车辆液压管路油液压力脉动传递规律研究

摘    要:在车辆液压系统中,油液压力脉动常常会诱发管路振动,导致管路产生疲劳破坏。以汽车液压系统管路为研究对象,建立流固耦合力学模型,分析了管路系统在多变工况时压力脉动的传播规律。结果表明:当液压阀突然关闭时,油液脉动会发生突变增大,液压阀关闭时间越快,油液脉动增加的幅度越大,在靠近出口即接近液压阀的位置脉动最大,而远离液压阀的位置脉动较小;当液压阀突然开启时,油液压力脉动增大,液压阀开启时间越短,油液脉动增大幅度越大;当串联工具结构时,由于有工具结构的作用,液压脉动在工具结构附近会增大。研究为液压系统的设计及管路振动分析提供理论依据。

Abstract:In the vehicle hydraulic system, the pipeline vibration is often induced by the oil pressure pulsation, which leads to the pipeline fatigue damage. In this paper, the hydraulic system pipeline of automobile is taken as the research object, the fluid structure coupling mechanical model is established, and the propagation law of pressure fluctuation in the pipeline system under variable working conditions is analyzed. The results show that when the hydraulic valve is closed suddenly, the oil pulsation will increase abruptly. The faster the closing time of hydraulic valve is, the greater the increase range of oil pulsation is. The pulsation is the largest when it is close to the outlet or close to the hydraulic valve, while it is smaller when it is far away from the hydraulic valve. When the hydraulic valve is suddenly opened, the oil pressure pulsation increases. The shorter the opening time of hydraulic valve is, the greater the amplitude of oil pulsation increases. When the tool structure is connected in series, the hydraulic pulsation will increase near the tool structure due to the action of the tool structure. The research provides a theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic system and the analysis of pipeline vibration.
