For a large volume air cleanup system in nuclear fusion facility honeycomb type oxidizing catalyst offers more useful advantage in terms of their low pressure drop than the conventional particle packed bed. Scaling up examination of 35 times large volume Pd catalyst deposit on metal honeycomb Al–Cr-steel alloy had been performed comparing with fundamental small size honeycomb. The catalyst was heated up to over 400 °C with stepwise by combined the inner and external heaters under various flow rate of processing gas containing various concentrations of hydrogen and methane. Then oxidizing reaction rates and the catalytic activation energies were evaluated and thermal property of catalyst bed was estimated considering exothermic oxidizing reaction in the process gas. As a result it was revealed that the scaling up honeycomb catalyst bed would be practically useful for the air cleanup system. 相似文献

为了了解溶剂在乏燃料后处理真实使用过程的辐解稳定性,对比研究了30%TBP-煤油-HNO3体系在γ和α的静态累积辐照和动态循环辐照情况下的辐解行为。研究结果表明:静态累积辐照所引起的溶剂辐解产物生成量、钚保留和钌保留等性能的变化比动态循环辐照明显;当辐照吸收剂量达到1.0×105 Gy(相当于动态循环辐照20次)时,静态累积辐照引起的溶剂钚保留值10倍于动态循环辐照,证实了在乏燃料后处理工艺过程中,通过溶剂的酸碱洗涤,去除HDBP、H2MBP等主要辐解产物,可提高溶剂的循环使用寿命。同时研究结果显示,溶剂的α辐照损伤大于γ辐照。 相似文献

The selection of a technology for the cleanup of a contaminated site is complicated by the involvement of multiple stakeholders with conflicting objectives. Multi-attribute decision analysis can be employed to assess the impact of the alternative technologies on a number of performance measures and to rank these alternatives according to the preferences of each stakeholder. In this paper, we present an approach to constructing the utility functions that decision analysis requires using stakeholder input. The proposed approach is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and accounts for linguistic imprecision in the stakeholder assessments. 研究了γ辐射三烷基氧化膦(TRPO)的乳化性能,实验表明,萃取水相酸度的增加,有利于去乳化作用。γ辐射对305TRPO-煤油-硝酸体系的乳化作用有显著影响,不同厂家生产的TRPO具有不同的乳化性能。γ辐照的磷酸三丁酯(TBR)-煤油-硝酸体系较TRPO-煤油-HNO3体系分相和去乳化速度较快。但当用5%Na2CO3溶液洗涤上述两个体系时,TBP-煤油体系有机相去乳化速度较慢,其平衡水相有乳化现象,而TRPO-煤油体系虽分相慢,但分相后有机相的去乳化速度较快,其平衡水相无乳化现象。 相似文献
