摘    要:为了提高采煤工作面液压支架推移拉架准确度,降低空化现象对控制滑阀性能的影响,采用Pumplinx建立了不同节流槽形式下滑阀内部流体域动态模型。仿真分析了不同节流槽形式滑阀在不同开度时,压力场和空化分布以及气体体积分数的变化趋势。结果表明:不同节流槽形式对滑阀内部的压力分布和空化分布具有不同的影响;气体体积分数随着阀口开度的增大,呈现先稳定波动然后陡增最后在阀口完全开放后迅速降低的现象;交错分布形节流槽空化剧烈起始位置为4.5 mm,最大气体体积分数约为0.12,相较于其他槽形明显降低。

Abstract:To improve the accuracy of the push-pull sliding frame of the hydraulic support at the coal mining face and reduce the influence of cavitation on the performance of the control spool valve, pumplinx is used to establish the dynamic model of the spool valve fluid domain with different groove types. Simulation and analysis of the pressure field and cavitation distribution and the changing trend of gas volume fraction of the spool valve of different groove types at the different opening. The results show that: Different grooves have different effects on the pressure and cavitation distribution inside the spool valve; with the increase of valve opening, the gas volume fraction first fluctuates stably, then increases sharply, and then decreases rapidly after the valve opening is fully opened. The phenomenon of rapid decrease after opening; the initial position of the violent cavitation of the staggered-distributed throttle groove is 4.5 mm, and the maximum gas volume fraction is about0.12. Compared with other groove types, it is significantly reduced.
