摘    要:为了解影响香菇镉富集的一些因素,对不同品种、不同地区、不同潮次的香菇以及香菇不同形态部分中的镉含量进行了比较研究。结果表明:不同品种香菇、不同地区以及不同潮次香菇中的镉含量具有一定的差异;此外,香菇的不同形态部分中镉的含量也不一样,其镉含量从高到低的顺序为:菌褶>菌盖>菌柄。

Abstract:As a toxical element, cadmium in Lentinula edodes has been drawn much attention. In order to investigate the accumulation mechanisms of cadmium in Lentinula edodes, the effects of varieties, cultivation regions, times of harvest and morphological portions on accumulation of cadmium in Lentinula edodes have been studied. The results showed that, the distinction of cadmium content would be resulted from all the four factors above. The contents of cadmium in different part of Lentinula edodes fruit body were ranked as follow: gill > cap > stipe.
