Accidents al Japanese chemical industrial complexes are examined from the past to the present at the Chiba, Mizushima, Sakai-Senpoku, Yokkaichi, Kashima and Tokushima-Ohtake areas. Comparisons with the number of accidents caused by hard errors and soft errors were made; where the hard errors are defined as the faults of the machines and facilities and the soft errors as the human errors and the faults of the systems. The results may be summarized as follows: the ratio of the number of accidents caused by the hard errors to the soft errors was approximately 2:3 at all areas. Using the data obtained through a questionnaire on the potential accidents from about 200 workers engaged in the chemical industry, comparisons with the causes of the potential accidents and the actual accidents caused by human error were made and the results agreed approximately with the causes of the actual accidents. 相似文献

This study aims to investigate the application of temperature gradient between the ground and the air to the locomotion of soft robot. Soft robots attract attention due to its flexible adaptability and safety to the real environment in recent years. Although many soft robots are soft themselves, they require hard material as an external device such as air compressors and external power supplies for driving. To solve the problem, some authors reported an autonomous driving robot composed of a completely flexible material using gas generation by a chemical change of hydrogen peroxide solution. However, as the driving system utilizes a chemical reaction, its driving time is relatively short. On the contrary, the proposed robot moves without electricity and any external devices such as air compressors and an electrical power supplies. It can move just on the ground using the temperature gradient between the ground and the air. In experiments, we developed some prototypes and confirmed that continuous movement could be achieved with the proposed model. 相似文献

In multirate chemical processes, soft sensor is commonly used for fast-rate quality estimations. As the kernel of soft sensor, modeling technique has drawn much attention from researchers. But most of the modeling methods have disadvantages of uncertain estimation errors and limited modeling capability. To these issues, soft sensor calibration is considered as an efficient alternative, which however is often ignored by researchers and the current application level is relatively low. A novel soft sensor calibration method is proposed in this paper. Under multirate sampling conditions, data fusion technology based on Kalman filter is introduced into soft sensor maintenance to integrate the soft sensor model estimations with process measurements. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated through simulations and a laboratory scale experiment. The factors that may influence the performance are also discussed in detail. The results demonstrate that the multirate Kalman filter approach is able to improve the accuracy and reliability of soft estimations, when the essential dynamics is included in the Kalman filtering model and the filter parameters are properly tuned. 相似文献

针对污水处理过程中化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand, COD)难以在线测量的问题,提出了一种基于径向基函数(radial basis function, RBF)神经网络的软测量模型.首先,用污水处理厂实测数据挑选出与COD相关的过程变量作为输入变量;其次,基于RBF神经网络建立出水COD软测量模型,利用自适应遗传算法改进的麻雀搜索算法(adaptive genetic algorithm improved sparrow search algorithm, AGAISSA)优化RBF神经网络的中心值、宽度值以及权值,通过改进麻雀位置更新公式以及引入遗传算法中的自适应交叉和变异操作保证了软测量模型的精度;最后,将RBF神经网络的软测量模型应用于污水处理厂实测数据加以验证,结果表明:AGAISSA优化RBF神经网络模型能够对出水COD进行准确的预测,具有较高的预测精度. 相似文献
