南充交通事故与天气关系的研究

摘    要:天气变化与交通事故之间存在较为密切的关系,利用2010~2018年南充市交通事故数据及相关气象数据等资料,探讨了不同气象条件对驾驶员、车辆、道路环境等的具体影响,统计分析了南充市所辖区域内交通事故年和月际、逐日变化和事故发生地当时气象要素特征,以及两者的相关性。结果表明:近年来交通事故呈现出逐年减少的趋势,主汛期(5~8月)和冬季是南充市交通事故的高发时期,而春季(3~4月)及秋季(9~11月)交通事故发生相对较少。同时,交通事故发生存在明显的日变化特征,每日07~08时、11~12时、14~15时、18~19时为高发时段;交通事故多发与天气条件具有一定的相关性,尤其是高温、降雨、大雾等天气现象;另外,在不同的天气条件下,有针对性的采取一些措施,可以有效避免交通事故的发生。

Analysis on the Correlation between Traffic Accident and Weather Condition in Nanchong

Abstract:There is a close relationship between weather condition and traffic accident.Based on the traffic accident data and related meteorological data of Nanchong in 2010~2018 to explore the specific impact of different meteorological conditions on drivers,vehicles,road environment.The statistical analysis of the interannual and inter-monthly,daily changes of the traffic accidents in the area under the jurisdiction of Nanchong and the characteristics of meteorological element at the time of the accident occurred,and their correlation.The results show that in recent years,traffic accidents have shown a trend of decreasing year by year,the main flood season from May to August and winter are the period of high traffic accident in Nanchong.Less traffic accidents occur in March to April and September to November.Traffic accident has obvious characteristics of daily variation,for example,7~8am,11~12am,2~3pm and 6~7pm are the high period of traffic accident.Traffic accident has a certain correlation with weather conditions,especially high temperature,rainfall,fog and other weather phenomena; in addition,under different weather conditions,targeted measures can be taken to effectively avoid traffic accidents.
