| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以护士为主导的MDT模式在防范患者VTE风险中的临床实践效果。方法选取2018年12月-2019年7月的患者为对照组，采用常规护理模式；选取2019年8月-2020年1月的患者为试验组，实施以护士为主导的MDT模式。比较两组住院患者VTE风险评估率、VTE风险评估准确率、预防VTE护理措施落实率。结果试验组VTE风险评估率、VTE风险评估准确率、预防VTE护理措施落实率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论实施以护士为主导的MDT模式，正确使用VTE评估量表和流程，实施防范VTE的精准护理，提高了住院患者VTE的规范评估率，降低了VTE发生率，达到了深化护理专业内涵、提升整体护理服务水平的目标。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the clinical practice effect of nurse-led MDT model in prevention of VTE.MethodsPatients from December 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the control group, and conventional nursing mode was adopted. Patients from August 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the experimental group, and a nurse-led MDT mode was implemented. The rate of VTE risk assessment, the accuracy of VTE risk assessment and the implementation rate of nursing measures to prevent VTE were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe VTE risk assessment rate, VTE risk assessment accuracy and the implementation rate of nursing measures to prevent VTE in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the nurse-led MDT mode, the correct use of VTE evaluation scale and process, the implementation of precise nursing prevention of VTE, improve the standard assessment rate of VTE in inpatients, reduce the incidence of VTE, deepen the connotation of nursing profession, and improve the overall level of nursing services. |
