以10 kW·h飞轮储能系统的电磁轴承为对象,分析了E型12极径向电磁轴承的动态载荷特性。通过电磁轴承动态载荷区图,建立了转子不平衡激励载荷与动态载荷区的联系,以提高最大承载能力为目标,合理匹配了电磁轴承磁铁与功率放大器组合。确定了执行器的主要技术参数和转子动平衡精度等级,为磁悬浮储能飞轮系统总体设计、电磁轴承系统设计提供了设计方法和理论依据。 相似文献

精确地计算、调整汽轮发电机组轴系的轴承标高,是保证机组稳定、安全运行的重要措施。因为标高决定了各轴承的载荷分布,从而直接影响转子轴承油膜的稳定性。在静态标高计算的基础上编制了动态标高的计算程序,所编制的程序可计算包括固定瓦、可倾瓦轴承在内的机组各种轴承的油膜厚度和特征参数,并可把轴承特性、动态标高及载荷分布结合在一起迭代计算,用该程序计算了600MW汽轮发电机组轴系的动态标高及动态载荷分布,得出了动态计算比静态计算提高精度的百分比,为该类机组的设计和安全运行提供理论参考。 相似文献

某型燃气轮机圆柱滚子轴承在加速寿命试验时发生了外圈滚道承载区域疲劳剥落现象。为查明失 效原因,针对轴承试验件开展了尺寸精度、径向游隙、滚动表面轮廓、材料化学成分、显微组织等9项检测工 作,并复查了试验系统和设备的工装尺寸和加载头设计原理。经综合分析,判断轴承试验件的失效原因为: 加载套内径尺寸偏小,且选用材料硬度偏低,在使用紧固螺栓拉紧固定时,加载套导致自身及试验轴承的椭 圆变形,进而引起轴承外圈的提前疲劳剥落。上述分析工作准确地定位了轴承失效原因,改进试验系统,有 力地保证了某型燃气轮机圆柱滚子轴承加速寿命试验的顺利开展。 相似文献

This paper presents a hybrid locomotive system which combines proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) as primary energy source for its advantages of high efficiency and low emissions, and Pb acid battery as secondary energy storage (ESS) to supplement the output of FC during acceleration or whenever else needed and to absorb regenerative energy during braking. Advanced Vehicle Simulator (ADVISOR), a vehicle simulating software, is secondly developed in this paper for the locomotive modeling and simulation. An analysis of simulation is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. Then the power of FC, battery and motor are optimized by adopting bisection algorithm under certain constraints. It is confirmed that the dynamic performance and economy performance are improved after optimization. An advanced energy management system is extremely necessary to contribute the demand power of locomotive between energy sources in a suitable way, therefore a fuzzy logic based control strategy is proposed for the hybrid locomotive. With advantages of easy understanding, flexibility and capability to deal with imprecise data, fuzzy logic methodology is suitable for the control of hybrid locomotive. The simulation results demonstrate the superiority of fuzzy logic energy management system in terms of dynamic and economy performance. 相似文献

A nonlinear multivariable model of a locomotive proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) system based on a support vector regression (SVR) is proposed to study the effect of different operating conditions on dynamic behavior of a locomotive PEMFC power unit. Furthermore, an effective informed adaptive particle swarm optimization (EIA-PSO) algorithm which is an adaptive swarm intelligence optimization with preferable search ability and search rate is utilized to tune the hyper-parameters of the SVR model for the improvement of model performance. The comparisons with the experimental data demonstrate that the SVR model based on EIA-PSO can efficiently approximate the dynamic behaviors of locomotive PEMFC power unit and is capable of predicting dynamic performance in terms of the output voltage and power with a high accuracy. 相似文献
