地铁车辆段试车线上盖建筑振动舒适度研究

摘    要:地铁车辆段试车线区段的列车夜间运行车速较快,且行驶于上部建筑的立柱之间,振动由道床直接传递到建筑中,导致振动舒适度超标。以某地铁车辆段试车线上盖建筑为背景,建立基于舒适度评价的精细化有限元模型,结合实测数据核验模型准确性,分析楼板的振动规律。研究表明:楼板车致振动频率集中于楼板基频附近,最大振动出现在楼层中部;增大楼板厚度和混凝土强度使Z振级减小,设计时可适当加厚楼板;振动预测计算时需考虑隔墙和活荷载的影响,应禁止将隔墙拆除进行改装,拆除隔墙后楼板约束减少,自振频率降低,Z振级增大1~4dB。

Abstract:Trains in the test line section of the subway depot, which have fast speeds, run at night and travel between the pillars of the upper building. The vibration directly transmits from the track bed to the building, resulting in an excessive vibration serviceability. Taking a building constructed on a test line of a subway depot as the background, a refined finite element model for serviceability evaluation was established, and the accuracy of the model was validated with the measured data and the vibration of the floor was analyzed. The research shows that the vibration frequency induced by the floor car is near to the fundamental frequency of the floor, and the maximum vibration occurs in the middle of the floor. Increases of the floor thickness and the strength of the concrete can reduce the Z vibration level, and the floor is advised to be appropriately thickened in the design. Vibration prediction calculation needs consider the impact of the partition wall and the live load. It should be forbidden to remove the partition wall for modification of function, the floor restraint reduces after removing the partition wall, leading to reduces in the natural frequency and increases of the Z vibration level by 1~4dB.
