研究改性防护蜡对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明,与传统防护蜡相比,改性防护蜡异构烷烃质量分数较小,结晶尺寸小且致密程度高。改性防护蜡可在不影响胎侧胶硫化特性和物理性能的前提下,大幅提高胎侧胶抗喷霜性能,保证轮胎表面不受臭氧侵蚀,在防止裂纹产生的同时明显改善成品轮胎外观。  相似文献

The effects of air gaps entrapped within the multilayer protective clothing system on the thermal performance were studied during low‐level radiation (2–10 kW/m2). A bench‐scale apparatus was designed to produce the liquid droplets and simulate human sweat transferring through the multilayer fabric system. Two air gaps located between the outer shell and the moisture barrier (Gap A) and between the moisture barrier and the thermal liner (Gap B) were used with different gap sizes (0, 2, and 5 mm). The thermal resistance analysis for the heat transfer with a multilayer flat wall was used to interpret the effects of air gap. The results show that the total thermal resistance of a multilayer clothing system and the thermal resistances of the two air gaps are linearly related with the level of heat flux. It is also indicated that the air gap position affects the beneficial effect of the gap size. The effect of Gap B to improve the thermal performance is better than that of Gap A. Rapid progress has been made in the field of fire protection during the past few decades, nevertheless, the development of fire protective clothing with prolonged durability has always been a matter for public attention. In order to prevent or minimize skin burn damage resulting from flashover, a kind of thermal protective composite fabric, the surface of which is aluminized, has been upgraded and developed. Using the UV–Vis–NIR (ultraviolet–visible–near infrared) spectrophotometer, the thermal radiation protective performance of aluminized fabrics made of basalt fiber and glass fiber were evaluated and compared. The aluminized fabrics and the substrate fabrics used were exposed to a fire environment generated by burning liquified gas for a few minutes, aiming at evaluating the protective effect of the aluminum coating and characterizing the thermal insulating performance. The results showed that the spectral reflectance of aluminized fabrics present obvious differences over a wide range of wavelengths, perhaps due to the different yarn parameters and weave structure. The fire exposure experiment indicated that the aluminized fabric of basalt fiber had better thermal protective performance than the substrate fabrics. Although the thermal insulating performance of aluminized fabrics is insufficient to provide enough time for people to focus on his/her job, the aluminized fabrics exhibit great potential application in the fields of firefighting and military. 镀镍层相对钢铁来说是阴极性镀层,钢铁基体镀镍表面易发生微孔腐蚀。研究了一种水溶性保护材料LP-80N。阐述了其保护作用机理,比较了其与苯并三氮唑、2-巯基苯并噻唑、苯甲酸钠、乌洛托品和重铬酸钾等缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,研究了水洗、乙醇洗和碱洗对LP-80N缓蚀率的影响,同时研究了LP-80N的使用浓度对缓蚀率和接触电阻的影响。结果表明,LP-80N对钢铁基体镀镍表面具有极好的保护效果,且不影响基体材料的电气性能。  相似文献
