CaO—Al2O3—CaF2—SiO2—MgO五元精炼渣系的起泡性能 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用二次回归正交试验方法测定了1530℃下CaO-Al2O3-CaF2-SiO2-MgO五元精炼渣系的起泡性能。得出炉渣起泡指数与炉渣光学碱度、渣中Al2O3及CaF2含量间的回归方程。结果表明:炉渣的光学碱度和CaF2含量对起泡指数有较大影响,而Al2O3含量对起泡指数影响很小。具有最佳发泡性能的炉渣成分中CaO,Al2O3,CaF2,SiO2,MgO的质量分数分别为:44.06%,30.00%,7.00%,8.94%,10%。研究结果还表明:炉渣起泡指数与炉渣粘度成正比,而与表面张力和密度的平方根成反比。 相似文献

本文用较严格的实验方法,研究测定了在中性、还原条件下MnO-TiO2-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO六元渣系的表面粘度和体相粘度值。详细考察了各组成分对炉渣性质的影响。实验结果表明:无论在中性还是在还原条件下,渣中MnO含量增加、碱度(CaO/SiO2)提高、碱度(CaO/SiO2)提高,可使炉渣的表面粘度、体相粘度降低。在中性条件下,渣中TiO2含量的增加,可使炉渣的表面粘度、体相粘度降低 相似文献

The viscosities for the selected CaO-MgO-SiO_2 and CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 slags were measured by rotating cylinder method in a wide temperature range from 1 608 K to 1 823 K.The effects of temperature,slag basicity and Al_2 O_3 content were studied.The results indicated that the viscosity decreased with increasing the slag basicity at the same temperature.And the viscosities of the slag initially increased linearly with increasing Al_2O_3 content in the slags and then decreased as the Al_2O_3 content in the slags continued to increase.Al_2O_3 addition has a more significant effect on the viscosity than slag basicity in the selected slags.Based on the experimental data and the fraction of solid phases calculated by the thermodynamic software,the effect of solid phases on slag viscosity was evaluated.The results indicated that the relationship between the relative viscosity and the volume fraction of solid phases estimated from the slag composition can be reasonable by allowing the inverse maximum fraction of solid particles to vary. 相似文献

As a binary system of BaO-Lu_2O_3-SiO_2 ternary system, Lu_2O_3-SiO_2 system was optimized and calculated by CALPHAD approach based on available phase diagram and relevant thermodynamic data of RE_2O_3-SiO_2(RE=Lu,Yb,Y) binary systems as well as our experimental data of Lu_2O_3-SiO_2 system obtained by quenching experiment. The Gibbs free energy of high temperature solution was described by an ionic two-sublattice model as(Lu~(3+))P(O~(2-), SiO_2~0)Q. The calculated phase diagram below 1873 K was in good agreement with experimental data at 1573, 1773 and 1873 K. The calculated Gibbs energies of two intermediate phases Lu_2SiO_5 and Lu_2Si_2O_7, the activity of Lu_2O_3 and SiO_2 and specific heat capacities of intermediate phases agreed well with experimental results of Y_2O_3-SiO_2 system. This tentative study will offer help for the research of single-phase phosphor and related metallurgical slags, refractories, high-temperature superconductivity material systems. 相似文献

针对当前高炉炼铁原料中A l2O3含量不断提高,导致炉渣中A l2O3含量也不断提高的新情况,从分析炉渣的物理化学特性入手,剖析了高A l2O3含量高炉给操作带来的危害,并分析了在高A l2O3含量条件下改变炉渣碱度、成分对高炉冶炼的影响,探讨了高A l2O3含量条件下高炉的冶炼工艺。分析表明,炉渣中A l2O3含量高时,不能通过提高碱度的方法改善炉渣的脱硫能力;适宜地提高炉渣中M gO的含量,将有助于降低炉渣粘度和提高炉渣脱硫能力,渣中适宜的M gO含量应为8%~11%;提出了合理添加M gO的新型工艺。 相似文献

通过对Er2O3-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃红外光谱和激光拉曼光谱的分析表明,该系统玻璃中存在[SiO4][、BO3][、BO4][、AlO4][、AlO6]等基团。同时对玻璃进行析晶热处理,热处理后析晶产物为ErBO3相,表明稀土玻璃中的Er3+主要偏聚在富硼相中,在受热过程中发生了分相,并以ErBO3相的形式析出,富硅相则保持玻璃态。将稀土玻璃结构与析晶产物联系起来研究,在一定程度上可以揭示稀土玻璃的结构形式,根据研究结果提出了Er2O3-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃的结构模型。 相似文献

The structural characteristics of Re2O3 doped B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glasses and factors such as the component and heat-treating conditions affecting the glass structure were investigated by magic angle spin nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS NMR) spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis (DTA). It is found that, in B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glass, the boron (4), and Al(5), Al(6) changes to Al(4). On the other hand, compared with Ba^2+ , RE^3+ can accumulate the boron network because of its higher field strength, which results in a large network structure. With the increase of samarium oxide, the silicate coordination Qa(3T) will have predominance gradually. Heat-treatment has little effect on the boron and aluminum coordination sites in the glass structure. 相似文献
