基于 VR 场景的综放工作面仿真系统设计研究

摘    要:针对现阶段井下综放工作面工艺流程及生产过程中设备姿态、动作的可视化程度低,实时监测井下工作面生产状态能力不足的缺点,结合综放工作面的实际运行环境与应用场景,构建基于 VR 场景的综放工作面仿真系统.提出系统的建设构想与目标,其关键性技术主要有综放设备及生产环境数字化三维建模、综放设备多体动力学仿真和井下生产过程物理引擎优化等.采用 3DS MAX 软件构建系统三维模型,同时构建基于多体动力学的综放设备仿真模型,并对场景三维模型、三维模型的展现以及系统 VR 场景进行优化.系统在王家岭煤矿某工作面进行了实践应用.研究及应用结果表明,该系统实现了煤矿综放工作面工艺流程和设备运行状态的实时监测监控及可视化呈现,为煤矿的安全生产提供了可靠保障.

Abstract:Aiming at the low level of visualization of equipment posture and actions during the current stage of the underground fully mechanized caving face , and the insufficient ability to monitor the production status of the underground face in real time , the construction based on the actual operating environment and application scenarios of the fully mechanized caving face is proposed.A simulation system for fully mechanized caving face in VR scenes is constructed ; the construction concept and goals of the system are proposed , and the key technologies are the digital 3D modeling of fully mechanized caving equipment and production environment , multi-body dynamics simulation of fully mechanized caving equipment , and optimization of the physical engine of the underground production process.To deploy , build and optimize the system , 3DS MAX software is used to build a three-dimensional model of the system , at the same time a multi-body dynamics-based simulation model of the fully mechanized caving equipment is built ,and the display of the three-dimensional model of the scene , the three-dimensional model , and the system VR scene are optimized.The system has been applied in practice in a working face of Wangjialing Coal Mine.The research and application results show that the system has realized the process flow and equipment operation of the coal mine ’ s fully mechanized caving face.The real-time monitoring and visualization of the status provide a reliable guarantee for the safe production of coal mines.
