动的特征性数据,实现对不同人、不同运动状态的识别。本文对热释电红外传感器应用于生物特征识别领域的研究进展进行论述,从传感器的探测原理、在步态识别中的应用以及热释电信息的特征提取与分类算法进行总结,并对当前该研究方向上亟待解决的问题作简要的分析。  相似文献

基于热释电红外传感器的工作原理,设计了一种被动式热释电红外报警器。主要用于家居安全,探测有无外人闯入。该系统由热释电红外传感器、菲涅尔透镜和监控电路组成。系统把红外线的隐蔽性很好地应用于电路中,选用了新一代红外信号处理器BISS0001,设计了放大滤波电路,红外信号处理电路,并加入语音芯片,模拟警笛声音,达到防盗目的。经多次实验,该系统反应灵敏,抗干扰能力强,安全可靠。  相似文献

利用配置有菲涅尔透镜的热释电红外探测器接收人体发出的红外辐射,通过采集、分析探测器输出模拟信号的时、频域特征,提取人体动作形态的信息.对人体原地踏步、跳跃等动作形态进行了实验.实验结果表明,探测信号中所包含的人体动作信息与探测距离的关系不大.通过分析信号的时、频域特征,可很好地提取出人体踏步、原地跳跃等运动特征.在此基础上,设计了一种快速寻峰检测算法,实现了一套可以实时监测人体踏步、原地跳跃等动作形态的实验系统.  相似文献

Most blind and vision-impaired people use a white cane or a guide dog to aid their walking. The conventional white cane helps the user to perceive the environment simply by identifying the presence of nearby obstacles. In the present study, three infrared range sensors were used to identify the floor state. The sensor system, affixed to the user’s belt, does not require swinging motion or any other movement by the user. The three sensors are configured radially, and the design parameters are selected based on the sensor characteristics. The main difference from the conventional range sensor system for the blind is that the infrared range sensor system identifies three discrete states (even surface, ascending stair, descending stair). The condition for the state transition was derived from a sensor system model. Additionally, the effects of sensor system movement were verified by covariance analysis.  相似文献

A portable methane gas monitor based on an infrared spectrum absorption principle has been developed using a dual-channel and dual-wavelength pyroelectric infrared detector, active filters around the overtone absorption lines of methane at 3.31 μm, reference filters around the non-absorption lines of methane at 3.93 μm, mid-IR LEDs, a miniature gold-filled cell structure, temperature sensors for gas concentration calibration and compensation, an electrical modulation source, and a highly integrated intelligent controller. A detailed investigation has been carried out to design a low-cost portable IR optical sensor for methane detection that can operate in harsh environments with temperature variations between −10 °C and 40 °C. The infrared detection optics principle used in developing this system is mainly analyzed. A prototype based on this design showed an accuracy of ±0.05%, which meets the technology requirements of lower-power consumption, reduced volume, and wide measurement range.  相似文献

This paper describes the implementation of a process monitoring system using a low-cost autonomous infrared imager combined with a novelty detection algorithm. The infrared imager is used to monitor the health of several manufacturing processes namely: drilling, grinding, welding and soldering. The main aim is to evaluate the use of low-cost infrared sensor technology combined with novelty detection to distinguish between normal and faulty conditions of manufacturing processes. The ultimate aim is to improve the reliability of the manufacturing operations so as to ensure high part quality and reduce inspection costs. The paper describes several case studies, which have shown that the new low-cost technology could provide an inexpensive and autonomous methodology for monitoring manufacturing processes. Novelty detection is used to compare normal and faulty conditions in order to provide an automated system for fault detection.  相似文献

A pilot-type laser sensor for non-contacting distance measurement has been developed, which was aimed at application to in-process guidance of an industrial robot. A laser beam is emitted through a convex lens to an object and the reflected light is collected and focused by the lens. Diameter of its unfocused image is measured using one dimensional CCD-array, from which the distance is determined. Because the way of the beam emission and that of reflected light to the lens are the same, scanning of the beam to follow a path for robot guidance is easy and some geometric constraints, which may arise for a sensor using triangular principle, are removed. Geometric analyses for scanning the beam with a mirror are presented to determine the distance and position of an object point. A simple tracking control theory for the beam to follow a path and give informations about its position to a robot controller has been suggested and analyzed.  相似文献

A pyroelectric composite made of calcium modified lead titanate ceramic and polyether-ether-ketone high performance polymer was obtained in the film form by hot pressing the ceramic/polymer mixture into the desired composition. After polarization with a suitable electric field, a ceramic composite film (60% vol.) exhibited a pyroelectric figure of merit three times higher than that of a lead zirconate titanate ceramic. The material was used as infrared radiation sensor. The voltage responsivity decreases with the inverse of the frequency showing the same behavior of the thermally thick sensor. The reproducibility of the sensor responses was observed.  相似文献
