由于微博高影响力用户在商品营销、社会舆论引导等方面起着重要的作用,因此挖掘高影响力用户成为了微博社交网络中的热点研究问题。针对微博用户影响力计算中存在交互行为与用户自身因素分析不全面的问题,提出了微博用户影响力计算方法MBUI-SFIM(Micro-blog userinfluence based on user’s self-factors and interaction computing model)。该方法考虑了微博用户直接影响力和间接影响力两个方面:在用户直接影响力计算中,通过对用户的自身因素如微博用户粉丝数、用户活跃度、近期微博质量等的分析,计算出用户的初始影响力,然后分析用户互动行为如用户的微博可见率、微博用户互动系数,计算出用户传播能力,最后将初始影响力与用户传播能力相结合,基于改进PageRank算法计算出用户直接影响力;在用户间接影响力计算中,通过对用户网络图连接结构进行分析,根据不相邻用户连接路径的不同,将用户间接影响具体分为简单路径、重复路径、复杂路径3种情况进行讨论,从而计算出用户间接影响力。实验结果表明,相比PageRank算法和MR-UIRank算法,所提算法在用户排名准确性上分别提高了14.8%和8.3%。  相似文献

针对微博社交网络平台中的用户影响力评价问题,提出了一种基于HRank的评价算法。该算法将评价科学家科研绩效影响力的判定参数H指数引入进来,构造出能反映用户影响覆盖度的粉丝H指数和用户微博受追捧程度的微博被转发H指数,以分别表征用户的静态特征和在微博平台上的动态行为特征。在此基础上,结合粉丝H指数和微博被转发H指数构建出对用户影响力进行综合评价的HRank模型。粉丝数与用户影响力的相关性不是很强,同样数据集下相对PageRank,HRank用户影响力模型与新浪用户影响力官方排名更为接近,可有效实现对微博用户影响力的客观评判。  相似文献

随着Web技术的发展,微博已经成为最受欢迎的社交平台之一了。在中国,微博用户规模已经达到了2.42亿。微博用户影响力计算对社会信息在微博里面有效传播,正确传播,健康传播有着非常重要的意义。本文以新浪微博数据为实验的对象,通过改进传统的PageRank模型,提出了的新型用户影响力排名算法---MBUI-Rank(Micro-Blog User Influence Rank)算法。在考虑传统PageRank方法的用户链接关系的同时,MBUI-Rank算法还考虑到微博用户自身行为活动,构建用户对微博的影响的动态挖掘模型。实验结果表明,MBUI-Rank算法与传统的PageRank算法相比,可以更加真实有效地反映微博用户的实际影响力。  相似文献

微博作为一种重要的社交媒体,许多学者都对微博中用户的影响力进行研究,但大多数影响力的评价算法都是根据微博话题中用户的静态属性或微博话题发生后用户的行为特征对用户影响力进行评价。从用户的转发、评论和点赞三种行为入手,结合突现计算模型,提出一种基于Swarm模型的用户影响力排序算法,SMRank算法可以在微博话题发生的过程中对用户每个时间段的影响力进行计算,给出了一种计算微博话题用户影响力的新方法。通过使用真实的微博话题数据进行实验,结果表明提出的SMRank算法可以有效地发现微博话题中影响等级较大的用户,并能计算出不同用户不同时刻的影响力。  相似文献

目前常用的网络爬虫和基于微博API抓取数据的算法很难满足舆情系统对微博数据的需求。为此,提出一种模拟浏览器登录微博抓取网页数据的算法,以方便地获取任意微博用户网页上的所有数据。通过微博用户之间的关系构建用户网络,并通过该网络发现新用户。为获取微博上有质量的数据,建立一个完整的数学模型,根据用户的发帖数、发帖频率、粉丝数、转发数、评论数等因素来计算用户影响力,以影响力为主要因子构建优先队列,使得影响力越大的用户数据采集频率越高,同时计算时间间隔以兼顾非活跃用户的数据获取。实验结果表明,该算法具有通用性强、完全无需人工干预、获取信息的质量高、速度快等优点。  相似文献

近年来,微博用户都凭借其自身在社区中的影响力来对信息传播做出贡献,尤其是活跃的大V用户能够引起信息广泛的传播。为了在微博社区中提高用户影响力衡量的准确性,提出了一种基于传统的PageRank算法和用户交互行为的用户影响力改进算法(IUIR算法),此算法通过直接质量指数和间接质量指数来构建微博用户的质量指数,再结合近期用户的活跃度来构造用户影响力评价公式。在新浪微博数据集上进行实验,并与传统的PageRank算法作比较,结果表明,该算法能够更有效地反映微博用户影响力的排名。  相似文献

