面向国际化的固体矿产资源/储量分类标准修订研究

我国现行《固体矿产资源/储量分类》(GB/T17766—1999)规范运行多年来,为政府矿政管理、摸清资源家底、制定矿产资源政策,编制矿产资源勘查开发规划,发挥了巨大作用,是一个历史时期矿产资源/储量分类的代表。通过与国际主流分类标准对比研究表明,我国矿产资源/储量分类内容不全、分类繁杂、实用性差、缺乏责任体系、与可行性研究脱节,不适用于市场经济,无法与国际通行标准接轨,更无法为资本市场所认可。中国矿业的国际化迫切需要矿产资源/储量分类与国际主流分类标准接轨。为此,文章提出我国矿产资源/储量分类修订方案,即直接引入CRIRSCO(矿产储量国际报告标准委员会)分类体系,对勘查结果、矿产资源量和矿石储量重新定义,矿产资源量分为推断的、标示的、测定的三类,储量则分为可信的、证实的二类,合计五种类型。
