A discrete fuzzy sliding mode variable structure controller was studied and designed for a class of electro-hydraulic servo system by means of the combination of sliding mode control theory and fuzzy control theory.Designed based on the exponential reaching law, parameter ε of conventional sliding mode controller is the key factor of system chattering, and is proportional to it as well.In view of this, fuzzy control theory was introduced into the design to ensure the real-time adjusting of parameter ε.Simulation results show that the system chattering is eliminated perfectly, and the dynamic performance of the control system is improved effectively.  相似文献

To alleviate the chattering problem, a new type of fuzzy global sliding mode controller (FGSMC) is presented. In this controller, the switching gain is estimated by fuzzy logic system based on the reachable conditions of sliding mode controller(SMC), and genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize scaling factor of the switching gain, thus the switch chattering of SMC can be alleviated. Moreover, global sliding mode is realized by designing an exponential dynamic sliding surface. Simulation and real-time application for flight simulator servo system with Lugre friction are given to indicate that the proposed controller can guarantee high robust performance all the time and can alleviate chattering phenomenon effectively.  相似文献

Proportional direction valve is one of the most fundamental elements in electronic-hydraulic control technique. Its function is to control the operating speed, direction, position, and strength of output force of the hydraulic actuator continuously. Considering the different application and the cost, the existing technique mainly includes the internal feedback valve used in open loop system, and the electronic closed loop controlled valve used in closed loop system. Because of their different mechanical structure and the great different in performance, it brings inconvenience for customer to select, also inconvenience for enterprise to produce. Aiming at this problem, the idea of combining the above two kinds of valves into one body is proposed first, and then the new valve’s structure to realize this target is designed. The idea intends to apply the displacement pilot flow feedback control principle in present 2-position 2-way valve system to the proportional direction valve of 3-position 4-way system. Newly designed feed forward controller can decouple the interference between the internal feedback and the electronic closed loop. Redundant conversion is designed to electronic switch mode. Experiment on dynamic and static characteristic of new proportional direction valve in internal feedback control mode and electronic closed loop control mode is discussed to prove the new theory is correct. Although the new valve is of excellent dynamic response characteristic, its steady control characteristic in open loop control mode needs to be improved further. The research results prepare one new fundamental element for electronic-hydraulic control technology.  相似文献

The stratosphere airship provides a unique and promising platform for earth observation. Researches on the project design and control scheme for earth observation platforms are still rarely documented. Nonlinear dynamics, model uncertainties, and external disturbances contribute to the difficulty in maneuvering the stratosphere airship. A key technical challenge for the earth observation platform is station keeping, or the ability to remain fixed over a geo-location. This paper investigates the conceptual design, modeling and station-keeping attitude control of the near-space earth observation platform. A conceptual design of the earth observation platform is presented. The dynamics model of the platform is derived from the Newton-Euler formulation, and the station-keeping control system of the platform is formulated. The station-keeping attitude control approach for the platform is proposed. The multi-input multi-output nonlinear control system is decoupled into three single-input single-output linear subsystems via feedback linearization, the attitude controller design is carried out on the new linear systems using terminal sliding mode control, and the global stability of the closed-loop system is proven by using the Lyapunov theorem. The performance of the designed control system is simulated by using the variable step Runge-Kutta integrator. Simulation results show that the control system tracks the commanded attitude with an error of zero, which verify the effectiveness and robustness of the designed control system in the presence of parametric uncertainties. The near-space earth observation platform has several advantages over satellites, such as high resolution, fast to deploy, and convenient to retrieve, and the proposed control scheme provides an effective approach for station-keeping attitude control of the earth observation platform.  相似文献

