许多网民对检索引擎并不陌生 ,他们经常使用Ｙａｈｏｏ、Ｉｎｆｏｓｅｅｋ、Ｈｏｔｂｏｔ、Ｌｙｃｏｓ及中文检索引擎搜狐和网易等 ,通过输入关键词查找 ,可以很方便地从网络上获得信息。一些熟练者善于使用“ａｎｄ”、“ｏｒ”、“ｎｏｔ”、“ｎｅａｒ”一类的检索符对关键词进行组配检索 ,以便获得理想的检索结果。但是 ,有一个现象常令网民感到困惑 ,他们在检索后往往会得到成千上万的信息 ,这使他们无从下手选择 ,即使排列在前面的检索结果也往往有误导用户的情况。目前 ,据权威机构的统计 ,在因特网上有３００万个服务器、８亿个网页…     

用程序方法实现“与或非”逻辑检索

“与或非”逻辑检索是一种方便灵活、功能强大的检索方式。一般的数据库管理系统都允许以逻辑检索表达式作为条件“输入”，但是目前还有许多情况是用高级语言（如C、COBOL、BASICA）编程，在这种情况下，就需要用户自己来实现这种功能。本文介绍了实现“与或非”逻辑检索的一种方法。     

一种基于感兴趣内容的图像检索方法

在基于内容图像检索研究中,针对如何提取用户感兴趣的内容以提高检索效果的问题,该文根据用户选择的相似图像自动获取“感兴趣”区域,使用Fisher判别进行区域中“感兴趣”特征分量阈值的动态选择,并以该“感兴趣”特征分量及“感兴趣”区域作为用户感兴趣的内容进行图像检索。试验结果表明了该方法的有效性。

基于关系的全文检索

“全文检索”或称“按字符串检索”是情报资料检索系统中的一种检索方法。本文将介绍该方法在ＲＤＢＭＳ环境下基于关系的实现。     

基于Internet的分布式设计知识资源检索策略

提出了一种快速、高效的两级知识检索方法：首先根据“加权关键词匹配定位法”来有效、准确地定位知识站点；然后“约束驱动知识检索”方法在所定位的知识站点中准确获取满足用户意愿的具体知识。两级知识检索方法可以改善原有传统检索方法的有效性，使设计开发人员在分布式知识资源环境下的知识检索效率大大提高。

Yahoo!由美国Internet Systems Inc.等多家共同资助,并得到无数企业和个人的无私奉献.Yahoo目前已收集有Internet中数十万个环球网资源服务器的地址,并提供按主题词检索和按专题检索两种检索方式.使用Yahoo非常简单,首先,利用环球网阅读器联上如下地址:http∥www.yahoo.com,yahoo!服务器即送过来它的主页(HomePage).如果您要按主题词检索,请在主页中的Search(检索)窗口中输入主题词,再按动Search按钮,一两分钟后,所有与该主题词相关的环球网服务器的名称、地址和简介将出现在您的屏幕上.我曾以“China”作为主题词进行检索,结果一共找到了160多个与“China”相关的服务器.Yahoo!的主题词检索还支持布尔逻辑,例如,您可以在Search窗口中输入多个主题词,并设定这些主题词之间的关系是“与”(“and”)关系还是“或”(“or”)关系,是代表一个子串还是代表整个单词等等.这些功能大大增加了检索的灵活性.     

商标检索中形状特征描述的研究

针对图像检索中的“语义鸿沟”问题,以商标图像为研究对象.分析了拉丁字母的物象、抽象和意象等含义,构建了一套“字母描述子”语言.同时还分析了商标的起源、构成和特征,并提出了用“字母描述子”对商标图像进行特征描述和编码的方法.经系列的检索结果和统计数据说明,用“字母描述子”对商标特征进行描述、编码和检索的方法具有一定的实用...     

