| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖尿病患者的血清脂联素水平,探讨糖尿病患者心功能早期改变与脂联素之间关系。方法选取2型糖尿病患者60例,对照组60例,应用经胸二维超声、组织多普勒超声、实时三维超声心动图获取受检者心脏左心室舒张、收缩功能参数,分别与其血清脂联素测值做相关分析。结果糖尿病患者与对照组相比,血清脂联素降低(P<0.01);二尖瓣口舒张早期前向血流峰值流速(ME)降低,舒张晚期前向血流峰值流速(MA)升高,ME/MA<1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二尖瓣环外侧壁舒张早期运动峰值速度(ME’)降低,舒张晚期运动峰值速度(MA’)升高,ME’/MA’<1,ME/ME’比值增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清脂联素与ME/MA、ME’/MA’呈正相关(r分别为0.368,0.365,P<0.05);与ME/ME’比值呈负相关(r=-0.347,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能受损,且与血清脂联素水平密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate relationship among the levels of serum adiponectin and early changes of cardiac function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 60 cases with type 2 diabetes and 60 healthy subjects were included.
