基于WWWW的计算资源发布

本文提出一种基于ＷＷＷ环境上进行计算资源发布的设想，它可以使用户透明地“借用”Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上众多ＷＷＷ节点的计算资源，获得比单机强大得多的计算能力。并建立了一个支持计算资源发布的ＷＷＷ节点。

舰艇智能兵力决策CBPN模型与实现研究

智能兵力作战决策支持是计算机生成兵力构建的重难点和核心内容,传统海战智能兵力作战决策系统难以满足决策知识空间增加对系统决策正确性和灵活性的要求,研究将Petri网建模方法与CXBR上下文推理方法相结合,提出了智能兵力CBPN图形化决策建模方法,依据舰艇智能兵力作战决策过程,分层构造了舰艇智能兵力作战行为模型,并建立了舰艇智能兵力决策支持的CBPN模型,实现了业务层和软件代码层解耦,最后构建了舰艇智能兵力的作战决策知识库.工程实现结果证明新方法能显著提高系统开发效率和智能兵力决策的灵活性,满足复杂作战仿真系统智能兵力作战决策支持需求.

粗糙决策支持方法

粗糙分析方法是从粗糙集理论发展出来的技术之一．传统的粗糙分析方法能够从决策表中获取经过属性约简和值约简的决策规则．这些规则虽然能够提供一定程度的决策支持，但是这些规则仅保留了决策表的部分决策支持能力，在实际的决策过程中，往往无法提供良好的决策支持．对此，该文提出一组用于决策支持的粗糙分析方法，称为粗糙决策支持方法．该方法能够充分挖掘决策表的决策能力，以提供强有力的决策支持，并且本质上提供容错的决策支持．该方法与传统方法能够整合为动静结合的决策支持模式，并提供强大而又快速的决策支持．     

WWW代理技术现状改进方案

本文介绍了客户机Ｃａｃｈｅ技术、ＷＷＷ上的代理技术、公共Ｃａｃｈｅ技术,并指出了它们各自的局限性。在此基础上提出了一种改进方案－ＷＷＷ本地代理的公共Ｃａｃｈｅ和辅助代理相结合的解决方案。

A framework of decision support systems for use on the World Wide Web

Decision making is one of the most important activities for human beings. Complex decision making problems are full of uncertainty and ambiguities. A large amount of data is needed and several strategies must be applied at the same time in order to get a good decision. Research about decision support systems has been proposed to help people effectively solve these kinds of problems. Recently, World Wide Web applications have grown very rapidly and have made a significant impact on computer systems. In this paper, we propose a framework for Internet computing on decision support systems by modifying traditional decision support systems on the World Wide Web. Modules of the proposed framework were also designed to meet the requirements of both decision support and Internet computing. An actual implementation of a travelling schedule domain was conducted to show the feasibility of the proposed framework. The proposed framework provides a feasible solution to building World Wide Web decision support systems in real applications.

Evolution of a participatory GIS

Participatory spatial planning and decision making requires a combination of software tools for group decision support, individual decision support and geographic analysis and presentation. This article presents a respective approach that integrates two software tools which were originally developed independently. One tool, Dito, is a Java application for the World Wide Web designed to facilitate structured argumentation and discourses. The other tool, CommonGIS, provides Java-based web-enabled services for the interactive, explorative generation and analysis of thematic maps, and it also supports multi-criteria decision making. The evolution of the integrated system is reviewed from first experiments in 2001, the resulting requirements and a succession of prototypes up to the latest solution. The focus of the article lies in the design of this solution.     

Enhancing Web accessibility via the Vox Portal and a Web-hosted dynamic HTMLVoxML converter

Interactive voice browsers offer an alternative paradigm that enables both sighted and visually impaired users to access the World Wide Web. In addition to the desktop PC, voice browsers afford ubiquitous mobile access to the World Wide Web using a wide range of consumer devices. This technology can facilitate a safe, ‘hands-free' browsing environment which is of importance both to car drivers and various mobile and technical professionals. By providing voice-mediated access, information providers can reach a wider audience and leverage existing investment in their World Wide Web content. In this paper we describe the Vox Portal, a scaleable VoxML client, and a World Wide Web Server-hosted dynamic HTMLVoxML converter.

Characterizing Web usage regularities with information foraging agents

Researchers have recently discovered several interesting, self-organized regularities from the World Wide Web, ranging from the structure and growth of the Web to the access patterns in Web surfing. What remains to be a great challenge in Web log mining is how to explain user behavior underlying observed Web usage regularities. We address the issue of how to characterize the strong regularities in Web surfing in terms of user navigation strategies, and present an information foraging agent-based approach to describing user behavior. By experimenting with the agent-based decision models of Web surfing, we aim to explain how some Web design factors as well as user cognitive factors may affect the overall behavioral patterns in Web usage.
