| 摘 要： | 目的:观察布地奈德雾化吸入在非小细胞肺癌患者放射治疗过程中对放射性肺炎的预防作用。方法:收集我院2015年1月至2016年6月我院行放射治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者80例，随机分为2组，对照组40例患者予以常规放射治疗及对症支持治疗，试验组患者40例，予以常规放射治疗及对症支持治疗，同时予以布地奈德雾化溶液2 mg 雾化吸入 2／日，观察2组患者急性放射性肺炎的相关炎性指标、发生率及严重程度。结果:试验组患者放射治疗中及放射治疗后血浆IL-6及TNF-α的浓度明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组患者放射性肺炎的发生率、严重程度明显低于对照组，且发生率的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者放射治疗过程中应用布地奈德雾化吸入可降低炎性因子水平，预防急性放射性肺炎的发生，减轻放射性肺炎的严重程度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the preventive effect of budesonide inhalation on radiation pneumonitis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer during radiation therapy.Methods:We collected 80 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients who received radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups，40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional radiotherapy and symptomatic support therapy，and the experimental group consisted of 40 patients，treated with conventional radiotherapy and symptomatic supportive treatment，and inhaled aerosolized budesonide solution 2 mg，2 times a day，to observe 2 patients of acute radiation pneumonia inflammatory index，incidence and severity.Results:The plasma concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-α test group of patients with radiotherapy and after radiotherapy was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the incidence and severity of experimental group were significantly lower than the control group and the incidence of radiation pneumonitis，the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In patients with non-small cell lung cancer，inhalation of budesonide solution during the radiotherapy can reduce the level of inflammatory factors，prevent the occurrence of acute radiation pneumonitis and reduce the severity of radiation pneumonitis. |
