在现代流行趋势的冲击和商业化生产模式的作用下,儿童虎头帽的生存空间逐渐缩减。从图案特征、工艺特点、造型方法等方面分析了中原地区儿童虎头帽的审美诉求;通过实地调查和市场分析,总结出通过改良工艺规范化、设计和工艺市场化、材料选择多样化等方式改良中原地区儿童虎头帽的制作方法,可使其获得更大的生存空间。  相似文献

为丰富毛衫产品、适应针织毛衫智能化生产发展的需要,将纸样更好地应用于毛衫工艺范本制作中,分析纸样在针织CAD软件中的实现方式和结果,提出针织CAD软件中袖身连体纸样的4种范本制作方法:直接应用法、旋转法、一次停针法和多次停针法,并从范本制作、编织和织物外观角度对4种方法进行比较分析。研究结果表明:同一袖身连体纸样在针织CAD软件中可以采用这4种范本制作方法,即4种编织实现方式,研究某袖身连体纸样的4种不同生产方法,通过比较这4种方法的范本制作和编织难易程度及对织物外观的影响以及变形特点,以获得纸样的最优实现方式。  相似文献

 本文针对近代江南地区民间大襟袄的制作工艺进行了研究分析。通过对江南地区民间服饰工艺传人的调研,对制作近代大襟袄的材料包括面料、里料、衬料、填充料、浆糊、缝线等;以及制作大襟袄的裁剪工艺流程裁衣身、裁接袖袖片、挖领子、开大襟、裁里襟、裁贴边、裁领子和裁扣子料和缝制工艺找袖缝、刮浆、缝合、裁里子、装填充物、做领子、钉一字扣和开衩处打套结,逐一进行了记录、复原、分析与研究,并部分做了详细的图示;江南地区人们独特的审美观和巧妙的制作工艺,充分的反映了当地人们对于服装的穿着舒适性的极高要求和工匠的聪明才智。  相似文献

为传承江苏南通地区民间婴儿服的制作技艺, 探讨了传统的未满周岁婴儿和尚领套衫的制作技巧。通过收集历史资料及田野调查, 结合地方民俗文献对相关的南通地区民俗的记录,对套衫制作中的材料和工具如面料、缝线以及画线袋、剪刀、木尺等进行了介绍。对套衫的上衣和下裤的裁剪工艺和制作工艺技巧进行了逐一的记录、复原、分析与研究。指出和尚领襁褓套衫中其女红文化、忌“足尺”、器皿挖口、“百家衣”等习俗都具有浓郁南通本土文化特,其特有的本土文化特征和巧妙的制作工艺,充分反映当地人们对服装精神方面的追求和在追求服用舒适与功用方面的工匠才智,是南通土布服饰文化研究的重要内容之一。  相似文献

介绍衬衫领毛衫裙与连帽领蝙蝠袖毛衫的领工艺中纸样的应用,详细介绍2款毛衫的设计,绘制毛衫领织物花型编织图,根据毛衫领设计特点与规格尺寸绘制领纸样,分析纸样转化为编织工艺的方法,结合织物成品密度制定毛衫领编织操作工艺及电脑横机编织程序,并制作出毛衫成品。结果表明:根据领纸样编织操作制定出的毛衫领编织工艺准确,领尺寸符合要求,造型美观合体,减少了毛衫生产过程中的打样次数,缩短了生产时间,为毛衫领设计与工艺制定提供了有效参考,同时丰富了毛衫领造型。  相似文献

为更好地提高横编针织毛衫样板的合理性和高效性,针对横编针织编织方法难以制作结构复杂西装的问题,提出了服装CAD纸样技术可应用在横编针织西装的编织工艺设计上。选取收腰型女西装作为研究个案,详细地介绍服装CAD纸样技术在该款女西装的前后衣身、袖身和领部进行平面纸样结构转换的应用方法和过程,分析纸样结构图导入SKT针织智能下数软件后进行编织工艺图设计和电脑横机编织程序设计,最后上机编织女西装成品。结果表明:根据纸样结构图编制的女西装编织工艺符合毛衫加工工艺要求,其版型具有合体性和美观性,且该方法具有可操作性和高效性,能精准地调整成形衣片的编织工艺数据,可为非常规款针织毛衫的开发提供可参考的实践应用价值,具有理论指导意义。  相似文献

