| 摘 要： | 随着宫颈癌筛查的普及，宫颈癌发病率呈年轻化趋势，有生育要求的患者逐渐增多。保留生育功能的术式在治疗早期宫颈癌的同时，为患者保留生育的希望。通过回顾文献，总结保留生育功能治疗的适应症，手术方式及患者术后妊娠情况，探讨早期宫颈癌保留生育功能治疗的临床应用。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of cervical cancer screening,the age of cervical cancer patients shows a younger trend,and the number of patients with fertility requirements is gradually increasing.Fertility-preserving surgery can not only treat early cervical cancer,but also preserve the hope of fertility for patients.By reviewing the literature,we summarized the indications,surgical methods and pregnancies after operation of fertility preservation therapy,and discussed the clinical application of fertility preservation therapy for early cervical cancer. |
