模糊数学模型在高温耐火棚板制造企业职业病危害风险评估中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨模糊数学模型在高温耐火棚板制造企业职业病危害风险评估中的应用,综合评价用人单位职业病危害等级。方法采用职业卫生调查和职业卫生检测法,对某高温耐火棚板制造企业进行职业病危害因素识别与检测;运用模糊理论构建数学评估模型,对工作场所职业病危害因素暴露状况进行职业病危害风险评估。结果该企业工作场所包括3部分生产区域,分别是原料加工、产品制造、辅助生产,各生产区域最大隶属度数值分别为0.463、0.567和0.910,其职业病危害风险等级分别为Ⅲ(一般)、Ⅱ(良)和Ⅱ(良)。企业整体最大隶属度数值为0.549,整体职业病危害风险等级为Ⅱ(良)。结论模糊数学模型能够应用于高温耐火棚板制造企业职业病危害因素风险等级的评估,为综合评价企业整体和部分职业病危害风险等级提供依据。

Application of fuzzy mathematical model in health risk assessment of occupational hazards in high-temperature refractory shed board manufacturing enterprises
Abstract:  Objective  The application of fuzzy mathematical model in the health risk assessment of occupational hazards in high-temperature refractory shed board manufacturing enterprises was discussed, and the occupational hazard level was comprehensively evaluated.  Methods  Occupational health investigation was done in this manufacture to identify and measure occupational hazards. The operational fuzzy theory was used to construct a mathematical evaluation model to assess the occupational hazard risk at workplaces.  Results  The workplaces in this company were divided into three production areas, namely raw material processing, product manufacturing, and auxiliary production. The maximum membership values of each production area were 0.463, 0.567, and 0.910 and the corresponding occupational hazard risk levels were Ⅲ (acceptable), Ⅱ(Good)and Ⅱ(good), respectively. The maximum membership value of whole enterprise was 0.549 and the occupational risk was ranked as Ⅱ(good).  Conclusion  The fuzzy mathematical model can be applied to assess occupational hazard risk levels in this high-temperature refractory shed board manufacturing enterprises, and provides a basis for comprehensive evaluation of the overall and/or specific occupational hazard risk in these enterprises.