Some dynamic factors, such as inertial forces and friction, may affect the robot trajectory accuracy. But these effects are not taken into account in robot motion control schemes. Dynamic control methods, on the other hand, require the dynamic model of robot and the implementation of new type controller. A method to improve robot trajectory accuracy by dynamic compensation in robot motion control system is proposed. The dynamic compensation is applied as an additional velocity feedforward and a multilayer neural network is employed to realize the robot inverse dynamics. The complicated dynamic parameter identification problem becomes a learning process of neural network connecting weights under supervision. The finite Fourier series is used to activate each actuator of robot joints for obtaining training samples. Robot control system, consisting of an industrial computer and a digital motion controller, is implemented. The system is of open architecture with velocity feedforward function. The velocity tracking control of a hydraulic servo system is studied. Since the dynamics of the system are highly nonlinear and have large extent of model uncertainties, such as big changes in load and parameters, a derivation and integral sliding mode variable structure control scheme (DI-SVSC) is proposed. An integral controller is introduced to avoid the assumption that the derivative of desired signal must be known in conventional sliding mode variable structure control, a nonlinear derivation controller is used to weaken the chattering of system. The design method of switching function in integral sliding mode control, nonlinear derivation coefficient and controllers of DI-SVSC is presented respectively. Simulation shows that the control approach is of nice robustness and improves velocity tracking accuracy considerably.  相似文献

The problem of spacecraft attitude regulation based on the reaction of arm motion has attracted extensive attentions from both engineering and academic fields. Most of the solutions of the manipulator’s motion tracking problem just achieve asymptotical stabilization performance,so that these controllers cannot realize precise attitude regulation because of the existence of non-holonomic constraints. Thus, sliding mode control algorithms are adopted to stabilize the tracking error with zero transient process.Due to the switching effects of the variable structure controller, once the tracking error reaches the designed hyper-plane,it will be restricted to this plane permanently even with the existence of external disturbances. Thus, precise attitude regulation can be achieved.Furthermore, taking the non-zero initial tracking errors and chattering phenomenon into consideration, saturation functions are used to replace sign functions to smooth the control torques. The relations between the upper bounds of tracking errors and the controller parameters are derived to reveal physical characteristic of the controller.Mathematical models of free-floating space manipulator are established and simulations are conducted in the end.The results show that the spacecraft’s attitude can be regulated to the position as desired by using the proposed algorithm, the steady state error is 0.000 2 rad.In addition, the joint tracking trajectory is smooth, the joint tracking errors converges to zero quickly with a satisfactory continuous joint control input. The proposed research provides a feasible solution for spacecraft attitude regulation by using arm motion, and improves the precision of the spacecraft attitude regulation.  相似文献

Target tracking control for wheeled mobile robot (WMR) need resolve the problems of kinematics model and tracking algorithm.High-order sliding mode control is a valid method used in the nonlinear tracking control system, which can eliminate the chattering of sliding mode control.Currently there lacks the research of robustness and uncertain factors for high-order sliding mode control. To address the fast convergence and robustness problems of tracking target, the tracking mathematical model of WMR and the target is derived.Based on the finite-time convergence theory and second order sliding mode method,a nonlinear tracking algorithm is designed which guarantees that WMR can catch the target in finite time.At the same time an observer is applied to substitute the uncertain acceleration of the target, then a smooth nonlinear tracking algorithm is proposed.Based on Lyapunov stability theory and finite-time convergence,a finite time convergent smooth second order sliding mode controller and a target tracking algorithm are designed by using second order sliding mode method. The simulation results verified that WMR can catch up the target quickly and reduce the control discontinuity of the velocity of WMR.  相似文献

The mobility of the vectored thruster AUV in different environment is the important premise of control system design. The new type of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) equipped with rudders and vectored thrusters which are combined to control the course is studied. Firstly, Euler angles representation and quaternion method are applied to establish six-DOF kinematic model respectively, then Newton second law and Lagrangian approach are used to deduce the vectored thruster AUV’s nonlinear dynamic equations with six degrees of freedom (DOF) respectively in complex sea conditions based on the random wave theory according to the structural and kinetic characteristics of the vectored thruster AUV in this paper. The kinematic models and dynamic models based on different theories have the same expression and conclusion, which shows that the kinematic models and dynamic models of the vectored thruster AUV are accurate. The Runge-Kutta arithmetic is used to solve the dynamic equations, which not only can simulate the motions such as cruise and hover but also can describe the vehicle’s low-frequency and high-frequency motion. The results of computation show that the mobility of the vectored thruster AUV in interference-free environment and the integrated signals including low-frequency motion signal and high-frequency motion signal in environmental disturbance accord with practical situation, which not only solve the problem of especial singularities when the pitch angle θ = ±90° but also clears up the difficulties of computation and display of the coupled nonlinear motion equations in complex sea conditions. Moreover, the high maneuverability of the vectored thruster AUV equipped with rudders and vectored thrusters is validated, which lays a foundation for the control system design.  相似文献