该文主要研究在微博社交网络中怎样评价用户的影响力。在影响用户影响力的众多因素中,该文认为用户的传播能力越强,用户的信息便可以更快地在网络中扩散,其影响力也越大。和传统的用户影响力评价方法相比,该文综合考虑用户的活跃度和用户所发微博质量两个方面的因素,得到用户的影响力权重,然后把每一个用户作为社交网络中的节点,计算其在社交网络中的影响力。通过在公开语料集和真实数据中的实验,表明该方法是可行的,比传统的用户影响力评价方法更能客观、真实地反映用户的实际影响力。  相似文献

基于新浪微博用户之间的关注关系网络,分析了衡量微博用户影响力的三个指标--粉丝数、User PR值以及用户活跃度,发现粉丝数分布和User PR值分布均服从幂律分布,活跃度分布不同于前两种分布。分别对三种排名靠前的用户及其发布的微博进行分析,发现排名靠前的用户中,User PR值的认证用户多于粉丝数;活跃度排名靠前的用户在广告营销活动中受到广泛的青睐;新浪微博用户乐于转发和评论他人的微博,微博中嵌入了大量的图片、视频和链接。  相似文献

为了模拟信息在微博环境中的传播情况,根据微博用户行为(发布、关注、转发和评论等)和微博内容,提出一种融合用户行为和内容的微博用户影响力算法。通过对微博用户行为的分析,得到行为因子数据,进而计算出用户影响力的权值。利用微博用户内容建立词共现矩阵,继而运用狄利克雷分配(LDA)模型进行潜在主题分布的识别,通过KL(Kullback Leibler)散度的方法得到用户之间的相似性,最后结合用户影响力权值,得到用户的影响力。实验表明,此算法较为有效。  相似文献

从微博中准确高效地挖掘出正在发生的热点事件是近年来研究的热点。通过综合考虑微博用户的粉丝数量和微博本身的转发、评论次数计算每条微博的影响力,从而提出一种基于影响力的微博新兴热点事件检测方法 IEED(Influence-Based Emerging Hotspot Event Detection)。该方法运用层次聚类将微博帖子聚类为事件集,并提取出事件中的关键词构成事件摘要。通过运用现实生活中的新浪微博数据作为实验数据集来测试所提出的方法,实验结果证明,基于影响力的微博新兴热点事件检测方法(IEED)能在早期高效地检测出微博中的新兴热点事件,具备一定的应用价值。  相似文献

The selection of users for participation in IT projects involves trade-offs between multiple criteria, one of which is selecting a representative cross-section of users. This criterion is basic because trading it for other criteria means basing designs on information biased toward some user groups at the expense of others. Based on interviews in development and customer organizations we find that their criteria for user selection favor persons who can contribute to the progress of the IT project over persons who are representative of the full range of users. A highly valued contribution from participating users is the ability to advocate a vision for the system and champion its organizational implementation. A survey in one customer organization shows that respondents’ personal traits explain up to 31% of the variation in their experience of aspects of the usability of a recently introduced system. Thus, unless participating users are representative as to these personal traits, IT projects may, inadvertently, bring about systems that will fail to satisfy many users.  相似文献

Characterizing user’s intent and behaviour while using a retrieval information tool (e.g. a search engine) is a key question on web research, as it hold the keys to know how the users interact, what they are expecting and how we can provide them information in the most beneficial way. Previous research has focused on identifying the average characteristics of user interactions. This paper proposes a stratified method for analyzing query logs that groups queries and sessions according to their hit frequency and analyzes the characteristics of each group in order to find how representative the average values are. Findings show that behaviours typically associated with the average user do not fit in most of the aforementioned groups.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of a new navigational aid for the frail, elderly, and visually impaired person. The users were involved both in the user requirements study and in the evaluation of different prototypes. The results show that the users were able to provide information on their current aid, the use situation, and their preference regarding different solutions, but they had difficulties to provide the detailed answers on technical solutions required by the technical development team. Further, prototype evaluations with users enabled the technical team to understand the users and their use situation.  相似文献

