摘    要:针对复杂产品研制项目的特点,提出了基于产品分解结构(PBS)、组织分解结构(OBS)、工作分解结构(WBS)三维映射的项目工作分解模型。在给出适合复杂产品研制工作的PBS模型、OBS模型和WBS模型定义的基础上,通过对模型映射及模型工作流程的分析,依据分层次、分块、分阶段的原则,逐级完成PBS-OBS映射生成复杂产品责任分配矩阵(PRM)以及PRM-WBS映射生成项目工作分解结构(PWBS),从而用规范化、形式化的方法构建复杂产品研制项目的工作分解结构。最后,以航天运载火箭研制项目为例演示了该模型的应用过程,表明该模型具有良好的有效性和可操作性。

Abstract:In view of the complex product development project characteristics,a project work decomposition model was presented herein, which integrated  PBS,OBS and WBS together.By the definition of PBS model,OBS model and WBS model,the analysis of model mapping and model workflow,establishment of complex product responsibility assignment matrix(PRM) from PBS-OBS model mapping,generation of project work breakdown structure(PWBS) from PRM-WBS model mapping,the project  WBS for complex  product development  were constructed in standardization and formalization.Finally,the application process of the proposed model was illustrated with a case of launch vehicle.This proves the method effectiveness and maneuverability.