中文专利侵权检索模型研究

结合中文专利权利要求的结构特征,首次将中文专利按照“分割词”重新分类,以重新划分的“新类别”进行词性选择,构造向量空间,设计了中文专利侵权检索模型,通过我国集成电路封装技术领域的发明专利进行技术侵权检索实证分析与对比实验,实验结果显示该模型的检索效果明显优于一般的侵权检索方法。

“中文全文检索”从诞生至今经历了五年的发展,目前检索技术已经从快速字符串检索发展到按字、按词的智能化检索阶段。全文检索的用户从专业联机检索领域扩展到政府办公、新闻媒体、信息平台、大中型企业等各个行业,全文检索系统管理的数据则涵盖从单一的文本数据到图形图像、语音、活动影像等各种多媒体非结构化信息。事实上,“全文检索系统”已经成为“非结构化数据信息管理系统”的代名词,在许多应用系统中必不可少。     

Exponential stability of time-delay systems with flexible delayed impulse

The problem of exponential stability for time-delay systems with flexible delayed impulse control is investigated. Unlike the conventional Razumikhin-type inequality, variable parameter based on the flexible impulsive gain is introduced. Sufficient conditions for exponential stability are developed for a class of time-delay systems, for which the size of delay is not limited by impulsive intervals. A flexible impulse control scheme is developed by utilizing the flexible impulsive gain and time-varying delays. When the system is disturbed by the impulse interferences, both the impulse gain and impulse delay can be adjusted accordingly to make the system exponential stable. The effectiveness of the present results is illustrated by two numerical examples and an application.     

Low-Rank Approximation of Integral Operators by Interpolation

A central component of the analysis of panel clustering techniques for the approximation of integral operators is the so-called -admissibility condition min {diam(),diam()} 2dist(,) that ensures that the kernel function is approximated only on those parts of the domain that are far from the singularity. Typical techniques based on a Taylor expansion of the kernel function require a subdomain to be far enough from the singularity such that the parameter has to be smaller than a given constant depending on properties of the kernel function. In this paper, we demonstrate that any is sufficient if interpolation instead of Taylor expansionisused for the kernel approximation, which paves the way for grey-box panel clustering algorithms.     

The role of “craft language” in learning “Waza”

The role of craft language in the process of teaching (learning) Waza (skill) will be discussed from the perspective of human intelligence.It may be said that the ultimate goal of learning Waza in any Japanese traditional performance is not the perfect reproduction of the teaching (learning) process of Waza. In fact, a special metaphorical language (craft language) is used, which has the effect of encouraging the learner to activate his creative imagination. It is through this activity that the he learns his own habitus (Kata).It is suggested that, in considering the difference of function between natural human intelligence and artificial intelligence, attention should be paid to the imaginative activity of the learner as being an essential factor for mastering Kata.This article is a modified English version of Chapter 5 of my bookWaza kara shiru (Learning from Skill), Tokyo University Press, 1987, pp. 93–105.     

Modelling structures in generic space, a condition for adaptiveness of monitoring cognitive agent

The adaptiveness of agents is one of the basic conditions for the autonomy. This paper describes an approach of adaptiveness forMonitoring Cognitive Agents based on the notion of generic spaces. This notion allows the definition of virtual generic processes so that any particular actual process is then a simple configuration of the generic process, that is to say a set of values of parameters. Consequently, generic domain ontology containing the generic knowledge for solving problems concerning the generic process can be developed. This lead to the design of Generic Monitoring Cognitive Agent, a class of agent in which the whole knowledge corpus is generic. In other words, modeling a process within a generic space becomes configuring a generic process and adaptiveness becomes genericity, that is to say independence regarding technology. In this paper, we present an application of this approach on Sachem, a Generic Monitoring Cognitive Agent designed in order to help the operators in operating a blast furnace. Specifically, the NeuroGaz module of Sachem will be used to present the notion of a generic blast furnace. The adaptiveness of Sachem can then be noted through the low cost of the deployment of a Sachem instance on different blast furnaces and the ability of NeuroGaz in solving problem and learning from various top gas instrumentation.