Executives responsible for the information system function need to be concerned about developing a base of satisfied users and maintaining continuing user satisfaction after implementation. This article focuses on user satisfaction among on-going user manager, explores the role of good user documentation, and examines the results of a survey of 144 user managers from 55 firms. The results indicate that good user documentation appears to be an important factor in insuring user understanding and continuing user satisfaction. Thus firms considering alternative ways of keeping users satisfied (i.e., personal computer applications, end user computing, or information centers) might well examine their user documentation practices before exploring other alternatives.  相似文献

The development of the user interface concerns all aspects of a software system that are targeted to the interactive delivery of its functionality and data. Today, user interface development accounts for a large proportion of the overall software implementation, while the programming process involves various recurring software patterns. Based on the identification of key commonly occurring user interface programming patterns, we have designed and implemented a user interface programming language with built-in constructs to directly support those software patterns, offering declarative programming features such as: precondition-based actions, unidirectional constraints and data-content monitors. Initially, we introduce the deployment syntax and semantics of the novel programming elements, relying upon subject interaction scenarios. Novice users face many challenges when browsing the Web. The goal of this experiment was to learn about how users perceive error situations when using the World Wide Web. Specifically, the goal was to learn which circumstances cause users to believe that an error has occurred. An exploratory experiment took place with 78 subjects who were novice users. In the experiment the subjects were asked to identify when they perceived that an error had occurred. The subjects reported a total of 219 error situations. These error situations were then classified by the researchers into the following four categories: user error, system error, situational error, and poor Web design. Based on the collected data, suggestions are presented for improving the usability of Web browsers and Web sites.  相似文献

User participation emerged as a critical issue for collaborative and social recommender systems as well as for a range of other systems based on the power of user community. A range of mechanisms to encourage user participation in social systems has been proposed over the last few years; however, the impact of these mechanisms on users behavior in recommender systems has not been studied sufficiently. This paper investigates the impact of encouraging user participation in the context of CourseAgent, a community-based course recommender system. The recommendation power of CourseAgent is based on course ratings provided by a community of students. To increase the number of course ratings, CourseAgent applies an incentive mechanism which turns user feedback into a self-beneficial activity. In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of our course recommendation system and its incentive mechanism. We also report a dual impact of this mechanism on user behavior discovered in two user studies.  相似文献

Intelligent agents can play a pivotal role in providing both software systems and augmented interfaces, to individual users from all walks of life, to utilise the Internet 24 h a day, 7 days a week (24×7), including interaction with other users, over both wireless and broadband infrastructures. However, traditional approaches to user modelling are not adequate for this purpose, as they mainly account for a generic, approximate, idealised user. New user models are therefore required to be adaptable for each individual and flexible enough to represent the diversity of all users using information technology. Such models should be able to cover all aspects of an individual’s life—those aspects of most interest to the individual user themselves. This paper describes a novel intelligent agent architecture and methodology both called ShadowBoard, based on a complex user model drawn from analytical psychology. An equally novel software tool, called the DigitalFriend based on ShadowBoard, is also introduced. This paper illustrates how aspects of user cognition can be outsourced, using, for example, an internationalised book price quoting agent. The Locales Framework from Computer Supported Co-operative Work is then used to understand the problematic aspects of interaction involved in complex social spaces, identifying specific needs for technology intervention in such social spaces, and to understand how interactions amongst mobile users with different abilities might be technically assisted in such spaces. In this context, the single user-centred multi-agent technology demonstrated in the DigitalFriend is adapted to a multi-user system dubbed ShadowPlaces. The aim of ShadowPlaces is to outsource some of the interaction necessary, for a group of mobile individuals with different abilities to interact cooperatively and effectively in a social world, supported by wireless networks and backed by broadband Internet services. An overview of the user model, the architecture and methodology (ShadowBoard) and the resulting software tool (the DigitalFriend) is presented, and progress on ShadowPlaces—the multi-user version—is outlined.

Until quite recently, perhaps the least appreciated part of user interface management system (UIMS) architecture has been the interface to the application. A number of approaches to interface-application communication have been attempted, but these have suffered as a result of being non-programmable, unstructured and/or static. This paper presents the user-interface-application communication system developed for the Chimera UIMS, which attempts to address these problems. This system enables interprocess communication between user interface and application via an explicit, programmable UIMS component—an application linkage, which is structured, dynamic and reconfigurable at run-time. The internal structure of the linkage is described, along with the mechanism for communication with dialogue control and application. An extensive example is developed in order to illustrate the communication process to and from the user via dialogue control and linkage to the application.  相似文献
