单元机组集控运行是火力发电厂重要的运行方式,同时也是保证机组安全稳定运行的重要环节。火电厂单元机组集控运行危险点多、工作复杂,为提高单元机组集控运行的安全性和可靠性,保证机组的安全生产,应全面分析单元机组集控运行中的危险点,制定相应的预控措施。本文将以某火电厂为例,对火电厂单元机组集控运行中存在的危险点进行了分析,并提出了相应的预控措施。实践证明,对火电厂单元机组集控运行中的危险点进行预控是非常必要的,对提高火电厂单元机组集控运行的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义,具有一定的推广应用价值。  相似文献

水电站集群控制技术已经成为水电站群集中监控、管理的重要技术,其组织结构的设计对于水电站集群控制管理效率具有重要的意义。针对这一问题,首先对集中控制水电站群组织结构设计思路进行了阐述,建立了集中控制水电站群组织结构评价的CVRC模型;其次,构建了集中控制水电站群组织结构评价指标体系,并在此基础上建立了基于小波神经网络的集中控制水电站群组织结构评价模型;最后,以某水电站集群组织结构的评价为例,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

This paper discusses the design philosophy of the air quality surveillance systems which Kennecott is installing in the vicinity of its copper smelters in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. These monitoring systems are part of supplementary control systems (SCS) that are utilized to ensure that short-term ambient air quality standards are met. These systems utilize minicomputers as remote terminals. The interface between a terminal and the primary sensors is via specially designed input/output circuitry. The system is controlled by a centralized host minicomputer, which is connected to each of the remote stations via a telephone line communication network. Real time data is displayed on cathode ray tubes located at strategic locations in the plants. This paper will discuss the system design philosophy from both a hardware and software point of view. The actual experience in design, development, and installation of the system will also be discussed.  相似文献

A sequential optimization design method based on artificial neural network (ANN) surrogate model with parametric sampling evaluation (PSE) strategy is proposed in this paper. The quality index, such as warpage deformations, thickness uniformity, and so on, is a nonlinear, implicit function of the process conditions, which are typically evaluated by the solution of finite element (FE) equations, a complicated task which often involves huge computational effort. The ANN model can build an approximate function relationship between the design variables and quality index, replacing the expensive FE reanalysis of the quality index in the optimization. Moldflow Corporation’s Plastics Insight software is used to analyze the quality index of the injection-molded parts. The optimization process is performed by a Parametric Sampling Evaluation (PSE) function. PSE is an infilling sampling criterion. Although the design of experiment size is small, this criterion can take the relatively unexpected space into consideration to improve the accuracy of the ANN model and quickly tend to the global optimization solution in the design space. As examples, a scanner, a TV cover, and a plastic lens are investigated. The results show that the sequential optimization method based on PSE sampling criterion can converge faster and effectively approach to the global optimization solution.  相似文献

目前集中供暖已经成为我国北方冬天取暖的主要技术,针对集中供暖各换热站分散的特点,开发了一套基于Internet的换热站远程无线监控系统。利用GRM无线模块提供的Webserver接口进行远程监控总控室与各个换热站之间的数据传输,使用C#高级语言进行监控界面的开发。采用Siemens S7-300 PLC对换热站进行可靠控制,达到自动调节供热温度、管网压力等参数的要求。经现场运行结果表明,该系统具有良好的控制效果,且数据传输稳定,数据传输实时性较好,操作简便。达到了换热站无人值守、智能化供热、按需供热等目的。  相似文献

It is of great importance to predict the deformation and vibration characteristics of the hydro-turbine structure accurately for the stable operation when the turbine is running under the alternating load of the flow field. In this paper, we proposed a methodology for analysis of the head cover deformation and vibration amplitude in the high-head Francis hydro-turbine system, in which Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is employed to simulate the complex flow field in the head cover flow passage and the CFD-captured pressure distribution is provided for Finite element analysis (FEA) as a new load input to obtain more accurate head cover deformation and vibration calculation results. The results obtained by this method are compared with the results of the conventional algorithm and laboratory experimental results, demonstrated a better consistency. The great advantage of this method is that it allows vibration amplitude analysis and predictions under varied working conditions by adjusting the flow field parameters according to the specific working conditions. Therefore, it has supportive significance in optimization of the hydro-turbine structural turbine design as well as stabilizing operations at hydropower stations.

通过对水电站监测系统的分析,应用传感器技术、通信技术和计算机技术结合模块化的设计思想,提出了一种采用虚拟仪器技术,实现在线水电站监测的方法。重点研究和分析了监测系统的数据采集、数据分析和数据通信。此基于虚拟仪器技术开发的监测系统与传统监测系统相比,具有操作方便、易于维修、可靠性高、功能全、自动化程度高、灵活性和可扩展性强等优点,而且性能价格比高,大大提高了水电站监测的准确性、有效性、经济性,为水电站的安全、高效运行提供了保障。  相似文献

Producing products with multiple quality characteristics is always one of the concerns for an advanced manufacturing system. To assure product quality, finite automatic inspection systems should be used. Inspection planning to allocate inspection stations should then be performed to manage the limited inspection resource. Except for finite inspection station classes, in this work, the limited number of inspection stations, of each inspection station class, is considered for solving the inspection allocation problem in a multiple quality characteristic advanced manufacturing system. Since the product variety in batch production or job shop production increases to satisfy the changing requirements of the various customers, the tolerances specified will vary from time to time. This inspection allocation problem is solved using a unit cost model in which the manufacturing capability, inspection capability, and tolerance specified are concurrently considered for a multiple quality characteristic product. The situation of unbalanced tolerance design is also considered. The inspection allocation problem can then be solved according to customer requirements. Since determining the optimal inspection allocation plan seems to be impractical, as the problem size becomes large, two decision criteria (i.e. sequence order of workstation and tolerance interval) are employed separately to develop two different heuristic solution methods in this work. The performance of each method is measured in comparison with the enumeration method that generates the optimal solution. The result shows that a feasible inspection allocation plan can be determined efficiently.