Most current researches working on improving stiffness focus on the application of control theories. But controller in closed-loop hydraulic control system takes effect only after the controlled position is deviated,so the control action is lagged. Thus dynamic performance against force disturbance and dynamic load stiffness can’t be improved evidently by advanced control algorithms. In this paper, the elementary principle of maintaining piston position unchanged under sudden external force load change by charging additional oil is analyzed. On this basis, the conception of raising dynamic stiffness of electro hydraulic position servo system by flow feedforward compensation is put forward. And a scheme using double servo valves to realize flow feedforward compensation is presented,in which another fast response servo valve is added to the regular electro hydraulic servo system and specially utilized to compensate the compressed oil volume caused by load impact in time. The two valves are arranged in parallel to control the cylinder jointly.Furthermore, the model of flow compensation is derived,by which the product of the amplitude and width of the valve’s pulse command signal can be calculated. And determination rules of the amplitude and width of pulse signal are concluded by analysis and simulations.Using the proposed scheme, simulations and experiments at different positions with different force changes are conducted. The simulation and experimental results show that the system dynamic performance against load force impact is largely improved with decreased maximal dynamic position deviation and shortened settling time. That is,system dynamic load stiffness is evidently raised. This paper proposes a new method which can effectively improve the dynamic stiffness of electro-hydraulic servo systems.  相似文献

A robust control algorithm is proposed to focus on the non-linearity and parameters' uncertainties of an electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system (EHPSCS) with a single-rod hydraulic actuator. The robust controller proposed does not need to design stable compensator in advance,is simple in design and has large scope of uncertainty applications. The feedback gains of the robust controller proposed are small,so it is easily implemented in engineering applications. Experimental research on the speed control under the different conditions is carried out for an EHPSCS.Experimental results show that the robust controller proposed has better robustness subject to parametric uncertainties, and adaptability of parameters' variation of control system itself and plant parameter variation.  相似文献

Combining with the characteristic of the fuzzy control and the neural network control(NNC), a new kind of the fuzzy neural network controller is proposed, and the synthesis design method of the control law and fast speed learning algorithm of the parameters of networks are put forward. The output of the controller is composed of two parts, part one is derived on basis of the principle of sliding control, the lower order model and the estimated parameters of the plant are only required, part two is derived on basis FNN, it is used to compensate the uncertainties of the systems. Because new type of FNN controller extracts from the advantages of the intelligent control and model based sliding mode control, the numbers of adjusting parameters and the structure of FNN are simplified at large, and the practical significance and variation range are attached to each layer of the network and its connected weights, the control performance and learning speed are increased at large. The rolling process is determined by the interaction of a number of different movements, during which the relative movement occurs between the vibrating roll system and the rolled piece, and the roll system’s vibration interacts with the strip’s deformation and rigid movement. So many parameters being involved leads to a complex mechanism of this coupling effect.Through testing and analyzing the vibration signals of the mill in the rolling process, the rolling mill’s coupled model is established with comprehensive consideration of the coupling interaction between the mill’s vertical vibration, its torsional vibration and the working roll’s horizontal vibration, and vibration characteristics of different forms of rolling mill’s vibration are analyzed under the coupling effect. With comprehensive attention to the relationship between the roll system, the moving strip and the rolling parameters’dynamic properties, and also from the strip thickness control point of view, further research is done on the coupling mechanism between the roll system’s movement and the moving strip’s characteristics in the rolling process. As a result, the law of inertial coupling and the stiffness coupling effect caused by different forms of the roll system’s vibration is determined and the existence of nonlinear characteristics caused by the elastic deformation of moving strip is also found.Furthermore,a multi-parameter coupling-dynamic model is established which takes the tandem strip mill as its research object by making a detailed kinematics analysis of the roll system and using the principle of virtual work. The coupling-dynamic model proposes the instruction to describe the roll system’s movement, and analyzes its dynamic response and working stability, and provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the strip thickness’dynamic control.  相似文献

