热交换器用高强度铝合金管

这是一项由日本三菱铝业公司研究发明的专利技术，该铝合金管系以铝为基的带材卷制而成。这种铝合金的成分为，％：Mn0．5～1．5，Si0．3～1．3，0．1＜C≥0．01，Zr0．05～0．25，Cr0．05～0．25，Ti0．1～0．25和Mg0．05～0．2。铝管的内表面涂覆有一层厚0．005～0．05mm．的AI—Zn合金（含Zn0．3％～2％）或AI—Sn合金（含Sn0．05％～0．2％）。卷制好的铝合金毛管在AI—St合金钎焊液中钎焊，钎焊时控制好钎焊温度。这种铝合金管的耐腐蚀性极佳。热交换器用高强度铝合金管…     

多功能预熔精炼渣的研制和应用

以CaO-Al2O3-MgO-BaO为基本渣系用正交设计试验方法得出研制的含CaO(40～50)％，Al2O3(25～35)％，MgO(10～15)％的LF精炼用预熔渣具有1280℃的较低熔点，脱硫效果好。经150t电弧炉150炉统计数据表明，在精炼前钢中硫含量为0．035％～0．072％时，用该预熔渣精炼后，成品钢中硫含量降至0．005％～0．019％(平均硫含量为0．009％)，平均脱硫率由原固体合成渣的72％提高到89％，LF平均精炼时间由67min降至53min。     

电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝硅钙锶合金中的钡

铝硅钙锶钡合金中低含量的钡(0.OX～0.5％),因与大量钙锶共存,用化学沉淀法难于将钡进行有效的分离。目前筒无较好的比色方法,火焰原子吸收法检出限又较差。而采用ICP—AES法则灵敏度很高,检出限可达0.001微克/毫升,测定下限可达0.002％(对1毫克/毫升样品)。相对标准偏差小于4％,回收率在93～105％之间。     

16Mn钢V(N)微合金化在大规格高强度角钢生产中的应用

大规格角钢主要用于铁塔和建筑结构中。唐钢过去用16Mn钢生产Q345级别角钢，因供轧制用钢的内控标准化学成分窄(T16Mn钢％：0．18～0．20C，1．35～1．55Mn，Ceq≥0．41)，致使供轧率仅为30％。通过V-N微合金化，开发了T16MnV(N)钢(％：0．14～0．20C，1．30～1．60Mn，0．05～0．09V，0．009～0．018N)，V(N)微合金化显著提高了该钢的力学性能：σb520～625MPa，σs395～465MPa，δ5 24％～28％，冲击功43～96J，并取得较高的经济效益。     

高韧性、高耐磨蚀性浆体管线用钢的制造方法

本发明涉及一种高韧性、高耐磨蚀性浆体管线用钢的制造方法,是经过冶炼、锻造、热轧、冷却后卷取,该钢的化学成分为：C0．02％～0．05％、Mn0．05％～1．0％、Si0．15％～0．45％、Cr0．50％～0．80％、Cu0．15％～0．40％、Ni0．10％～0．25％、Mo0．15％～0．30％、Nb0．02％～0．05％、Ca0．0010％～0．0080％、N0．0070％～0．03％、Ti0．01％～0．022％、S≤0．0060％。     

一种高疲劳强度的铸造铝合金

本专利提供一种抗疲劳性能优良的铸造铝合金，它的化学组成为（wt％）：4～12％Si，〈0．2Cu，0．1～0．5Mg，0．2～3．0Ni，0．1～0．7Fe，0．15～0．3Ti，余量为铝。     

银阳极板中金的测定

建立了经过用滤纸过滤后，留在滤纸上的微量金溶解和测定的方法。在8％～10％的王水介质中，用原子吸收光谱法测定金含量，其方法的检出限为0．025μg／ml，线性范围为1～4μg／ml，r=0．99995，样品加标准回收率为98．85％～101．59％，应用于银阳极板中金的测定。     

SZSC无铅喷金料中化学成分检测

针对新开发的SZSC无铅喷金料各成分含量的高低，在工作实践中摸索出了不同的分析方法：Sn、Zn和Sb用容量滴定法，标准偏差分别为0．37％-0．157％；铜用分光光度法标准偏差为0．011％～0．016％。     

济（源）钢40Cr钢生产工艺实践

利用60tLD→60tLF→CC,采用转炉高拉碳,硅钙钡、铝铁复合脱氧工艺,过程Als控制在0．010％～0．020％,精炼末期喂硅钙线等措施,通过对10炉生产数据进行跟踪采集,检验结果表明：河南济钢40Cr钢生产过程稳定,成分控制精确;LF精炼过程增氮0．0022％,连铸过程增氮0．0017％;钢坯T[O]平均为0．0010％,T[N]平均为0．0057％,钢材组织为铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度8．5级,各项检验达到标准要求。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
