摘    要:电网故障定位及抢修对电力系统来说一项极为艰巨的任务,为了有效提高电网供电可靠性,需要提高故障定位及抢修的时间及效率。本文以影响电网故障抢修的几方面因素为出发点,通过对影响电网故障抢修的主要因素进行分析,提出了相关电网故障定位及抢修时间的主要技术手段,并提出了基于故障行波传输路径及分支判定矩阵的电网故障定位方法,并通过以某城市实际电网系统的真实故障为例进行计算,根据本文提出方法计算获得的故障定位结果与实际相差较小,验证了本文所提方法的有效性及可行性。

Abstract:Fault location and emergency repair is a very difficult task for power system. In order to effectively improve the reliability of power supply, it is necessary to improve the time and efficiency of fault location and emergency repair. In this paper, based on the analysis of the main factors that affect the power grid fault repair, the main technical means of fault location and repair time are put forward. A fault location method based on fault traveling wave transmission path and branch judgment matrix is proposed and calculated by taking the real fault of a real power grid system in a city as an example. The results of fault location calculated by the method proposed have little difference with the actual situation, which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method proposed.