The vehicle semi-active suspension with magneto-rheological damper(MRD) has been a hot topic since this decade, in which the robust control synthesis considering load variation is a challenging task. In this paper, a new semi-active controller based upon the inverse model and sliding mode control(SMC) strategies is proposed for the quarter-vehicle suspension with the magneto-rheological(MR) damper, wherein an ideal skyhook suspension is employed as the control reference model and the vehicle sprung mass is considered as an uncertain parameter. According to the asymptotical stability of SMC, the dynamic errors between the plant and reference systems are used to derive the control damping force acquired by the MR quarter-vehicle suspension system. The proposed modified Bouc-wen hysteretic force-velocity(F-v) model and its inverse model of MR damper, as well as the proposed continuous modulation(CM) filtering algorithm without phase shift are employed to convert the control damping force into the direct drive current of the MR damper. Moreover, the proposed semi-active sliding mode controller(SSMC)-based MR quarter-vehicle suspension is systematically evaluated through comparing the time and frequency domain responses of the sprung and unsprung mass displacement accelerations, suspension travel and the tire dynamic force with those of the passive quarter-vehicle suspension, under three kinds of varied amplitude harmonic, rounded pulse and real-road measured random excitations. The evaluation results illustrate that the proposed SSMC can greatly suppress the vehicle suspension vibration due to uncertainty of the load, and thus improve the ride comfort and handling safety. The study establishes a solid theoretical foundation as the universal control scheme for the adaptive semi-active control of the MR full-vehicle suspension decoupled into four MR quarter-vehicle sub-suspension systems.  相似文献

Friction compensation is particularly important for motion trajectory tracking control of pneumatic cylinders at low speed movement. However, most of the existing model-based friction compensation schemes use simple classical models, which are not enough to address applications with high-accuracy position requirements. Furthermore, the friction force in the cylinder is time-varying, and there exist rather severe unmodelled dynamics and unknown disturbances in the pneumatic system. To deal with these problems effectively, an adaptive robust controller with LuGre model-based dynamic friction compensation is constructed. The proposed controller employs on-line recursive least squares estimation(RLSE) to reduce the extent of parametric uncertainties, and utilizes the sliding mode control method to attenuate the effects of parameter estimation errors, unmodelled dynamics and disturbances. In addition, in order to realize LuGre model-based friction compensation, the modified dual-observer structure for estimating immeasurable friction internal state is developed. Therefore, a prescribed motion tracking transient performance and final tracking accuracy can be guaranteed. Since the system model uncertainties are unmatched, the recursive backstepping design technology is applied. In order to solve the conflicts between the sliding mode control design and the adaptive control design, the projection mapping is used to condition the RLSE algorithm so that the parameter estimates are kept within a known bounded convex set. Finally, the proposed controller is tested for tracking sinusoidal trajectories and smooth square trajectory under different loads and sudden disturbance. The testing results demonstrate that the achievable performance of the proposed controller is excellent and is much better than most other studies in literature. Especially when a 0.5 Hz sinusoidal trajectory is tracked, the maximum tracking error is 0.96 mm and the average tracking error is 0.45 mm. A parallel manipulator joint driven by three pneumatic muscles and its posture control strategy are presented.Based on geometric constraints and dynamics,a system model is developed through which some influences on dynamic response and open-loop gain ate analyzed including the supply pressure, the initial pressure and the volume of pneumatic muscle.A sliding-mode controller with a nonlinear switching function is applied to control posture, which adopts the combination of a main method that separates control of each muscle and an auxiliary method that postures error evaluation of multiple muscles, especially adopting the segmented and intelligent adjustments of sliding-mode parameters to fit different expected postures and initial states.Experimental results show that this control strategy not only amounts to the steady-state error of 0.1°without overshoot, but also achieves good trajectory tracking.  相似文献

