| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合多西他赛+顺铂方案（DP方案）治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌对患者血清血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法:136例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，随机分为对照组68例和观察组68例，观察组应用复方苦参注射液静脉滴注联合DP方案化疗，对照组仅DP方案化疗，2个周期后按RESISTE1.1疗效评估标准评价疗效，按 WHO标准评估毒副作用，应用KPS中的相关评分法则对患者的行为状态进行评分，同时测定治疗前后患者外周血血清血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）的水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组患者的KPS评分改善状况明显优于对照组（P<0.05），观察组治疗过程中不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05），治疗后2组血清VEGF水平均相比治疗前显著降低（P<0.05），且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:复方苦参注射液可增强晚期非小细胞肺癌患者DP方案化疗的疗效，降低毒副作用，还可以显著降低血管内皮生长因子的水平，阻止癌细胞的扩散以及增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of compound kushen injection combined with DP regimen chemotherapy on expression of serum VEGF in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:136 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients，were randomly divided into control group of 68 cases and observation group 68 cases.Patients in observation group were treated with compound kushen injection combined with docetaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy regimen(DP)，while patients in the control were just treated with DP regimen chemotherapy.The efficacy and toxicity of all the sixty patient were evaluated according to RECIST standard and WHO standard.The expression levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(sVEGF) were measured by ELISA before and after the treatment，respectively.Results:The response rates in the observation group was higher than the control group，the rate of adverse reactions in the process of observation treatment group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05)，the treatment group showed better improvement in the quality of life than the control group,the sVEGF level was obviously decreased in two groups after the treatments (P<0.05).Furthermore，the sVEGF level was significantly decreased observation group than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound kushen injection combined with DP regimen chemotherapy in treating NSCLC have definite therapeutic effect，which can significantly improve the total efficiency，reduced toxicity，improve patient quality of life and decrease the expression of serum VEGF in patients. |
