文章分析了电铅阳极桥式起重机变形的原因,并对桥式起重机主、副梁变形数据进行了测量分析,用火焰加热和增加加强筋进行了矫正和修复。结果表明,修复后的桥式起重机解决了长期存在的大车啃车和小车爬坡不能准确定位,制动不能停留在指定位置以及减速箱经常损坏等现象。技术改造消除了生产安全隐患,节约了大量的设备购置和安装费用,为保证生产赢得了时间和效益。  相似文献

采用阴极弧离子镀法在GH4169合金表面制备了TiAlSiN涂层,通过扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了其表面和界面的形貌和能谱,用轮廓仪测试了涂层表面粗糙度.在往复式摩擦磨损试验机上进行了涂层摩擦与磨损实验,通过能谱仪分析了涂层表面磨损后点能谱和面能谱,考察了TiAlSiN涂层的摩擦因数和磨损性能,对其磨损机理进行了讨论.实验结果显示涂层表面组织结构较为致密,表面粗糙度为194.57 nm;涂层主要成分为Ti、Al、Si和N元素,Si原子细化了TiN和AlN晶粒;涂层结合界面发生了化学反应和成分的相互扩散,其结合形式为化学结合;涂层摩擦因数平均值为0.493,磨损形式为磨粒磨损;磨损痕迹面扫描结果表明,磨损后Al和Ti形成的氮化物减少,Si和N原子无明显的减少现象,涂层耐磨性增强主要依赖于Si和N形成的化合物.   相似文献

The job market and skill needs have been expanding for environmental engineers requiring more interdisciplinary training and global citizenship. The 1970s was a decade of regulatory activities, the 1980s was a decade of major environmental disasters, the 1990s was a decade for global awakening, and the first decade of the 21st century is becoming the decade of concern for increasing global environmental stress. In parallel with the environmental trends, the environmental engineering programs have evolved from strictly water/wastewater focus to interdisciplinary programs with a wide selection of courses such as computer science, meteorology, aquatic biology, and ecology in addition to the classical environmental engineering curriculum. Advancements in science and technology, changing demographics, new delivery structures, changes in educational programs and policies, new regulatory requirements, increased global interactions, and recent large scale events with significant environmental impacts have increased the needs for engineers who are trained in environmental engineering discipline with adequate skills for addressing the emerging challenges. This technical note presents the emerging job markets and the corresponding skill needs for environmental engineers to respond to current and evolving environmental challenges both at regional and global scales.  相似文献

Evaluated the impact of the perceived level of difficulty of environmental behaviours on the magnitude of the relationship between environmental self-determination and the occurrence of environmental behaviours. 444 undergraduates (aged 17–50 yrs) completed the Motivation Toward the Environment Scale (L. G. Pelletier et al, in press), along with self-report measures of environmental behaviours and perceived difficulty of environmental behaviours. Three types of environmental behaviours were examined: recycling, purchasing environmentally-friendly products, and educating oneself as to what can be done for the environment. It was hypothesized that the level of self-determination of environmental motivation significantly predicts the occurrence of environmental behaviours. Environmental Impact of Solid Waste Treatment Methods in Korea   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The environmental impact of various solid waste treatment methods being used in Korea was assessed to provide useful information for decision making in solid waste management strategy. Among the treatment methods considered, the incineration method and the anaerobic digestion method are the most environmentally friendly, while the landfill method has the highest environmental impact. Regarding the life cycle of the treatment methods, the environmental impact of the main treatment stage is the largest, contributing 46–94% of the total impact, depending on the treatment method. The environmental impact due to wastewater treatment was 6.2, 0.2, 4.1, and 9.0% for landfilling, incineration, composting, and anaerobic digestion, respectively. Among the environmental impact categories considered, global warming, eutrophication, and acidification are the key contributors to environmental impact, with a range of 53 to 91% of the total environmental impact depending on the selected treatment method. Of these key contributors, global warming has the largest contribution. Other contributors to environmental impact, such as photochemical oxidant creation, abiotic resource depletion, and ozone depletion, contribute little to the total environmental impact. These results make it possible to construct an environmental data set and examine the environmental impact of the life cycle of various waste treatment methods to support decision making in solid waste management strategy.  相似文献

From a self-determination perspective, we attempted to replicate previous findings suggesting that higher autonomous environmental motivation (i.e., acting out of choice and pleasure) is associated with the frequency of environmental behaviours such as recycling, paper reuse, and energy conservation. We also compared students' level of autonomous environmental motivation with their level of autonomous academic motivation. We then examined age effects on autonomous environmental motivation and compared them to age effects on autonomous academic motivation. A total of 200 high school students grouped into 5 age cohorts filled out a questionnaire. Results showed that (1) adolescents' autonomous environmental motivation was associated with more frequent environmental behaviours, (2) autonomous motivation was higher in the environmental than the school domain, and (3) autonomous environmental motivation was higher in older than younger students, whereas autonomous motivation toward school was equivalent across age groups.