The existing research of the integrated power and attitude control system(IPACS) in satellites mainly focuses on the IPACS concept, which aims at solving the coupled problem between the attitude control and power tracking. In the IPACS,the configuration design of IPACS is usually not considered, and the coupled problem between two flywheels during the attitude control and energy storage has not been resolved. In this paper,an integrated power and single axis attitude control system using two counter rotating magnetically suspended flywheels mounted to an air table is designed. The control method of power and attitude control using flywheel is investigated and the coupling problem between energy storage and attitude control is resolved.A computer simulation of an integrated power and single axis attitude control system with two flywheels is performed, which consists of two counter rotating magnetically suspended flywheels mounted to an air rotary table. Both DC bus and a single axis attitude are the regulation goals. An attitude & DC bus coordinator is put forward to separate DC bus regulation and attitude control problems. The simulation results of DC bus regulation and attitude control are presented respectively with a DC bus regulator and a simple PD attitude controller. The simulation results demonstrate that it is possible to integrate power and attitude control simultaneously for satellite using flywheels. The proposed research provides theory basis for design of the IPACS.  相似文献

Currently most of control methods are of one degree of freedom(1-DOF) control structure for the robot systems which are affected by unmeasurable harmonic disturbances,at the same time in order to obtain perfect disturbance attenuation level, the controller gain must be increased. In practice, however, for robotic actuators, there are physical constraints that limit the amplitude of the available torques. This paper considers the problem of tracking control under input constraints for robot manipulators which are affected by unmeasurable harmonic disturbances.A new control scheme is proposed for the problem, which is composed of a parameter-dependent nonlinear observer and a tracking controller. The parameter-dependent nonlinear observer, designed based on the internal model principle, can achieve an estimation and compensation of a class of harmonic disturbances with unknown frequencies. The tracking controller, designed via adaptive control techniques, can make the systems asymptotically track the desired trajectories. In the control design, the continuous piecewise differentiable increasing function is used to limit control input amplitude, such that the control input saturation is avoided. The Lyapunov stability of closed loop systems is analyzed. To validate proposed control scheme, simulation results are provided for a two link horizontal robot manipulator. The simulation results show that the proposed control scheme ensures asymptotic tracking in presence of an uncertain external disturbance acting on the system. An important feature of the methodology consists of the fact that the designed controller is of 2-DOF control structure, namely,it has the ability to overcome the conflict between controller gain and robustness against external disturbances in the traditional 1 -DOF control structure framework.  相似文献

Aiming at providing with high-load capability in active vibration control of large-scale rotor system, a new type of active actuator to simultaneously reduce the dangers of low frequency flexural and torsional vibrations is designed. The actuator employs electro-hydraulic system and can provide a high and circumferential load. To initialize new research, the characteristics of various kinds of active actuators to control rotor shaft vibration are briefly introduced. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the preliminary results via presenting the structure, functions and operating principles, in particular, the working process of the electro-hydraulic system of the new actuator which includes a set of high speed electromagnetic valves and a series of sloping cone-shaped openings, and presenting the transmission relationships among the control parameters from control signals into the valves to active load onto shaft. The course of the work is dynamic, and a series of spatial forces and moments are put on the shaft to get an external resultant force to reduce excitations that induce vibration of shafts. By checking states of vibration, the actuator can control the impulse width and the interval of injection time for applying different control force to a vibration shaft in two circumference directions through the regulating action of a set of combination directional control valves. The results from simulating analysis and experiment show evidence of that this design can satisfy the case of active process of decreasing of flexural and torsional vibrations.  相似文献
