| 摘 要： | 近年来，新辅助化疗在乳腺癌整体治疗中的地位越来越重要，新辅助化疗可以使部分腋窝淋巴结阳性的乳腺癌患者实现病理完全缓解，降期保腋成为可能。但目前对于新辅助化疗后淋巴结转阴的患者能否行前哨淋巴结活检来评估腋窝淋巴结状态仍然存在争议。新辅助化疗患者如何更加合理的选择腋窝处理方式是临床医师常面对的难题。本文通过梳理相应的临床研究，就乳腺癌新辅助化疗后腋窝局部处理策略进行综述。

| Abstract: | In recent years,neoadjuvant chemotherapy has become more and more important in the overall treatment of breast cancer.It can achieve pathological complete remission in some breast cancer patients with positive axillary lymph nodes,providing an opportunity for sentinel lymph node biopsy to replace axillary lymph node dissection.However,there is still controversy on whether breast cancer patients with negative lymph nodes after neoadjuvant chemotherapy can undergo sentinel lymph node biopsy to assess the status of axillary lymph nodes.How to choose axillary treatment more rationally for patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy is a common problem faced by clinicians.This article reviews Strategies for local treatment of axilla after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer by combing the corresponding clinical studies. |
