机械式张力测试器距离参数自动化校准方法

摘    要:针对无法在不同张拉阶段和材料宽度下,获得高精度测量值的问题,提出机械式张力测试器距离参数自动化校准方法。对机械式张力测试器的工作原理进行分析,建立导向绳轮的动力学方程,获取机械式张力测试器的动力学特性,建立机械式张力测试器的误差模型,采用最小二乘辨识方法,在误差模型的基础上完成距离参数的自动化校准。实验结果表明,所提方法可在不同张拉阶段和材料宽度下获得准确的测量值,验证了其具有良好的校准效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that it is impossible to obtain high-precision measurement values under different tensioning stages and material widths , an automatic calibration method of distance parameters of mechanical tension tester is proposed.The working principle of the mechanical tension tester is analyzed , the dynamic equation of the guide sheave is established , the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical tension tester are obtained , the error model of the mechanical tension tester is established , and the least square identification method is used to complete the automatic calibration of distance parameters on the basis of the error model.The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain accurate measurement values under different tensioning stages and material widths , which verifies that the proposed method has good calibration effect.
