| 摘 要： | 目的:观察祛痰化瘀解毒散结法联合辅以疏肝健脾汤治疗肝脾失调、痰瘀互结证甲亢突眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿(GD)合并突眼症患者100例为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用常规激素治疗,观察组使用祛痰化瘀解毒散结法辅以疏肝健脾汤治疗,对比两组的治疗有效率,治疗前后中医症状积分变化、突眼度变化及抗体水平中TGAb、TPOAb变化,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月两组上睑下垂、眼球肿胀、神疲乏力、舌淡红、脉滑、胸闷纳呆等中医症状积分、突眼度、TGAb、TPOAb均有所改善,其中观察组均优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛痰化瘀解毒散结法辅以疏肝健脾汤治疗肝脾失调、痰瘀互结证甲亢突眼症临床疗效好,患者的临床症状体征明显改善,不良反应发生率低,安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qutan Huayu Jiedu Sanjiefa combined with Shugan Jianpi decoction on Ganpi Shitiao,Tanyu Hujie and thyrotoxic exophthalmos.Methods:Total of 100 patients with Graves' disease(GD)and exophthalmos were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment drugs,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hormones.The observation group was given Qutan Huayu Jiedu Sanjiefa combined with Shugan Jianpi decoction.The response rate of treatment,changes in TCM symptom scores and exophthalmos degree before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,ptosis,eyeball swelling,fatigue,red tongue,pulse slip,chest tightness and numbness were improved in the two groups,among which the observation group was better than the control group and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Qutan Huayu Jiedu Sanjiefa combined with Shugan Jianpi decoction is good on Ganpi Shitiao,Tanyu Hujie and thyrotoxic exophthalmos.The clinical symptoms and signs are obviously improved.The incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the safety is high. |
