数字化瓦斯远程监控系统的升级改造

针对神火集团公司煤矿安全监测监控系统"信息孤岛"的现象,应用数据库技术、Web技术、井下工业以太环网技术、VPN技术等进行升级改造,实现了集团公司实时监管全公司安全监测监控系统的目的。     

盈田米业进销存系统设计与实现

通过对盈田米业进销存管理流程的调研和需求分析,设计了进销存管理系统功能模块,给出了系统技术架构,使用SSH框架技术实现了该系统,对系统的两个关键业务"收购作业"、"销售作业"进行了详细描述,目前,系统已投入使用,且运行效果良好。     

“动中通”卫星通信系统技术的发展研究

随着卫星通信系统技术的不断发展,在"静中通"技术的基础之上发展而来的"动中通"技术,推动了卫星通信系统技术的进步。当前,"动中通"技术发展日益成熟,在抢险救灾、重大节日活动、军事行动等方面的应用效果显著,实现了更加稳定、安全的卫星通信系统保障。笔者立足于"动中通"卫星通信系统技术,并与"静中通"技术相比,分析了"动中通"的技术优势及其原理,并在此基础之上,阐述了"动中通"卫星通信系统的发展现状及应用研究。     

基于Agent的建模技术研究

基于Agent的建模技术是对复杂系统进行问题求解的一种新方法.在面向Agent方法的基础上提出了"基于Agent的建模技术"方法,并针对这一技术方法从系统组织的角度进行了系统性的研究,详细分析了用这一方法建模的主要流程,还首次将这一建模技术运用于"网络坦克作战系统-协作故障诊断与技术维护系统"进行实例分析,根据系统的组织结构和组织目标,构建了3类Agent:系统接口Agent,故障分析Agent和故障区域分析Agent,系统通过3类Agent间的交互协作实现问题求解.最后讨论了应用该技术应注意的主要问题.     

基于RFID的农产品质量追踪系统的设计与实现

"基于RFID的农产品质量追踪系统"是一个集"智能数据库技术、射频识别技术、食品安全技术、多媒体与网络技术、有线及无线网络技术"等高新技术与实用技术为一体的监测与管理信息系统.该系统把食品安全检测、农产品质量全程追踪、基于网络的信息平台集成与管理等有机结合,技术领域交叉、研究成果实用.考虑到农业系统中数据传输量较小,实时性要求相对不高的特点,系统采用GSM/GPRS公用无线网络进行数据的远程传输.将RFID技术、CSM/CPRS公用无线网技术和Internet网络结合,既大幅度降低了系统成本,跟踪识别的范围又几乎没有限制,大大提高了系统的综合性能.     

基于人工免疫系统的智能故障诊断研究

随着设备和系统的日益复杂化和智能化,传统的故障诊断技术难以满足复杂系统的故障诊断要求,因此以智能信息处理技术为核心的智能故障诊断技术得到越来越多的重视和应用;借鉴免疫机理介绍了故障诊断的一般思路,结合人工免疫网络的自适应"学习"和"进化"理论给出了故障诊断模型,重点介绍了阴性选择算法的原理、特点、实现及改进,并以飞机操作故障诊断检测系统为例进行了算法验证,最后对未来的主要发展方向进行了探讨.     

嵌入式系统定义探讨

对目前国内流行的嵌入式系统定义提出质疑,认为嵌入式系统不是"专用计算机系统",嵌入式系统不只"以计算机技术为基础".从嵌入式系统的发展起源、体系结构、功能特点、知识技术体系等方面进行了分析论证,从而进一步完善了嵌入式系统的定义.     

油气勘探生产技术管理的运维快速反应系统的方案设计

"三分软件、七分应用、十分管理"是所有大型应用软件系统能否成功实施并取得成效的关键。中国石油A1项目(即:勘探与生产技术数据管理系统)进入生产性运行阶段后,系统的维护管理就显得尤其重要了。系统管理是"三分技术、七分经验、十分责任",如何有效地实现A1系统的运维管理并对出现的问题进行快速反应,实现运维管理知识与经验的共享呢?该文从技术层面上提出了一个可行的协同快速反应系统实现方案。     

数据透明加密技术类型的比较及选型

本文主要针对目前几种市场主流的"文件级数据加密技术"、"系统级数据加密技术"和"高速加密磁盘缓存数据加密技术"进行介绍。分别探究了其数据加密的原理及各自的优缺点,并介绍了笔者所在公司选择数据加密系统时的技术条件及环境依据。     

面向任务求解的一体化作战系统结构与功能探析

为了探究一体化作战系统的结构与功能,通过对于作战系统问题求解与任务求解的关系辨析,指出"一体化"是作战系统面向任务求解而进行的快速资源整合结果,是在武器装备信息化、数字化的基础上,系统进行一体化功能整合的结果。对系统作战流程与角色进行了分析,指出"一体化"强调有机、敏捷和柔性,对于军队编制体制是个严峻的挑战。指出了一体作战系统的主要特征与技术需求,并分析了基于多智能体(multi-agent system,MAS)的一体化作战系统结构与功能,对任务求解过程进行了描述。     

Only connect: teaching, technology and telesis

Abstract This paper describes an approach to the design of interactive multimedia materials being developed in a European Community project. The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Conditions needed for fruitful dialogue are described and the generic model for learning design used in the project is explained.     

European Community policy and the market

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. It concludes that while there are grounds to be optimistic about the contribution EC programmes can make to the efficiency and standard of education and training, they are still too technology driven.     

一种自适应子融合集成多分类器方法

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。     

煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计及其仿真实现

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.     

Avoiding semantic and temporal gaps in developing software intensive systems

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This article discusses such gaps and a systems development process for avoiding them.     

基于QTE的蒙古文显示机制研究与实现

蒙古语言是中国蒙古族使用的通用语言,由于蒙古文区别于其他文字的书写方式和其自身变形机制等特点,在很多通用的文字处理引擎中都不被支持。在嵌入式产品开发与应用领域中Linux加QTE已经成为流行方式。该文给出了一种在QTE环境上实现基于标准Unicode的蒙古文点阵显示和变形算法, 并自定义了支持蒙古文的QTE组件,扩展了QTE功能,为在Linux加QTE方式的嵌入式体系结构中处理蒙古文提供了一种解决方法。     

Designing economic np control charts: A programmed simulation approach

This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.     

基于AD9626的模拟信号采集存储卡设计

自然界的绝大部分信号都是以模拟的形式存在,因此模拟信号的采集转换存储在数字时代十分关键。文章讨论了在雷达信号处理领域基于AD9626的AD采集存储卡的设计原理、硬件结构和程序设计与芯片配置等问题,为今后相关领域的研究提供了可参考的方案。     

The development of robot art

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. This work was presented in part at the 13th International Symposium on Artificial Life and Robotics, Oita, Japan, January 31–February 2, 2008     

A human-computer interface for non-computer specialists

The COM teleconferencing system was designed to be easy to use for both beginners and people with much computer experience. A number of design choices in organizing the human-computer interface were considered very carefully. These design problems are not unique for teleconferencing applications, but will appear in many other developments of human-computer interfaces for non-computer specialists. This report discusses naming conventions, menu format, user commands, help facility and the treatment of ‘type ahead’ from the users.
