| 摘 要： | 手术是治疗胃肠癌的主要方式之一,包括根治性手术和姑息性手术。胃肠癌术后并发症较多,包括心脑血管意外、出血、感染等。肺栓塞也是胃肠癌术后的并发症之一,其发生概率虽然不及吻合口瘘、感染、腹泻等其他并发症,但起病较急、及时诊断困难、死亡率较高,为广大临床医师所重视。近年来有关胃肠癌术后肺栓塞的流行病学、发病诱因、临床特点、诊断、治疗等方面取得一定的进展,对胃肠癌术后肺栓塞的诊疗有重大意义。

| Abstract: | Surgery is one of the main ways to treat gastrointestinal cancer,including radical surgery and palliative surgery.Postoperative complications of gastrointestinal cancer include cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,bleeding,infection and so on.Pulmonary embolism is also one of the complications of postoperative gastrointestinal cancer.Although its incidence is less than other complications such as anastomotic leakage,infection,diarrhea,but its onset is more urgent,and timely diagnosis is difficult,and the mortality is high,which is valued by clinicians.In recent years,the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of postoperative pulmonary embolism in gastrointestinal cancer have made certain progress,which has great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative pulmonary embolism in gastrointestinal cancer. |
