设计了光子能量范围为5-20 keV、能量分辨率好于1×10-3、光子通量高于1×1011 s-1的同步辐射小角散射光束线站.采用弧矢聚焦单色仪对同步辐射白光进行单色化,并对单色光束进行水平方向聚焦;探测器与样品之间的距离可调以得到不同的小角分辨尺度;配置温度可调和压强可调的样品池用于时间分辨实验,而配置的快门系统可使时间分辨达到毫秒量级. 相似文献

北京同步辐射实验室3BIB光束线为VUV真空紫外光束线,由于原束线存在接收度过小(光强弱)、光学元件易污染(真空差)、实验条件较差等问题,因此该束线一直未能很好满足实验站的要求。2001年起开始对原束线进行改建设计,改进束线能量范围为120-350am。束线在2003年3月完成调试并投入使用。本文介绍了改建束线的光学设计以及建成后的束线性能测试结果。 相似文献

一种生物X射线小角散射光束线站自动换样溶液蠕动装置 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用同步辐射X射线小角散射技术可以研究溶液中蛋白质的结构信息。但是在实验过程中,高通量的X射线易造成蛋白质的辐射损伤,发生结构变化。本文介绍了一种自动换样溶液样品蠕动装置,在实验过程中利用Hamilton的PSD/4注射泵控制样品上下运动,减小单位体积照射时间以降低X射线对蛋白质的辐射损伤。此外,通过对注射泵、准直调节台和样品/缓冲液支撑台的协调控制实现了自动换样、回样和清洗功能,提高了实验效率。在上海光源生物X射线小角散射实验站进行了实验,通过对静止模式和蠕动模式下溶菌酶的散射曲线及回旋半径的测量,表明该装置可达到很好的防辐射损伤效果,实现了预期的样品蠕动装置功能。 相似文献

The basic concept of synchrotron radiation beamlines for vacuum ultraviolet and X-ray experiments has been introduced to beginning users and designers of beamlines. The beamline defined here is composed of a front end, pre-mirrors, and a monochromator with refocusing mirrors, which are connected by beam pipes, providing monochromatic light for the experiments. Firstly, time characteristics of the synchrotron radiation are briefly reviewed. Secondly, the basic technology is introduced as the fundamental knowledge required to both users and designers. The topics are photoabsorption by air and solids, front ends and beam pipes, mirrors, monochromators, and filters. Thirdly, the design consideration is described mainly for the designers. The topics are design principle, principle of ray tracing, optical machinery and control, and vacuum. Fourthly, polarization control is considered. The topics are polarizers, polarization diagnosis of beamline, and circularly-polarized light generation. Finally, a brief summary is given introducing some references for further knowledge of the users and the designers. 相似文献

One design of multi-function LIGA beamline has been reported. In this design, two plane mirrors and a series of filters have been employed. One can choose the spectrum range of X-ray easily according to the exposure requirement by adjusting the grazing angle of mirrors and the thickness of filters. And the spot size in the horizontal direction is up to 120mm, which is large enough for exposing 5 inch silicon slice. The typical exposure time is about 1.2h, 1.Sh, 0.5h, corresponding to PMMA thickness of 500μm, 200 μm, 20 μm, respectively. 相似文献

Synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering is a useful tool for structural characterization of liquid interfaces. Specular reflectivity provides precise measurement of the interfacial widths and of the ordering of surfactants adsorbed to these interfaces. In this paper, we present a novel design scheme of temperature-jump(T-jump) area for microfluidic device.Numerical simulation and experimental research of thermal characteristics of the solution in microchannels is completed.Numerical simulation of the temperature-jump microchannel is analyzed to study the heat transfer characteristics by comparing performance of three proposed configurations.Calculation of the power requirement is discussed in the dimensional design of microheater. Temperature-sensitive fluorescent dye is applied to investigate the temperature field of microchannel heated by a designed microheater. It is found that the T-jump microfluidic device can provide rapid heating for solutions with strong convection heat transfer ability. 相似文献
