齿轮泵信息化智能测试系统的研制

摘    要:研制了基于数据库和计算机处理的集性能测试、流程管理、数据储存、结果分析、图表输出和智能判断等多功能为一体的齿轮泵信息化智能测试系统。介绍了该系统的硬件组成, 设计了实现自动化流程测试与信息化数据处理的软件模块, 提出了液压系统被测状态量在较高波动与较大背景噪声下的数据采集与有效值确认等方法, 并给出了齿轮泵出厂测试的实际测试结果。此智能测试系统可为企业销售、设计、维保、生产管理与人力资源管理等多个环节服务, 实现产品的出厂试验全检与可追溯, 提高了测试效率, 降低了维保成本。

Abstract:An intelligent testing system of gear pump is proposed to realize multi-functions such as performance test, procedure management, data storage, result analysis, chart output and intelligent judgment based on the database and computer processing. The hardware components and software of this system are introduced and the actual testing results of delivery test are given. This system is served for sale, design, maintenance, production management and human resource management, and can realize the full delivery test and the traceability of products and therefore improves the initial performance of domestic hydraulic components in a short time, which increases the testing efficiency and reduces the maintenance cost.
