用粉末冶金法制备了Al-Si共晶合金与1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢反应堆扩散偶。采用电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)D究了扩散偶在560℃和650℃时的相容性及扩散层形成机理。结果表明,扩散温度对两种材料之间的相容性有显著影响;650℃时,Al-Si共晶合金与1Cr18Ni9Ti之间通过浸润和扩散反应形成了比较明显的扩散层。XRD谱也表明,扩散层中存在Fe2Al5化合物;560℃时Al-Si共晶合金与1Cr18Ni9Ti之间仅发生固相反应,形成的扩散层很薄,二者相容性较好。 相似文献

HEDP对硝酸去污体系中1Cr18Ni9Ti的腐蚀影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用失重腐蚀实验、电化学测试、金相及电子扫描探针观测,研究在硝酸清洗条件(浓度10%HNO3、温度50℃)添加HEDP对1Cr18Ni9Ti的腐蚀影响。结果表明:添加HEDP后1Cr18Ni9Ti在HNO3体系的耐点蚀性能进一步提高,且HNO3与HEDP的二次钝化现象有一定的协同作用,有利于1Cr18Ni9Ti在HNO3体系中钝化膜被破坏后的再修复。初步证明了添加HEDP到HNO3作为反应堆一回路管道拆除前非破坏性清洗去污试剂配方的可行性。 相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和电子衍射能谱仪(EDS)分析了Nb-1Zr合金与1Cr18Ni9不锈钢在电子束自钎焊过程中形成的互扩散层的微观组织形貌、析出相成分和结构。结果表明:在电子束自钎焊过程中,两种合金的合金元素在界面处产生强烈的相互扩散,形成互扩散过渡层,互扩散以Nb向不锈钢一侧扩散为主;扩散层金相组织主要由基体组织和条状析出物组成.条状析出物呈全片层状结构。通过对析出相选区衍射花样(SADP)分析,初步确定互扩散层的析出物为μ-Fe(Ni)2Nb0和α-FeCr金属间化合物,而基体组织则为四方结构的α-Fe(Ni,Cr,Nb,C)相。 相似文献

With the development of industry, much attention has been paid to lengthening the life span of bearings. As reported in this paper, we investigated the Cr/CrN compound films formed on the specimens of W9Cr4V2Mo bearing steel by ion beam assisted deposition for improving the performance of bearing steels. The Vicker's microhardness, pin-on-disc, electrochemical measurement, XRD and SEM tests were used to characterize and analyze the treated samples. All results indicated that the mechanical properties of the treated samples were good, with the microhardness greater than that of the uncoated specimen, and the wear resistance, the passivity and pitting corrosion resistance increased considerably, the films possessed alternate Cr and CrN compound phases and produced different effects on the improvement of the performance of W9Cr4V2Mo bearing steels with different composing phases. 相似文献

A method is proposed for the determination of the equilibrium constantsk and k' for the reactions Zr+2I2–ZrI4=0 and 2I–I2=0, which is based on the measurement of the amount of iodine or zirconium liberated in the decomposition of zirconium tetraiodide on a heated surface in the process of establishing equilibrium. The decomposition of the tetraiodide was carried out at 900–1600C on a tungsten filament. The temperature distribution between filament and vessel walls was neglected.The dependence of the sum of atomic and molecular iodine pressures
on zirconium tetraiodide pressure
was determined at 1430C, and on temperature for
50 mm Hg. The values of kk'2 35 (mm Hg)3 at 1430C and k0.07 mm Hg at 400C, found from the results, differ substantially from known thermodynamic data, but give good agreement between the authors' formula [1] and experimental results on the iodide process of zirconium purification. 相似文献