Ammonium sulfate fractionated protein fractions at levels of 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 42.5% and 45% ammonium sulfate were recovered from the head waste of tropical marine tiger (MTS), culture tiger (CTS), white (WS) and brown shrimp (BS) and then characterized for protease activity. Distribution of buffer (pH 7.1) extracted protein among ammonium sulfate fractions showed that total protein in 25% fraction of MTS, CTS, WS and BS was 48, 54, 34 and 24 times more than that in the respective 42.5% fraction of the head waste of these shrimps. The highest proteolytic activity was observed in 42.5% (NH4)2SO4 protein fraction of the head waste of MTS, CTS, WS and BS, the values were 19, 1.7, 11.6 and 2 times, respectively, more than that of the corresponding 25% (NH4)2SO4 protein fractions. Highest caseinolytic activity (pH 8.5) and gelatinolytic activity (pH 7.1) was observed in the 42.5% fraction of the head waste of CTS and WS, respectively; but the highest albuminolytic activity (pH 8) was observed in the same fraction of the head waste of both MTS and BS. The optimum pH for highest gelatinolytic and albuminolytic activity of the 42.5% (NH4)2SO4 protein fraction of the head waste of MTS and BS was 4; the same for highest gelatinolytic activity of the same protein fraction of the head waste of WS, and these fractions included acid proteases such as pepsin, the optimum pH for the above activity of the same fraction of CTS was 6-8.5, and the fraction was an alkaline protease such as chymotrypsin. The SDS-PAGE pattern of 42.5% (NH4)2SO4 protein fraction of the head waste of BS, CTS, WS and MTS was almost similar with a dark band close to the marker band 20kDa. Proteases make up to 48% of industrial enzymes and are mostly used in detergents, leather production and food industry.  相似文献

This study proposes a novel approach to implementing the filament structure of imitation crab meat by coating potato starch (PS) solution on the outside of surimi using coaxial extrusion 3D food printing. To determine the optimum concentration, experiments were conducted using a 0–15% PS solution. Surimi-based imitation crab meat using a 12% PS solution showed the best results in terms of printing characteristics, water-holding capacity, and cooking loss. In addition to the aligned-rectilinear pattern generally used in imitation crab meat, this study presents the change in texture according to the internal structure using rectilinear and concentric patterns. The 3D-printed imitation crab meat with the aligned-rectilinear pattern was similar to the commercial reference imitation crab meat. This study successfully tested fiberization—a challenging process for 3D food printing—using coaxial extrusion 3D food printing. This system can be applied to other 3D-printed foods that require a filament structure and fiberization.  相似文献

为实现纬编仿蕾丝面料的快速设计,提出了花型意匠模型、编织意匠模型,并构建了二者之间的变换关系。在深入研究该织物各部分结构特征的基础上,建立了织物理想状态下线圈结构的基本模型,确定了线圈中各控制点的位置,并对线圈结构变形进行分析,得出了该类型织物线圈变形规律。利用VC++.net进行程序设计,实现了对纬编仿蕾丝面料的仿真。织物仿真在结合意匠信息的基础上还考虑到纱线原料的粗细、颜色等因素,具有较好的仿真效果。  相似文献

为了使横编针织服装结构部位的版型结构更符合人体体型结构,文章选取了合体型横编针织女西装作为研究对象,基于服装纸样技术和横编针织服装编织工艺原理,运用SKT针织智能下数软件将女西装CAD纸样结构图转化为编织工艺图,分析与优化袖窿弧线、袖山弧线和收腰等主要结构部位的编织工艺,并进行上机编织西装样版验证其可行性。实践证明,收针方式会影响袖窿弧线和袖山弧线织片形状,而改变织物组织、纸样结构和收放针相结合的处理方式可以达到收腰效果。  相似文献

Processing discards from tiger tooth croaker, such as head, viscera, and swim bladder, were analyzed for proximate, biochemical, fatty acid, and mineral composition. The proximate analysis showed high protein content (21.04%) in the swim bladder and high fat content (4.10%) and ash content (2.26%) in the head. The biochemical quality indices such as non-protein nitrogen, total volatile base, trimethylamine, free fatty acids, peroxide value, and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances in the viscera were higher than those in the head and swim bladder. Gas chromatographymass spectrometry analysis of fatty acids composition showed high polyunsaturated fatty acids in the head (58.82%), followed by the viscera (45.80%) and the swim bladder (35.57%). The major available saturated fatty acid, i.e., palmitic acid, was higher in the swim bladder (30.49%). Mineral and heavy metals analyzed via inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer showed high calcium, sodium, and magnesium contents in the head region (346.80, 62.55, and 14.89 mg/kg respectively). Heavy metal levels were within the permissible limit.  相似文献

 本文以Mandelbrot集图形为基础,提出一种仿扎染效果的纹样设计方法,该方法根据Mandelbrot集图形生成原理,运用参数变换与函数变换手法对Mandelbrot集数学模型进行调整变化,通过综合运用抓图窗口进行图形逐级放大,以及色彩模式调整等方法,生成出不同风格的Mandelbrot集的变化图形;在此为基础,从Mandelbrot集图形中提取设计素材,通过Photoshop软件进行了图形仿扎染效果的设计处理,获得具有扎染视觉效果的初级纹样,并且以丝巾设计为载体,进行仿扎染效果纹样的二次设计,应用于具体的纹样设计实践中,从而在探索Mandelbrot集图形应用于染织纹样设计的有效途径上进行了初步的尝试。  相似文献

以普通瓶盖作对照,研究装瓶后酒体中的溶解氧和吸氧瓶盖在货架期内对枝江大曲酒的总酸、总酯、己酸乙酯的影响。结果表明,与普通啤酒瓶盖相比,装瓶17个月后,吸氧瓶盖能使酒体中溶解氧的含量减少23.29%;阻止酒体中总酸含量上升达7.2%;抑制酒体中的总酯及己酸乙酯含量下降分别达11.76%和9。28%。  相似文献
